I don’t mind pushing it but I’m pretty strapped on time. I started out at 15mins before and after and now up to 25 mins each. Puts me at about 2hrs at the gym.

If this ain’t a recomp I don’t know what is. I’m blasting good gear, working out daily, running 4 miles a day, eating clean with good macros and my weight is not moving brother!

Especially those reps! Good job.
I like super setting a push up movement with incline cable flys as my last chest movement, it will take you to another place if every set is to failure. Usually it only takes two sets of each to be sufficient 😂😂

That's an awesome workout for me mate! I like the structure of the exercises and sets/reps. You've got the high reps push-ups at the start to warmup and get blood into the areas, then you've got some big exercises with lower reps for strength, then you finish with higher reps for the more accessory / isolation exercises.

Well this is going to be an interesting 3 days. Due to all the travel today this turned into an official rest day.
Scoped out the gym and it isnt much but I will make work.
It’s a struggle gents! I’m out of my routine and not liking it at all.

Food today: (Didn't eat the home fries in either meal)
3 protein bars throughout day
Breakfast was egg whites (4oz) and maybe two slices of turkey bacon and one slice of the multigrain bread.
Lunch was skirt steak (6oz) with scrambled eggs (2) and a slice of sourdough bread.
Dinner I had to order two lol. Chicken (3oz) mashed potatoes and some sort of vegs Very small

Macros (guess) I’m weigh my food enough that I should be within the ballpark.

Do you have Irish blood in you? I'm 1/4 Irish and they say it's one of the Irish curses with the love handles. Even with just a 1/4 in me when I gain weight it all goes right there and it's a bitch to get off. It's the worst!

My advice is once you get them gone use them as an indicator of when to stop bulking.

Life would be easier with a fat ass instead lol

I actually literally meant having a flabby ass instead of damn love handles. No one can see a fat ass and if you're wearing jeans it actually looks better haha. Love handles never look great and they're such a bitch to burn.

You're right on track though. They may be one of the last things to go but you'll get em gone the way you're progressing.

Did my bloodwork today so probably won’t hear on E2 for another 7-10 days but hey it’s done.

Last couple of days I was maintaining. Old machine weights didn’t list weight so I just worked out to what felt right. Diet was restaurant style but attempted to order best available. Last day order 3 breakfast just for the eggs. Do what we gotta do!

Man it feels good to be back! Got home early this morning so the diet is a little off, missed a meal, but wasn’t too bad.

Did my bloodwork today so probably won’t hear on E2 for another 7-10 days but hey it’s done.

Did you get a LCMS estrogen test done? 7-10 days is a pretty decent turn around on one of them from what I've seen.

Did you get a LCMS estrogen test done? 7-10 days is a pretty decent turn around on one of them from what I've seen.
Just looked the test up and it is the LCMS
“ Estradiol,Ultrasensitive, LC/MS”.
Always is the last result that I get. I doubt I even see it next week.

I think I tried one of the sausages but only ate the eggs and oatmeal. I really try to stay away from all the processed food. On the road you eat what’s offered or you starve lol.

I'll leave it to the more experienced guys to provide more thorough comments. A few things though:

Did you drink plenty of water the day before and day of the test?

Did you train hard the day before the test?

Do you normally have thyroid issues?

I know Anavar hit my HDL fairly hard.

Brother no Hate on EVO, nobody here will give a biased hateful opinion, we all do different things and anyone giving analysis or advice, may give an opinion but wont be biased. Tren fucks up bloodwork, but damnnnn the results are what we want!!!

This is not too bad even your liver values a bit high but not higher than one would get from hard training, for tren tbol and anavar this isn't bad :D @Tankie lets wait for e2

pretty common to see blood work off on these types of steroids. It's a matter of: do they normalize when you come off or not?

Yea picking are slim on the road. Unless you're in a big city healthy options usually are slim to none lol

@Tankie Bros, when you're going to use these types of steroids, your numbers are going to be off. That's pretty normal. You're not going to die. Just make sure you don't stay on these compounds too long and don't stress your organs too much.
 
With your guys assurance, I am totally cool with the numbers being off. I wasn’t worried but more so like wtf now.

Because I lack experience I want to be sure I’m not being reckless.

I’ve only got a few weeks scheduled left for the Tren and like a week left of the orals.

My cycle has been great and this is all playing the game. Traveling this journey is a learning process with great teachers and I appreciate all of you!

do you happen to have blood work before you ever use steroids as a baseline, just to flag anything that may have been off prior? If it's all getting screwed up from steroids, then when you come off steroids it should normalize.

Start of cycle no, but I did take one in November and none of those out of range markers were on there. It’s definitely the Tren which is expected.

Yes the tren definitely is capable of throwing things off completely normal. That's why trends shouldn't be used for long periods of time. I've always said seven or eight weeks maximum

Yeah this is week 8. I was stretching it out because of the lack of external sides and to titrate up a little. Long and behold though it’s getting me internally. Fucking shit lol!

Might be time to throw in the towel. Rome wasn't built overnight. You'll be able to hit the tren again next year.
 
I think so too brother. I have some prefilled pins then will call it a day. I’ll save what’s left in the bottle for another day.

Still have lot of good left with my remaining cycle. My EQ should be really close to being fully saturated. Kick back and enjoy that ride.
