How much HGH do you recommend that I do on my cycle?

I'm interested in using HGH for the first time in my life. I'm 55 years old, and I'm going to be stacking it with a cycle of testosterone and equipoise. My goal is lean muscle mass. I don't want to get too bulky because I work in a job where I don't want anyone knowing that I'm using steroids. How much HGH do you recommend? Should I go with 5 IU's per day or should I pump it up to 7 or 8 IU's?

Im 56 and use 10ius. I use that amount for my goals to be open bodybuilder. For what you goals are really no need more tha 5ius

1-2 IUs to start and move up dont go to 5 etc

Hey brother! When in a building phase the real answer here is as much as you can afford. Careful to taper the dose up, though, to help eliminate the risk of any adverse side effects. Looks after your hydration and electrolyte intake as well.

Kick her off around 2iu, and add an additional 1iu each week or fortnight.

I'm 49 years old and I don't go over 4iu. Start at 1iu and go up slowly. After 4iu I find I hold water and don't get more out of it.
 
Bro, HGH with trenbolone is what real men like. I highly recommend stacking them. You'll get the most out of your cycle, and you'll have great results. Make sure you use Geneza Pharma and NapsGear.
 
Definitely make sure with growth hormone you're getting high quality. There's a lot of fakes out there. What they like to do with growth hormone is fake it with HCG. So make sure you use legit sources.
 
You'll do fine on 3 IU's per day of HGH. There's no reason to run more than that, especially for what you're looking for. I would definitely start there, and then you can adjust it.
 
Growth hormone is one of the best. It runs around $1-2. I use to start out with, but you definitely can adjust it and go higher. I would strongly recommend at least 3-4 months on it for best results.
 
How’s this going? Honestly, it didn’t take much at all to transform my body. Like it’s hard for me to take steroids and people not know, unless they are silly. I look plausibly deniable right now, but anyone who saw the process, no way. I gained like 30 pounds super fast. On low doses

@LevButlerov Yes on trt and was looking to get on hgh to add a bit more power as an endurance athlete. Not looking to add any weight though and possibly cycle on it for the spring and summer season, but if it makes sense to stay year round then I'm all for it.

how long have you been on TRT? you do bloods? :D @record

It's more worth it if you're going to run it for 6+ months and you won't gain weight on it (at high doses maybe some water). I stay on it year round to get the maximum therapeutic benefits. Any less than 6 months though with your goals you may not see the same results.

What would you suggest. 1iu a day or every other day?
 
I'm not currently on hgh and probably won't be on it until maybe 4 months from now. Right now I'm just doing my research.
Also does hgh cause hair loss?

you're not on hgh or any other cycles? but you have no bloods?
 
As much as you can consistently afford, start low 3 iu every day before bed and go up from there, anything bellow that is a waste of money. Maybe read up on it before just buying it and starting always helps.
 
Yes, I have done bloods. But currently not on hgh right now. I'll post my blood work soon, so you guys can check it out. :D

I don't have a training log yet, but I will add when I get it dialed in. Also taking tren, let's say 5 to 10mg maybe once or twice a week, if that, maybe twice a month. Would that be beneficial in adding power, focus as an endurance athlete? and would that amount cause hair loss? The reason I ask is I have a full set of hair and definitely don't want to lose it :LOL:. I've tried SARMS (GW & SR) and has done absolutely nothing for me. Keep in mind I'm an endurance athlete. Thanks.

i can tell you to take tren with no log come on dont do this to me :D @record can you get at least a training log up? dont need to be dialed in we will dail you in as the EVO family!
