Deca Durabolin Omega Labs question

50 yr old on TRT 2-350 a week and starting DECA. Wondering if 200mg every other day is good on an 8 week cycle or should I go lighter. Looking for joint improvement and some bulk. Also, anyone have experience with Omega Labs? What’s your take on quality?

I recommend Napsgear. If it's sold on there then you're good to go.

I've not personally tried that brand but at the end of the day if it's from an approved source then you're going to have good results.

You might want to look into NPP. It will kick in faster especially if you are looking to have help with the joint issues.

deca is a fantastic steroid. You want to aim to run it for 12 weeks though because it takes so long to kick in and reach peak saturation in the body.

deca is a fantastic steroid. You want to aim to run it for 12 weeks though because it takes so long to kick in and reach peak saturation in the body.
This right here would be your best bet
 
Sun - sat 2xday cjc-1295 200mg/tb500 200mg /bpc 250mg
Sunday Prop - 50mg cyp- 100mg DECA 100 mg
Thursday same as Sunday minus the DECA
3000 cal daily 4 meals a day 200gm protein
2 days heavy (for me) push/pull full body (to protect the joints) 1 day rest repeat after rest with a plyometric slash leg day Sunday

Any advice would be appreciated on how I can tweak this. I’m conservative due to my age and workout 5 days a week with 2 rest days.
I have a lot to say about your cycle :D @Eaglepost69 some good some bad but you know it's based on limited info right?
Hard to say with this layout because we need more info and a full log, but mixing short ester prop with longer ester deca and cyp can feel uneven and makes it harder to see sides and recovery. The peptide dosing also looks off and the training description is too vague for us to coach, plus 3000cals and 200g protein might be right or might be wrong depending on your bodyweight and goal.
Start a training and diet log now with daily bodyweight, calories and macros, sleep, steps, lifts and weights, and exact weekly injection schedule so the EVO family can see what’s really happening and help you tweak it safely. 15 min of your time to change your life!

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us
