On around 1500kcal. Have been having sore throat, so couldn’t eat as much but tried to keep up with the nutrition

Got infection in my throat and was down with flu this week. I trained in the starting of the week and managed to train yesterday. I am in my late luteal phase of the cycle meaning immunity is comparatively low. If I try to push, would be holding onto fat and more cortisol size. Besides, I didn’t want to infect others.

Just symptomatic medicines like cough syrups, betadine gargle.
Vitamins and minerals to support immunity.
Herbs to soothe the sore throat.

Lol wish I had TA1, would have fixed me by day 2 😝

You seem to definitely be in much cleaner shape. @Iron_rose1 looks like things are improving. The workouts are definitely making your body come into its own.

I Just changed the gym. Literally started going there from yesterday. Still sussing out. I am sure they'd have it. They have all the machines possible. Once I hit 40 kgs in lat pull down, I will try band assisted pull ups

Not that im very experienced but i think it could assist in recovery for your injuries. I know my shoulder has been crook for years with physio but now feels great. Hasnt fixed my wrist but i think thats damaged from my ra. Havnt taken glow for a bit now and shoulder still good. It has also allowed me to continue training 7 days. I love it. Start of march i plan to drop back to 2iu at night only.

I do lucid dreaming so very often ( I am real life version of " inception " movie)
I have seen myself so many times down pulldowns and realise it's a dream because I am doing pulldown. 😂

I see benefits taking just 1iu. Really helps with
my joints & recovery, and I like the lipolytic benefits & preservation of lean body mass. As for the muscle gains, that’s all training & nutrition for me at the moment - BUT the HGH definitely helps me get ‘more’ out of the training & nutrition, if that makes sense!

Something to remember is that using HGH does not shut down your bodies ability to make its own hgh.

If you decide to stop, your normal production comes back straight away. Unlike the guys who use test, it can take months for their natural test to come back.

I personally use 1iu, and that was enough to get my hgh levels to the top of the natural reference range (a bit over), and take my igf1 levels from below the bottom, to the upper middle.

There is so many benefits beyond fat loss and muscle growth. Increased bone density, better sleep, better hair skin and nails.

I can 100% recommend it, even just for longevity and health. How do you think Jenifer Aniston still looks good in her 50’s?

I love the dreams when i get them, but kids have me waking multiple times a night so doesnt happen often enough. I almost feel like i can workout again after a few hours but know i wouldnt have the energy lol. I love it personally. But good idea to monitor glucose levels as a safety. Each person reacts differently

I hear where your thought process lies. It seems to me like you're looking at HGH like either something anabolic or 'performance enhancing', to which it doesn't do either directly. GH isn't something that needs to wait for natty gains to be maxed out. In fact GH can be used by anyone at anytime (especially for us over 30+ year olds, and works over a long period of time) for lipolysis and recovery (both from injuries and recovery from training). I think anyone could benefit from GH once it starts to decline around age 30 (up to 15% decline) and especially at age 50-60 when it reduces by around 50% of levels when in our prime.

I'd start at 1iu for a couple weeks and let us know how you feel then increase to 2iu. @Sheshredz is a good example of how 1iu can make a difference if you check her log.

I wouldn’t wait to take the hgh. The magic of low dose hgh is in the time that you use it.

I remember being months into it and waking up like “my whole body looks different”. Like I was a better version of myself. Leaner stomach, fuller muscles, but I wasn’t bigger or smaller I just looked… better in every way. And a few more pens after that my face looked quite drastically younger which is amazing because I’m somewhat weathered from my years of drinking late nights, getting up really early to work outside year round, smoking for 10-15 years etc.

Waking up so refreshed from the gh is absolutely magical.

I know the weathered look well. 14 years of military drinking and working on the tarmac loading weapons definately took its toll. Now its not too bad, i dont break mirrors anymore lol

Now im not very well in the know with HGH however I woukd listen to those who here have giving great advice already, maybe just start on 1 or 2iu, and as the others have said it will help aid in recovering, sleep, skin and the rest,

As soon as my care package lands from @RegenexPharma I'll be using the HGH, this will be my 1st time too haha, little nervous however cant wait to start and reep the benefits from it,

Long story short: the specialists wanted me on immunosuppressants. I said nope, took the alternative route, and somehow fixed myself. At my follow-up, they were very confused by how good I looked and asked what my secret was. Sadly, I had to keep it mysterious — AHPRA + non-FDA-approved methods = licence-protecting silence 🤐

Reumatoid arthritis. Had it for about 13 years, i have had it in remission but think its what is killing my hand and wrist. Obviously going to confirm but yeah
 
Now im not very well in the know with HGH however I woukd listen to those who here have giving great advice already, maybe just start on 1 or 2iu, and as the others have said it will help aid in recovering, sleep, skin and the rest,

Sorry for the late response @fingers86 . I’ve been a bit busy. It's a long message but I hope it can help you as well as others.

