Some of you may know me from my previous log,

It was short, it was sweet, as I started logging near the end of the weightloss phase.
But here I am back again as we enter the new Body Recomp phase.

I went and got a DEXA Body Composition Scan completed this morning,
I will attach photos of relevant results.

📏 Height: 180cm
⚖️ Weight: 80.95kg

Physique Starting Point:

⚖️ Weight: 80-81kg
🩻 BodyFat: 10%
Increasing size across the chest, shoulders and arms, and keeping mobility and aerobic and anaerobic capacity as high as possible.

The Plan:
2 weeks at maintenance calories,
Get relevant bloods done,
Introduce TRT @ 125mg Weekly pinned E2D,
Titrating up to a maximum of 200mg depending on future blood work.

🍽️ Calories:
Starting around 2600

Training Schedule:
3x Gym, 3x Cardio per week.
M: FullBody 90m
T: Cardio/Sports Training

🔎 DAILY CHECK-IN:
⚡ Energy: Was okay through day, extremely flat come gym time, lack of eating today did not help.
💪 Body: Wanting to go lift iron, refreshed.
🧠 Mental State: Busy day, so a little stressy, vibes low.
• 🏋‍♂️ Training: Flat, not great, even strength on lifts, but not feeling it tonight.

Woke up, took the kids to school,
Things a little bit different,
Town copped over 150mm of rain the last 2 days.

Went and got a DEXA Body Comp scan done, surprised by the results really.

BusyBusy day otherwise, setting up and organising for New Born photos in our house, had to make shit tidy, whilst keeping kids happy, (and the wife happy)
Kept forgetting to eat all day, so that's been a whole thing, not a great start to the Recomp.

845pm gym session, I dispise them,
Flat. Not great session, took alot longer than it should have, not very switched on, but got it done atleast.

In all, not a great day,
But we got through it,
I'm sure there will be worse, but we keep moving forward.

Gym lighting fixed my mood a little though,
New fave pose for sure.

I dont mean this as a dig, but dont feel weird about the idea of surgery for the skin.

I know a couple of guys who lost a ton of weight with gastric sleeves and got tummy tucks after, and dude it looked awesome.

Cosmetic surgery is not a girly thing. We are in the business of looking good. If we're gonna take peds, why not do everything else.

Heads up though, the recovery is pretty rough.

Lets get it, king.

Sometimes, one of those days was today, got about an hour nap in.
@CookieBaah bros, sometimes when I have a late night doing plumbing, I'll come home, take a quick nap, and I'll tell my wife to wake me up in a couple hours. Then I'll get up and go to the gym. Works out good for me.

Ahh an intraclub game next week, as the team we were going to play pulled out.

And then was meant to have another one, but it's on the wifes birthday, so thats scratched out. 😅

I've used 1.5 scoops and 2 scoops, all comes down to Protein wants I guess 🫡
But i do it a little bit of a weird way, cause i like to spread my protein milk out over 3 tubs (and only have 1L bottle at a time)

For the Ninja Creami-

On kitchen scales -
330ml - The Complete Dairy Light Milk (High Protein)
1.5 or 2 scoops protein powder, vanilla works best.
1/4 Teaspoon Xanthum Gum
1 Teaspoon MonkFruit Extract
And then I top it up with Skim Milk, to approx 430g on the scales.
Blend in a blender for 10-15,
Pour into the ice cream pint.

Will be above the "max" line, but it's just froth, i let it sit in the freezer for a few hours with no lid, then stir it/pat it down to the max level.

It was short, it was sweet, as I started logging near the end of the weightloss phase.
But here I am back again as we enter the new Body Recomp phase.

I went and got a DEXA Body Composition Scan completed this morning,

📓 JOURNAL:
Back to Back 7hr plus sleeps, albeit a couple wake ups over night, we will take it as a big win.
Neither toddler woke up until 815am, so even got to wake up on my own accord.

Increased HGH dose from 2.5iu to 3.2iu, should now get roughly 1month per kit, the dreams are ramping up again and deep sleep numbers increasing, definitely holding me together.

Reta dose went from 1mg to 1.2mg last night (solely to empty the vial), will just go back to 1mg next week.

Decided to do GLOW in the glute to try minimising the sting, worked wonders, small bruise and a small red streak coming from the injection site.

After a couple dry days, I got out and did the lawns, no mower issues this time, grass had grown a shit tonne from all the rain prior.

Increased HGH dose from 2.5iu to 3.2iu, should now get roughly 1month per kit, the dreams are ramping up again and deep sleep numbers increasing, definitely holding me together.

Reta dose went from 1mg to 1.2mg last night (solely to empty the vial), will just go back to 1mg next week.

Decided to do GLOW in the glute to try minimising the sting, worked wonders, small bruise and a small red streak coming from the injection site.

Back to Back 7hr plus sleeps, albeit a couple wake ups over night, we will take it as a big win.
Neither toddler woke up until 815am, so even got to wake up on my own accord.

Increased HGH dose from 2.5iu to 3.2iu, should now get roughly 1month per kit, the dreams are ramping up again and deep sleep numbers increasing, definitely holding me together.

Reta dose went from 1mg to 1.2mg last night (solely to empty the vial), will just go back to 1mg next week.

Decided to do GLOW in the glute to try minimising the sting, worked wonders, small bruise and a small red streak coming from the injection site.

After a couple dry days, I got out and did the lawns, no mower issues this time, grass had grown a shit tonne from all the rain prior.

Greatful for the wife getting up with the kids this morning, even though the toddler came in at 620am 💀

Out to my mothers house for the Sunday family lunch,
Easy time to relax and let the kids run wild,
Got handed a beer, and jesus my stomach turned,
I'm not really a big drinker as is
But this Reta really got me not caring at all,
Very slowly stomached it down.

Got my Blood Pressure checked, 120/80,
All is fine on that front.

Wife's off to Adelaide tomorrow with the baby for an appointment, decided it'd be easier for me to stay home with the other 2 young ones.


Still too early to tell any benefits from the GLOW as of yet, only 4 days in, been going in the glute, and copping maybe a 1/10 sting from the GHK-CU, every now and then over the day.

HGH has been absolutely keeping me afloat,
My sleeps have been effected by baby, but always wake up feeling ready to go, and recovered.
Still no side effects what so ever,
I think the plan is to run 3.3iu for another month, and then titrate up once on the 150iu kits.

Sounds like a great day. Resting and resetting the body. Low stress days are worth it.
They're definitely a requirement, soon They're to be full recovery/rest days, once the season starts.

Ive had one drink when I first started Reta and haven't touched any since lol.

My plan was to stay at 1mg, but might have to nudge it a fraction though, bit hungrier last few days,
But its still doing what I need it to!
