Calories - going to keep the same for the moment at 3900 cals with ~300g of protein and ~500 grams of carbs.

Sleep about 8 hours waking up just before 6 and going to bed at ~9:30

Really looking forward to seeing what the results are like, anadrol is going to be awesome I reckon. Open to all advice

I also am wondering about using an Ai during my cycle. I saw online Boldenone and its metabolites are structurally similar to estradiol. Many standard estradiol tests use antibody based immunoassays, and those antibodies sometimes bind to boldenone metabolites by mistake. When that happens, the machine reports falsely low estradiol, even though your real physiological estradiol may be normal or high. Maybe thats the e2 control people observe? Im not 100% sure but I’ve been researching equipoises actual effects on estradiol.
 
Man I will for sure be following along with this one, I like you have been researching Boldenone alot as I am intending on running Bold ace, I hear it converts and then I hear it blocks e2.

One thing I have learnt with gear - what it does to you, may not do to me, keep one on hand and go by symptoms - test LCMS for exact numbers if unsure.

Yeah 100% everyone reacts differently, interesting to see the different perspectives of it and everyone’s different experiences. LCMS is a good idea I will be looking into where I can get that done, thanks man.

I always thought that Oxymetholone typical dosage is around 50-100mg, leaning to higher end if used for short term. keep us updated how your strength will change after you stop using it.

@trentwin1 Much respect for this training man. The pull ups and the Romanian deadlifts are really nice back to back. You got in some good training. Those two exercises alone made the whole workout work.

Awesome gym sesh today, normally I judge the pump on the ability to not touch my shoulders. However today I was struggling to even drink because my biceps were so pumped. Definitely the @kiwibulk anadrol and @Life-Forge cialis working wonders. Also been focusing on getting good carbs pre workout. Got given some homemade honey today from a mate so that was mint.

Pin day was yesterday did eq and @AuStarLabs test in one injection and went perfectly again no PIP at all which is so good. Just ordered some 1 inch 25gauge needles from the exchange so if I need to rotate sites those will work for delt or quad.

Taught myself how to take bloodpressure manually today with my girlfriends kit she has. Got a reading of 114 over 76 so all is well on that front.

All round going really well. Bodyweight is now sitting at roughly 104 feel like Im leaning out quite a decent amount too especially in ab definition.

The n2guard is thanks to @RoySimpson - I was having a bunch of issues that made it a bit inaccessible to me but @RoySimpson made light work of all those. All we need to do is log is log it with details of our use which will be good data for our own purposes in the future and will hopefully help other kiwi lifters find out about it and how to get it :)

I'm working on a touchdown thread comparing it to a local clone and to getting TUDCA, etc individually and looking at it that way it's far cheaper than those options, for more complete and I'd say it's atcually cheap. Comes out at $7 NZD a day for the 30 day cycle at 7 caps a day. $1 a cap! How many are you taking?

The 1" is perfect for quad, and probably the minimum you'd want too - but I always regret it with delt, it doesn't feel right, I think 5/8 tips are the way to go for delt. Check out my @AuStarLabs touchdown thread from last week, Rob describes his whole delt pin method, you should try that with 5/8 tips.

Im going great at the moment. Working full time manual labour but still managing to feel awesome in the gym which is great.

Sitting at 104 at the moment leaning oit a lot though wondering if I should maybe jump back on the bulk especially because Im on anadrol. Still have a few more weeks of that.

I was wondering how extreme the affects of Anadrol should be a 25 mg a day? I was expecting something kind of insane to be honest, notice a slight strength increase and pump increase just wondering how wild it should be.

Glad I have the N2 guard. Loving my supplement stack at the moment the Mk is a really noticeable thing which is surprising my sleep is definitely much better than when I forgot it for a couple days.

All round feel much better on this cycle. Will upload some pics too, and need to get better with tracking macros so I can chuck em up on here
 
Nice man! 25mg is a pretty mild dose from what I can tell, and all of the prescription amounts I could find were way higher than even 50. In the pharma insert its got doctor instructions to presceibe at 1mg per kg of bodyweight. Dunno how pleasant that was for the patient but I'm gonna do 50mg a day. Also heard that 50mg anadrol is roughly equivalent to 25mg dianabol.

How many of those n2guard caps do you take?

Im going great at the moment. Working full time manual labour but still managing to feel awesome in the gym which is great.

Sitting at 104 at the moment leaning oit a lot though wondering if I should maybe jump back on the bulk especially because Im on anadrol. Still have a few more weeks of that.

@trentwin1 this is a really good job on this one. n2guard is well worth it. you will feel the difference.

bros this looking solid if you ask me. 25mgs of anadrol is a mild dose. if you want to really get bombed go with 50mgs @trentwin1

manual labor is a tough job. i worked as an engineer and sometimes would work 2 days straight @trentwin1 So I know what kind of commitment it takes.