I’m glad to hear your condition is in remission. What I’m about to share may not work for you, but this is what I personally did.
In my case, I knew I had ongoing inflammation. I had to reverse-engineer what’s happening in the body and the first step was to understand why it happened.
You need to identify your trigger, like what actually triggers it or what has triggered it in the past.
For me, it was due to a "certain" vaccinations. I know my body very well and always looked after it. Everything was fine before, and after that point I noticed clear changes ( already talked about it previously)

Knowing how the body works, many people experienced reactions after vaccination, particularly issues related to blood clot formation. Because of this, I also started taking aspirin ( which is anti inflammatory as well). We are not constantly in situations where we are losing blood, so using aspirin as a preventive measure is not necessarily a bad thing. However, you do need to be very mindful of your bleeding time. If you notice that you bruise very easily or bleed more than usual, then you need to pull back on the aspirin. I personally continue to take it as a preventive measure because I would rather keep my blood thinner and reduce the risk of clot formation. If I do bleed, I may bleed a little more, but for me the benefit outweighs the risk.
Again, you don’t have to do exactly what I did, and it may not work for you. This is not medical advice. I’m only sharing what worked for me.
I took multiple things at the same time, so I can’t say which single thing made the biggest difference. My main focus was liver support, because the liver plays a major role in detoxification. Along with the kidneys, it’s essentially your body’s filtration system, so supporting these organs was a priority.
I also identified stress as a trigger for me, so I looked into herbs that helped with stress as well as overall body support. I did blood tests first to check for deficiencies, and I also did proper food sensitivity testing, which had to be sent to the US. I eliminated the foods that were flagged.
On top of that, there are foods I know my body doesn’t tolerate well, even if they didn’t show up on testing. For example, I’m extremely intolerant to broccoli and broccolini. I’m not allergic, but my body clearly doesn’t like them, so I avoid them. Cold is another big trigger for me- my body does not tolerate cold well at all.
Inflammation is essentially the body’s way of saying that something is wrong.

To calm inflammation, I implemented multiple support systems. The supplements and therapies I used included evening primrose oil, resveratrol, boswellia, cat’s claw, devil’s claw, whole cloves, quercetin, curcumin with piperine (black pepper extract), coenzyme Q10, fish oil (for omega-3 fatty acids), glutathione with alpha-lipoic acid as intravenous drips, and vitamin E.
If glutathione isn’t an option then oral NAC can be used instead. I was desperate so I did both. I also used zinc, milk thistle, ashwagandha, nigella seed, and black sesame seed.
In your case, I would also recommend glucosamine, glycine, and chondroitin sulfate for joint support. I was additionally taking MSM and vitamin C, as vitamin C is essential and works synergistically with MSM, glutathione, and alpha-lipoic acid.
I was doing it along with tapering off predinisone.
I was also using a lot of fresh ingredients along with fermented food, lots of ginger, garlic and onion in my stir fries.
Got rid off seed oil except - Olive oil and butter.

I was also hydrating my body and started using Flouride water filter ( including shower filter)

Once my condition went into remission, I started using thymosin alpha and KPV. I still continue these as part of my maintenance phase at maintenance doses.
For joint pain specifically, if you are not injecting topically near the joint where you feel the maximum pain, then pay close attention to that area. In those cases, I would suggest injecting TB-500, BPC, and KPV. Do not buy Glow or Kloe. They must be in separate vials. You can mix them in the same syringe immediately before injecting, but do not mix them in the same vial, as they have different stability, half-lives, and pH requirements that keep them active.
Along with all of this, I also took care of my mental health, because hormones ultimately regulate almost everything in the body. I wanted my nervous system to be calm as well, so I made meditation part of my daily routine. If you don’t know how to meditate, starting with guided meditation on youtube is completely fine.
I made sure my sleep was appropriate and avoided going to bed late, because late nights disrupt your hormonal rhythm and throw everything off. Sleep quality was non-negotiable for me.

Lol now the Hippy part 🤣

I also spent time doing barefoot walks in the park behind my place or a beach while soaking up the sunshine. I would take my shoes and socks off and walk barefoot on the grass or on sand for at least half an hour. This is essentially grounding. You can also do it on the beach, or even barefoot inside your house. The idea is to discharge excess stress or energy from the body and reconnect with the earth. I would intentionally ask mother earth or thr ocean to dissolve away the tension or whatever my body doesn't need. Ask the nature to help me heal.

Finally, I practiced gratitude. I made it a habit to thank myself, thank my body and its every cell, request them to be in a harmony as I love each of them . Every night before going to bed, I kept a journal and wrote down three things I was grateful for that day. Can repeat the same thing everyday if I cant think of anything new I can think of.
All combined- physical, biochemical, and mental, this is what I did, and this is what worked for me.

I have started 1mg nightly of kpv and i am looking at introducing 250mcg bpc, 2.5mg weekly tb, ghk 2.5mg daily. I been readi g wolverine stack from iron gorilla. Very interesting.

