It was short, it was sweet, as I started logging near the end of the weightloss phase.
But here I am back again as we enter the new Body Recomp phase.
I went and got a DEXA Body Composition Scan completed this morning,
I will attach photos of relevant results.
STATS: - DEXA

Age: 31
•
Height: 180cm
•
Weight: 80.95kg
•
BodyFat: 13.5%
Physique Starting Point:
The Goal:

Weight: 80-81kg
•
BodyFat: 10%
Increasing size across the chest, shoulders and arms, and keeping mobility and aerobic and anaerobic capacity as high as possible.
The Plan:
2 weeks at maintenance calories,
Get relevant bloods done,
Introduce TRT @ 125mg Weekly pinned E2D,
Titrating up to a maximum of 200mg depending on future blood work.
Calories:
Starting around 2600
Training Schedule:
3x Gym, 3x Cardio per week.
M: FullBody 90m
T: Cardio/Sports Training
W: FullBody 90m
T: Cardio/Sports Training
F: Upper Body and Core specific 60m
S: Cardio 60m (As of April this will be game day)
S: Rest