Im going great at the moment. Working full time manual labour but still managing to feel awesome in the gym which is great.

Sitting at 104 at the moment leaning oit a lot though wondering if I should maybe jump back on the bulk especially because Im on anadrol. Still have a few more weeks of that.

I was wondering how extreme the affects of Anadrol should be a 25 mg a day? I was expecting something kind of insane to be honest, notice a slight strength increase and pump increase just wondering how wild it should be.

Glad I have the N2 guard. Loving my supplement stack at the moment the Mk is a really noticeable thing which is surprising my sleep is definitely much better than when I forgot it for a couple days.

All round feel much better on this cycle. Will upload some pics too, and need to get better with tracking macros so I can chuck em up on here
@trentwin1 anadrol a little bit goes a long way. 25 mg is a very mild dose. If you jump it up to 50 mg or 75 mg you'll definitely feel the difference. 5 or 10 mg can definitely be a big change.

n2guard is one of the best for sure. we love using it. its a great supplement and works great! @trentwin1

I'd do some serious research here bro, it's really gnarly shit. Since you're already a savage with the doctor I think you should try that route first. It's one they'll be happy to help with and there's quite a few options beforehand nuclear ones.

I'd also experiment with going to public swimming pools, the chlorine will nuke your skin and the bacteria. The old Evo podcast host Ricky talked about this and it makes good sense me. Some people say it also helps loose skin so I'm gonna try it for that.

I used accutane. It works. It’s actually toxic to you dna. Stays with you a long time. Nuclear option.

Bp isnt too bad but just noticed it coming up. Its a manual blood pressure device, which is more accurate only if you know what youre doing haha. Ill get my girlfriend to do it to double check. Both today and yesterday I got around 132 over 88 last week it was around 110 over 70

I’ll definitely look into other options before accutane didnt realise its such an intense option.

It’s super intense bro I watched a buddy completely dry out he needed lip balm every 20 minutes LOL. It worked but that shit is nasty it’s as bad as prednisone.

Use the tanning bed at your gym if they have one. No tanning oil or sunscreen.

130/90 is actually high you need to do something.

Good to hear you are feeling great and your motivation is high!

I used accutane in my early 20's as my acne from teenage years wasn't going away. That stuff works for sure but has well known side effects that can be pretty serious. I reckon it has permanently made me more sensitive to the sun. Like when I was younger I would tan really easily and not get burnt. After using it, I would get burnt really easily.

Nice pics bro some progress here! No signs of gyno doesn't necessarily mean e2 is in check can you do bloods in a couple weeks? Once you have signs of gyno you're in 'back peddling' mode and you don't want to be playing catch up with gyno trust ME on that LOL (just look at my titties!).

Reading today was good 122/82. Just going to get bloods through doctor $40 for everything isnt a bad way to do it 🙂

Think its too early days for the eq but stepped up to 50 mg anadrol and thats been awesome! Loving it feel so strong in the gym hit 150 on bench today.

Yeah started making cream of rice preworkout, get in about 150 grams an hour preworkout and around 500 grams a day

Weighing in at 101.4 but considerably leaner than the start of cycle. Done a small cut the last month just from 105 to now. Still getting stronger and feeling awesome in the gym

Getting strong too benching 140 for 5 really clean for a few sets.

I've been doing this for many years. Most gains are lost without logs, guys just dont eat as much and dont train as much as they thick they do, dial in your food and supplements first that will change your life @trentwin1

interesting bloods your e2 is not low actually at all @trentwin1 and you didnt share testosterone do you have it?

hcg wont get your balls going if you're on TRT, it will just increase estrogen and shift hormones.

Testosterone is useless machines in nz dont go over 52 nmol/L all it shows is its greater than that

HCG can mimic all it wants but testosterone will shut you down. HCG is estrogenic you'll need to make sure to use light aromasin as well @trentwin1 use the test with hcg but this time start actually logging food training please :D

Well yes the testosterone stops my Lh and now hcg is replacing that and binding with the receptors in my testes to start production correct? I understand after i stop hcg my testes will also stop operating

that's not how it works, hcg is more of a mimic they use pregnant female urine for it, it wont work your testes back up @trentwin1 in simple terms easier to use low dose hcg if you need to with a strong fadogia based test booster like hcgenerate
but I suspect based on your log, your supplement regiment is lacking, sleep not clear, food not clear and training not clear which would play big into your testes and all else

No matter what my diet or supplements are my pituitary gland is not going to make more LH and my testes are not going to function. The only way my testes are going to work is if Lh or something LH- like (hcg) is binded to the receptors in my testes. A fadogia based test booster would work to boost my LH production if I had any, however I dont. My elevated test levels are going to keep my LH suppressed and they are going to stay elevated into my cruise and for the foreseeable future. Hence me using hcg to startup testicle function in my cruise phase where estrogen management is not a worry