I think i know my trigger is stress. As my flare seems to have settled after wife went away for few days. I am implementing 500mcg oxytocin upto 3 times a day for stress when she gets back today.

And then I gave another go, things were getting better but I got to know something that made me realise I cant completely trust his promises and I have uphold my principles. So I had to call it off completely. Had to respect my boundaries. I guess thats why it hurts more because he treated me so well and even though I feel deep emotions for him and it is hard, I had to initiate the break up. It's like pulling a broken glass shard out, it hurts but it's neccessary.

I have had no drive to do anything this week. I have been barely eating- probably inder 500kcal in a day. I had no appetite or motiovation to do anything apart from going to work and pretend I am okay. Tried going to the gym but no strength or drive either.

I am a bit feeling better today. Will be heading to the gym today. Had my normal-ish meal today.

That really sucks sorry about that. Sounds like you made a rational informed decision though.

It's hard but if you can maybe get in some shakes or something. And remember exercising releases endorphins etc.

Once my condition went into remission, I started using thymosin alpha and KPV. I still continue these as part of my maintenance phase at maintenance doses.
For joint pain specifically, if you are not injecting topically near the joint where you feel the maximum pain, then pay close attention to that area. In those cases, I would suggest injecting TB-500, BPC, and KPV. Do not buy Glow or Kloe. They must be in separate vials. You can mix them in the same syringe immediately before injecting, but do not mix them in the same vial, as they have different stability, half-lives, and pH requirements that keep them active.
Along with all of this, I also took care of my mental health, because hormones ultimately regulate almost everything in the body. I wanted my nervous system to be calm as well, so I made meditation part of my daily routine. If you don’t know how to meditate, starting with guided meditation on youtube is completely fine.
I made sure my sleep was appropriate and avoided going to bed late, because late nights disrupt your hormonal rhythm and throw everything off. Sleep quality was non-negotiable for me.

I also spent time doing barefoot walks in the park behind my place or a beach while soaking up the sunshine. I would take my shoes and socks off and walk barefoot on the grass or on sand for at least half an hour. This is essentially grounding. You can also do it on the beach, or even barefoot inside your house. The idea is to discharge excess stress or energy from the body and reconnect with the earth. I would intentionally ask mother earth or thr ocean to dissolve away the tension or whatever my body doesn't need. Ask the nature to help me heal.

Don't apologize for no log this week because reading this was worth a million bucks! I completely relate to this and connect to it. I've been on about a dozen retreats for ex cops and military with PTSD and Operator Syndrome and this really hit home with what I've been taught as well. When you've had to keep your cool in super violent situations for two decades and then the damn bursts you can't put the water back where it came from so now it's a once in a while 'incident' where I am triggered (it takes something new and unexpected either that or something old and way too close to home but it still happens a couple times a year). Great read and it's nice to relate to someone who is so in tune with their body. For years since I was medically retired I was either 'on' or 'off' mode and now I've reclaimed the feeling of laughter, gratitude, and still have love. Of course the 'going into nuke mode' is still there too but the world doesn't need that from me anymore. Thank you for this.

Almost 80% of the retreats I've been on in the US and in Canada here we are literally guided to do exactly this. A bunch of alpha ex operators and swat cops wandering around in their bare feet on the grass LOL. It quite literally IS grounding.

So I have been having a bit rocky road relationship, verge of the break up. And then I gave another go, things were getting better but I got to know something that made me realise I cant completely trust his promises and I have uphold my principles. So I had to call it off completely. Had to respect my boundaries. I guess thats why it hurts more because he treated me so well and even though I feel deep emotions for him and it is hard, I had to initiate the break up. It's like pulling a broken glass shard out, it hurts but it's neccessary.

I have had no drive to do anything this week. I have been barely eating- probably inder 500kcal in a day. I had no appetite or motiovation to do anything apart from going to work and pretend I am okay. Tried going to the gym but no strength or drive either.

I am a bit feeling better today. Will be heading to the gym today. Had my normal-ish meal today.
Sorry this is not as detailed but I am sure I will be back to normal soon.

Yes it's hard but I have seen sometimes the hardest decisions/steps gives the best results.

Yeah thats very true, gotta take the small victories in life, if you were under the same roof and had multiple kids or something together things could get a whole lot more messy....hope you are feeling better and you are right when respecting your own boundaries is the highest form of self love

Week 7- Log 8 ( 23 Jan to 1st March)

I had no Appetite this week, so I am delaying my reta and skipped pinning it today. I am starting to feel better and I had 2 meals today, tried to go to my fav Noodle bar but couldn’t finish the plate. Once I start feeling a bit more hungry/ normal, I will pin it then or maybe I will pin only 1mg tomorrow.

I don’t want to drag this on but I want to clear this as some of evo family members might be thinking that he might have cheated on me or layed hand on me, none of that happened. I don’t want to wash the dirty laundry as it’s disrespectful. I know you guys care for me and got my back ( like you ganged up against my brother once when he suggested me to use Deca lol 😄) but I still care for my ex and hearing bad things about him makes me hurt more. If 2 people can’t be together, doesn’t mean he is a bad person.

The show must go on ( read “ The fat loss must go on ) 😆

I weighed in this morning = 45.8kg

It’s such a massive transformation and I give a massive credit to @ZenithHealth for his quality Reta. I did a selfie shoot with slightly different angulation and 1st time in my life I saw shadow of abs. We all got some muscles but the main improvement I have seen in my body is mainly because my body fat % is dropping. I am soo stoked because I have tried everything in the past- all sort of diets, nothing worked. Reta is magic.

Also a big shout out to @RegenexPharma for letting me tippy-toe into HGH. I will be starting it from tomorrow

Last week I wasn’t paying attention and went too superficial when injecting peptides near my love handles. The swelling was un-real for days. Pulled back on majority of peptides as I have not been working out as hard and I feel I didn't have the drive to do it either. To me that's okay. Sometimes listening to what my body is asking is showing it empathy and kindness. Part of healing for me

I have been taking HER Elite health stack from @RGSX It made my life soo much easier and they bottle arrived in the the right time as well. Like I have mentioned I had no energy to do anything- part of the reason, I wasn’t even using peptides. I just take 3 tabs in the morning and 3 tabs in the evening. The way I have been, I definitely would have missed my supplements if it wasn't all in one bottle. It smells like semi ripe mangoes as well.
I am not sure if it’s the supplements or because I am not eating properly but I did feel bit constipated. I am barely hitting 1000cal a day plus little to no fiber, so I am heavily gonna say it’s my diet. I took some Osmocol and constipation is under control. I ate some fibers as well today.

Before peptides, I massively relied on herbs and supps to control my medical condition and that's why researched alot while I was trying to fix myself. I am glad that I could help and was able to put my 2 cents as part of developing and having our say with the ingredients of Her Elite Stack by @RGSX along with other wonderful ladies like @Sheshredz @Panda22 @AliceInIronland. These women are extremely knowledgable and know what they are doing.

I still pushed 3 gym session this week. The last session I did made me feel really good as I have noticed even though I am not eating much but somehow I am felt stronger in the gym with my last session

I was in my late luteal phase + stress, so I did less sets or reps to manage my cortisol

  • Hip Thrusts: 35 kg × 10 reps x3 sets
  • Romanian Deadlift: 30 kg × 10 reps x 3 sets
  • Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 kg × 10 reps × 3 sets
  • Weighted abduction : 4 kgs – 15 reps x3 sets

    Break as I didn’t have it in my. Just went for 30 mins walks




Lower Body

  • Hamstring curls lying : 35 kg × 10 reps x3 sets
  • Hyper extension ( glute biased) : 5 kg × 10 reps x 3 sets
  • Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 kg × 10 reps × 3 sets
  • Abduction : 4 kgs – 15 reps x3 sets
  • Calf raises

Upper Body

  • Lateral Raises: 4kg × 12 reps × 3 sets

Sleep – Sleep is still great as I have been meditating a lot. Also, I tend to sleep more when I am emotionally exhausted as I can lucid dream and sleep could be my happy place then : )

Everyone has been commenting now how great and small I look. I was going out with my friends for dinner, it’s a good problem to have- Nothing fits me, literally nothing. . I had to borrow my friend’s bodycon size 6 dress and it was a bit loose. So I am close to size 4 now.


In my recent podcast I spoke about how medical system is rigged. Fortunately I take my progress photos every week, so I know what my body looks like and I am super confident now. I went to the plastic surgeon for consultation regarding ift/ augmentation ( yes I am shirinking there as well 😏

You guys wont believe- The surgeon said I am an @ Ideal candidate for lipo 360 and tummy tuck along with fat injection in my butt 😆He took photos in weird angels and heavy contrast. Lucky I track my progress with photos, otherwise he would have sown some body dysmorphia seeds. He quoted $50k for the surgery for my loose skin and it doesn’t even cover the augmentation 😄. He said " You have loose skin and it will never be gone on its own.". Ofcourse I didnt take him seriously but it shows to me how important it is to track your progress by photos and have a supportive group like all of you.

I was in my late luteal phase + stress, so I did less sets or reps to manage my cortisol

  • Romanian Deadlift: 30 kg × 10 reps x 3 sets
  • Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 kg × 10 reps × 3 sets
  • Weighted abduction : 4 kgs – 15 reps x3 sets

    Break as I didn’t have it in my. Just went for 30 mins walks




Lower Body

  • Hyper extension ( glute biased) : 5 kg × 10 reps x 3 sets

You guys wont believe- The surgeon said I am an @ Ideal candidate for lipo 360 and tummy tuck along with fat injection in my butt 😆He took photos in weird angels and heavy contrast. Lucky I track my progress with photos, otherwise he would have sown some body dysmorphia seeds. He quoted $50k for the surgery for my loose skin and it doesn’t even cover the augmentation 😄. He said " You have loose skin and it will never be gone on its own.". Ofcourse I didnt take him seriously but it shows to me how important it is to track your progress by photos and have a supportive group like all of you.

Hgh is going to blow your mind. You’re going to think “this sleep is really nice and I can tell it’s working and leaning me out” and then one day you’ll wake up after a few months and look in the mirror and see a more perfected version of yourself. It’s wild. Ah heck. I was saving mine and trying to be frugal but I think I’m going to start again today. I can’t keep watching everyone else have all the fun hahahaha

I had no Appetite this week, so I am delaying my reta and skipped pinning it today. I am starting to feel better and I had 2 meals today, tried to go to my fav Noodle bar but couldn’t finish the plate. Once I start feeling a bit more hungry/ normal, I will pin it then or maybe I will pin only 1mg tomorrow.

I don’t want to drag this on but I want to clear this as some of evo family members might be thinking that he might have cheated on me or layed hand on me, none of that happened. I don’t want to wash the dirty laundry as it’s disrespectful. I know you guys care for me and got my back ( like you ganged up against my brother once when he suggested me to use Deca lol 😄) but I still care for my ex and hearing bad things about him makes me hurt more. If 2 people can’t be together, doesn’t mean he is a bad person.

I weighed in this morning = 45.8kg

It’s such a massive transformation and I give a massive credit to @ZenithHealth for his quality Reta. I did a selfie shoot with slightly different angulation and 1st time in my life I saw shadow of abs. We all got some muscles but the main improvement I have seen in my body is mainly because my body fat % is dropping. I am soo stoked because I have tried everything in the past- all sort of diets, nothing worked. Reta is magic.

Also a big shout out to @RegenexPharma for letting me tippy-toe into HGH. I will be starting it from tomorrow

Last week I wasn’t paying attention and went too superficial when injecting peptides near my love handles. The swelling was un-real for days. Pulled back on majority of peptides as I have not been working out as hard and I feel I didn't have the drive to do it either. To me that's okay. Sometimes listening to what my body is asking is showing it empathy and kindness. Part of healing for me

I have been taking HER Elite health stack from @RGSX It made my life soo much easier and they bottle arrived in the the right time as well. Like I have mentioned I had no energy to do anything- part of the reason, I wasn’t even using peptides. I just take 3 tabs in the morning and 3 tabs in the evening. The way I have been, I definitely would have missed my supplements if it wasn't all in one bottle. It smells like semi ripe mangoes as well.
I am not sure if it’s the supplements or because I am not eating properly but I did feel bit constipated. I am barely hitting 1000cal a day plus little to no fiber, so I am heavily gonna say it’s my diet. I took some Osmocol and constipation is under control. I ate some fibers as well today.

Before peptides, I massively relied on herbs and supps to control my medical condition and that's why researched alot while I was trying to fix myself. I am glad that I could help and was able to put my 2 cents as part of developing and having our say with the ingredients of Her Elite Stack by @RGSX along with other wonderful ladies like @Sheshredz @Panda22 @AliceInIronland. These women are extremely knowledgable and know what they are doing.

You really are mentally dealing with alot there sister. Happy you got it out onto the log and off your mind.
I have no idea emotionally how you are going so I will avoid this area, however, my personal go to in these situations (2 divorces, both messy) is to hit the gym or take long walks/ runs. It not only gives your mind a much needed break, it increases your appetite, and you need to eat more, that is a common thread here.

Agree on your breakup. Two people just might not be suited for each other. It seems like you have approached it in a very level headed way.

Nice work getting back to the gym. Those three workouts look really good! Nice looking exercise selection in the two leg ones.

One thing I'd say re diet/appetite, if you're struggling to get the food in, focus on protein and if necessary go for stuff that's easy to get down (eg protein water).

Your progress has been awesome. I went back and snipped you starting pics next to the current ones. Night and day hey! And it's only been two months! Imagine 6 months or a year!

You guys wont believe- The surgeon said I am an @ Ideal candidate for lipo 360 and tummy tuck along with fat injection in my butt 😆He took photos in weird angels and heavy contrast. Lucky I track my progress with photos, otherwise he would have sown some body dysmorphia seeds. He quoted $50k for the surgery for my loose skin and it doesn’t even cover the augmentation 😄. He said " You have loose skin and it will never be gone on its own.". Ofcourse I didnt take him seriously but it shows to me how important it is to track your progress by photos and have a supportive group like all of you.

Week 7- Log 8 ( 23 Jan to 1st March)

I had no Appetite this week, so I am delaying my reta and skipped pinning it today. I am starting to feel better and I had 2 meals today, tried to go to my fav Noodle bar but couldn’t finish the plate. Once I start feeling a bit more hungry/ normal, I will pin it then or maybe I will pin only 1mg tomorrow.

I don’t want to drag this on but I want to clear this as some of evo family members might be thinking that he might have cheated on me or layed hand on me, none of that happened. I don’t want to wash the dirty laundry as it’s disrespectful. I know you guys care for me and got my back ( like you ganged up against my brother once when he suggested me to use Deca lol 😄) but I still care for my ex and hearing bad things about him makes me hurt more. If 2 people can’t be together, doesn’t mean he is a bad person.

The show must go on ( read “ The fat loss must go on ) 😆

I weighed in this morning = 45.8kg

It’s such a massive transformation and I give a massive credit to @ZenithHealth for his quality Reta. I did a selfie shoot with slightly different angulation and 1st time in my life I saw shadow of abs. We all got some muscles but the main improvement I have seen in my body is mainly because my body fat % is dropping. I am soo stoked because I have tried everything in the past- all sort of diets, nothing worked. Reta is magic.

Also a big shout out to @RegenexPharma for letting me tippy-toe into HGH. I will be starting it from tomorrow

Last week I wasn’t paying attention and went too superficial when injecting peptides near my love handles. The swelling was un-real for days. Pulled back on majority of peptides as I have not been working out as hard and I feel I didn't have the drive to do it either. To me that's okay. Sometimes listening to what my body is asking is showing it empathy and kindness. Part of healing for me

I have been taking HER Elite health stack from @RGSX It made my life soo much easier and they bottle arrived in the the right time as well. Like I have mentioned I had no energy to do anything- part of the reason, I wasn’t even using peptides. I just take 3 tabs in the morning and 3 tabs in the evening. The way I have been, I definitely would have missed my supplements if it wasn't all in one bottle. It smells like semi ripe mangoes as well.
I am not sure if it’s the supplements or because I am not eating properly but I did feel bit constipated. I am barely hitting 1000cal a day plus little to no fiber, so I am heavily gonna say it’s my diet. I took some Osmocol and constipation is under control. I ate some fibers as well today.

Before peptides, I massively relied on herbs and supps to control my medical condition and that's why researched alot while I was trying to fix myself. I am glad that I could help and was able to put my 2 cents as part of developing and having our say with the ingredients of Her Elite Stack by @RGSX along with other wonderful ladies like @Sheshredz @Panda22 @AliceInIronland. These women are extremely knowledgable and know what they are doing.

I still pushed 3 gym session this week. The last session I did made me feel really good as I have noticed even though I am not eating much but somehow I am felt stronger in the gym with my last session

3 sessions- 2 lower body and 1 session upper body

I was in my late luteal phase + stress, so I did less sets or reps to manage my cortisol

I made sure I forced myself to have atleast 1400kcal om my training day

  • Hip Thrusts: 35 kg × 10 reps x3 sets
  • Romanian Deadlift: 30 kg × 10 reps x 3 sets
  • Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 kg × 10 reps × 3 sets
  • Weighted abduction : 4 kgs – 15 reps x3 sets

    Break as I didn’t have it in my. Just went for 30 mins walks




Lower Body

  • Hamstring curls lying : 35 kg × 10 reps x3 sets
  • Hyper extension ( glute biased) : 5 kg × 10 reps x 3 sets
  • Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 kg × 10 reps × 3 sets
  • Abduction : 4 kgs – 15 reps x3 sets
  • Calf raises

Upper Body

  • Lateral Raises: 4kg × 12 reps × 3 sets

Sleep – Sleep is still great as I have been meditating a lot. Also, I tend to sleep more when I am emotionally exhausted as I can lucid dream and sleep could be my happy place then : )

Everyone has been commenting now how great and small I look. I was going out with my friends for dinner, it’s a good problem to have- Nothing fits me, literally nothing. . I had to borrow my friend’s bodycon size 6 dress and it was a bit loose. So I am close to size 4 now.

@Iron_rose1 50,000 for what? You look perfect the way you are. If you want to tighten up your skin just get some peptides and you'll be good to go.

I weighed in this morning = 45.8kg

It’s such a massive transformation and I give a massive credit to @ZenithHealth for his quality Reta. I did a selfie shoot with slightly different angulation and 1st time in my life I saw shadow of abs. We all got some muscles but the main improvement I have seen in my body is mainly because my body fat % is dropping. I am soo stoked because I have tried everything in the past- all sort of diets, nothing worked. Reta is magic.

Also a big shout out to @RegenexPharma for letting me tippy-toe into HGH. I will be starting it from tomorrow

Last week I wasn’t paying attention and went too superficial when injecting peptides near my love handles. The swelling was un-real for days. Pulled back on majority of peptides as I have not been working out as hard and I feel I didn't have the drive to do it either. To me that's okay. Sometimes listening to what my body is asking is showing it empathy and kindness. Part of healing for me

I have been taking HER Elite health stack from @RGSX It made my life soo much easier and they bottle arrived in the the right time as well. Like I have mentioned I had no energy to do anything- part of the reason, I wasn’t even using peptides. I just take 3 tabs in the morning and 3 tabs in the evening. The way I have been, I definitely would have missed my supplements if it wasn't all in one bottle. It smells like semi ripe mangoes as well.
I am not sure if it’s the supplements or because I am not eating properly but I did feel bit constipated. I am barely hitting 1000cal a day plus little to no fiber, so I am heavily gonna say it’s my diet. I took some Osmocol and constipation is under control. I ate some fibers as well today.

You guys wont believe- The surgeon said I am an @ Ideal candidate for lipo 360 and tummy tuck along with fat injection in my butt 😆He took photos in weird angels and heavy contrast. Lucky I track my progress with photos, otherwise he would have sown some body dysmorphia seeds. He quoted $50k for the surgery for my loose skin and it doesn’t even cover the augmentation 😄. He said " You have loose skin and it will never be gone on its own.". Ofcourse I didnt take him seriously but it shows to me how important it is to track your progress by photos and have a supportive group like all of you.

I had no Appetite this week, so I am delaying my reta and skipped pinning it today. I am starting to feel better and I had 2 meals today, tried to go to my fav Noodle bar but couldn’t finish the plate. Once I start feeling a bit more hungry/ normal, I will pin it then or maybe I will pin only 1mg tomorrow.

I don’t want to drag this on but I want to clear this as some of evo family members might be thinking that he might have cheated on me or layed hand on me, none of that happened. I don’t want to wash the dirty laundry as it’s disrespectful. It does seem extremely crazy but believe it or not some people out there will spend tens of thousands of dollars or even hundreds of thousands of dollars on these types of procedures. I believe it's an insecurity. @Iron_rose1

You guys wont believe- The surgeon said I am an @ Ideal candidate for lipo 360 and tummy tuck along with fat injection in my butt 😆He took photos in weird angels and heavy contrast. Lucky I track my progress with photos, otherwise he would have sown some body dysmorphia seeds. He quoted $50k for the surgery for my loose skin and it doesn’t even cover the augmentation 😄. He said " You have loose skin and it will never be gone on its own.". Ofcourse I didnt take him seriously but it shows to me how important it is to track your progress by photos and have a supportive group like all of you.

Week 7- Log 8 ( 23 Jan to 1st March)

I had no Appetite this week, so I am delaying my reta and skipped pinning it today. I am starting to feel better and I had 2 meals today, tried to go to my fav Noodle bar but couldn’t finish the plate. Once I start feeling a bit more hungry/ normal, I will pin it then or maybe I will pin only 1mg tomorrow.

I don’t want to drag this on but I want to clear this as some of evo family members might be thinking that he might have cheated on me or layed hand on me, none of that happened. I don’t want to wash the dirty laundry as it’s disrespectful. I know you guys care for me and got my back ( like you ganged up against my brother once when he suggested me to use Deca lol 😄) but I still care for my ex and hearing bad things about him makes me hurt more. If 2 people can’t be together, doesn’t mean he is a bad person.

The show must go on ( read “ The fat loss must go on ) 😆

I weighed in this morning = 45.8kg

It’s such a massive transformation and I give a massive credit to @ZenithHealth for his quality Reta. I did a selfie shoot with slightly different angulation and 1st time in my life I saw shadow of abs. We all got some muscles but the main improvement I have seen in my body is mainly because my body fat % is dropping. I am soo stoked because I have tried everything in the past- all sort of diets, nothing worked. Reta is magic.

Also a big shout out to @RegenexPharma for letting me tippy-toe into HGH. I will be starting it from tomorrow

Last week I wasn’t paying attention and went too superficial when injecting peptides near my love handles. The swelling was un-real for days. Pulled back on majority of peptides as I have not been working out as hard and I feel I didn't have the drive to do it either. To me that's okay. Sometimes listening to what my body is asking is showing it empathy and kindness. Part of healing for me

I have been taking HER Elite health stack from @RGSX It made my life soo much easier and they bottle arrived in the the right time as well. Like I have mentioned I had no energy to do anything- part of the reason, I wasn’t even using peptides. I just take 3 tabs in the morning and 3 tabs in the evening. The way I have been, I definitely would have missed my supplements if it wasn't all in one bottle. It smells like semi ripe mangoes as well.
I am not sure if it’s the supplements or because I am not eating properly but I did feel bit constipated. I am barely hitting 1000cal a day plus little to no fiber, so I am heavily gonna say it’s my diet. I took some Osmocol and constipation is under control. I ate some fibers as well today.

Before peptides, I massively relied on herbs and supps to control my medical condition and that's why researched alot while I was trying to fix myself. I am glad that I could help and was able to put my 2 cents as part of developing and having our say with the ingredients of Her Elite Stack by @RGSX along with other wonderful ladies like @Sheshredz @Panda22 @AliceInIronland. These women are extremely knowledgable and know what they are doing.

I still pushed 3 gym session this week. The last session I did made me feel really good as I have noticed even though I am not eating much but somehow I am felt stronger in the gym with my last session

Recovery & Rehab- My shoulder is in it's mint condition now.

3 sessions- 2 lower body and 1 session upper body

I was in my late luteal phase + stress, so I did less sets or reps to manage my cortisol

I made sure I forced myself to have atleast 1400kcal om my training day


Lower Body

  • Hip Thrusts: 35 kg × 10 reps x3 sets
  • Romanian Deadlift: 30 kg × 10 reps x 3 sets
  • Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 kg × 10 reps × 3 sets

    Break as I didn’t have it in my. Just went for 30 mins walks

Nice work getting back to the gym. Those three workouts look really good! Nice looking exercise selection in the two leg ones.

One thing I'd say re diet/appetite, if you're struggling to get the food in, focus on protein and if necessary go for stuff that's easy to get down (eg protein water).

Your progress has been awesome. I went back and snipped you starting pics next to the current ones. Night and day hey! And it's only been two months! Imagine 6 months or a year!

Where I live, we have a big problem with this. You can’t trust anybody auto mechanics will lie to you and say this or that is wrong with your car same thing with Dentist and same thing with any other industry. It’s all about making money they need to make a sale.

I am not sure if it’s the supplements or because I am not eating properly but I did feel bit constipated. I am barely hitting 1000cal a day plus little to no fiber, so I am heavily gonna say it’s my diet. I took some Osmocol and constipation is under control. I ate some fibers as well today.

Before peptides, I massively relied on herbs and supps to control my medical condition and that's why researched alot while I was trying to fix myself. I am glad that I could help and was able to put my 2 cents as part of developing and having our say with the ingredients of Her Elite Stack by @RGSX along with other wonderful ladies like @Sheshredz @Panda22 @AliceInIronland. These women are extremely knowledgable and know what they are doing.

I still pushed 3 gym session this week. The last session I did made me feel really good as I have noticed even though I am not eating much but somehow I am felt stronger in the gym with my last session

Recovery & Rehab- My shoulder is in it's mint condition now.

3 sessions- 2 lower body and 1 session upper body

I was in my late luteal phase + stress, so I did less sets or reps to manage my cortisol

I made sure I forced myself to have atleast 1400kcal om my training day


Lower Body

  • Hip Thrusts: 35 kg × 10 reps x3 sets
  • Romanian Deadlift: 30 kg × 10 reps x 3 sets
  • Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 kg × 10 reps × 3 sets
  • Weighted abduction : 4 kgs – 15 reps x3 sets

    Break as I didn’t have it in my. Just went for 30 mins walks




Lower Body

  • Hamstring curls lying : 35 kg × 10 reps x3 sets
  • Hyper extension ( glute biased) : 5 kg × 10 reps x 3 sets
  • Bulgarian Split Squats: 5 kg × 10 reps × 3 sets
  • Abduction : 4 kgs – 15 reps x3 sets
  • Calf raises

Upper Body

  • Lateral Raises: 4kg × 12 reps × 3 sets
  • Seated row: 25 kg x 12 repsx3sets
  • Rear Delt Fly: 3 kg × 15 reps × 3 sets
  • Lat Pulldown: 27 kg × 12 reps × 3 sets
  • Biceps curls : 10 kg barbell x10 reps x3 sets
  • Assisted pull up: 25 kg x10 repsx 3 set

Sleep – Sleep is still great as I have been meditating a lot. Also, I tend to sleep more when I am emotionally exhausted as I can lucid dream and sleep could be my happy place then : )

Everyone has been commenting now how great and small I look. I was going out with my friends for dinner, it’s a good problem to have- Nothing fits me, literally nothing. . I had to borrow my friend’s bodycon size 6 dress and it was a bit loose. So I am close to size 4 now.


In my recent podcast I spoke about how medical system is rigged. Fortunately I take my progress photos every week, so I know what my body looks like and I am super confident now. I went to the plastic surgeon for consultation regarding ift/ augmentation ( yes I am shirinking there as well 😏

You guys wont believe- The surgeon said I am an @ Ideal candidate for lipo 360 and tummy tuck along with fat injection in my butt 😆He took photos in weird angels and heavy contrast. Lucky I track my progress with photos, otherwise he would have sown some body dysmorphia seeds. He quoted $50k for the surgery for my loose skin and it doesn’t even cover the augmentation 😄. He said " You have loose skin and it will never be gone on its own.". Ofcourse I didnt take him seriously but it shows to me how important it is to track your progress by photos and have a supportive group like all of you.

They used to call me lanky but I had a positive mindsetand I would say - Yeah B*tch you are jealous coz I look like a supermodel 😅😅. I was good in studies, so even Principal and all teachers were there to boost my confidence. Kids can be cruel though.

@ your insecurity- You look incredible now. Don't know about other women but for someone like me, your physique is like dream bf body.
You absolutely have those underwear model proportions. Stunning stuff babe! :love:
