**Felt so strong with these today. Instant push to kick things off

**Again just felt strong with these and needed to up the final lift.

Rope pulldowns 2x15x15 1x15xamrap

**Great finish today. Increased the weight I was going to do. Arms felt full by the end.

Southern Cross Labs - Cycle update
I am going to adjust my logging of the cycle so that each compound is separately logged, then overall view of how I feel.
Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:

Test E - Pin this morning was great again. Really loving the Test.

Deca - Really loving how this is working on my joints and in conjunction with the Test E. Strength is continually increasing.

EQ - First pin this afternoon. Was smooth, no pip, no issues at all. Immediately trained after it without concern
Dbol - HOLY FUCK!! About 20 minutes after I took this I could feel it. Never felt anything like it. Body just jumped. Will take 20mg about an hour before training for the 4 weeks. And based on the boost it gave me today its going to be a fun 4 weeks.

Overall - Today was the first day all compounds in this blast were in and it was good. I felt great. Strong, energised and just wanting to get out there and train. I hope this is the start of something epic now.

Ok so the prelude is over and the main show is finally on. As far as first days in a cycle go it was pretty awesome. I felt energised and strong and all my lifts were put up a level because I just felt I could do them.
I seem to respond really well and that could be that I have actually taken any drugs in my life...like ever. My career wouldn't allow it so now that I can stimulate my CNS with outside influences it is loving it💪 😎.
The jolt I felt from the Dianabol was nothing I have felt before. I felt so strong and energised in the gym it was quite incredible.
In consultation with @LevButlerov I have slowly started increasing my carb intake as well.
Below are today's update pics. Very slightly leaner and a small increase in areas. Nothing spectacular. Be interesting to see if next week has a bigger change.

Measure them all the same way. For example: Deca 200mg (600mg PW) every 3 days (although that means it's a little less than 600)
OK. Why? It is inaccurate @Mobster . I would rather put 466mg pw. At least it is mathematically a correct figure for 7 days.

Deca - Really loving how this is working on my joints and in conjunction with the Test E, my strength. Not feeling the bloating or water retention but I still have a couple of weak diuretics in my meds so that may be balancing this.

EQ - not yet
Dbol - not yet

Overall -
The increase in Test E and Deca has been really beneficial to me so far. My strength is climbing, my joints feel better than they have for years and I am still getting a bit leaner as I go. My sides are minimal to non- existent so far. The gear from @Southern Cross Labs is quality stuff as far as I am concerned. Be interesting once EQ and Dbol are added into the fray.

Since everything has not quite arrived through Oz post yet I have decided to move the actual start to Sunday this week. @Southern Cross Labs has been generous in its supply to me so extending by a week is easily covered. This will then be followed by a decent TRT block.
The way things are already moving already is making me just twitching to get this fully going. Come on Australia Post, I have gains to get 💪 😎.

Thanks brother. Two others are in so off we go on 12 weeks of mayhem now.
I am increasing the carbs a bit and today's is going to be the highest for a quite a while. I feel fine though.
Mentally great, I always am on deca. Seems to chill me out and calm me, not the other way. 🤷‍♂️🩵
Seems like something good to try. @Kopite67 adjusting carbs is a good idea especially if you're going to use deca like that.
 
@Kopite67 bros, can always depend on you for an excellent update. Nice way to finish out the week. 106 kg, you are holding strong and look where your blood pressure is and your heart rate. Shows that your heart is very strong for your size.

Since everything has not quite arrived through Oz post yet I have decided to move the actual start to Sunday this week. @Southern Cross Labs has been generous in its supply to me so extending by a week is easily covered. This will then be followed by a decent TRT block.

I am going to adjust my logging of the cycle so that each compound is separately logged, then overall view of how I feel.
Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:

Test E - Pin this morning was great again. Really loving the Test.

Deca - Really loving how this is working on my joints and in conjunction with the Test E. Strength is continually increasing.

EQ - First pin this afternoon. Was smooth, no pip, no issues at all. Immediately trained after it without concern
Dbol - HOLY FUCK!! About 20 minutes after I took this I could feel it. Never felt anything like it. Body just jumped. Will take 20mg about an hour before training for the 4 weeks. And based on the boost it gave me today its going to be a fun 4 weeks.

Overall - Today was the first day all compounds in this blast were in and it was good. I felt great. Strong, energised and just wanting to get out there and train. I hope this is the start of something epic now.

Ok so the prelude is over and the main show is finally on. As far as first days in a cycle go it was pretty awesome. I felt energised and strong and all my lifts were put up a level because I just felt I could do them.
I seem to respond really well and that could be that I have actually taken any drugs in my life...like ever. My career wouldn't allow it so now that I can stimulate my CNS with outside influences it is loving it💪 😎.
The jolt I felt from the Dianabol was nothing I have felt before. I felt so strong and energised in the gym it was quite incredible.
In consultation with @LevButlerov I have slowly started increasing my carb intake as well.
Below are today's update pics. Very slightly leaner and a small increase in areas. Nothing spectacular. Be interesting to see if next week has a bigger change.

May sound weird but I have cooked oats and then topped with eggs and bacon with salt and pepper. I like it. Eggs runny make it better.

EQ - Not having any issues after first hit of this yesterday. Another pin tomorrow before I settle into routine properly.

Dbol - Took the 20mg at midday today as I am not training. Didnt have the same jolt I did yesterday. But certainly felt a bit more energised. Tomorrow I will take it 45min before I train and see if the affect as Friday occurs.

Overall - I feel great. Strong, energised and just wanting to get out there and train but have to rest today. No sides from the four compounds together as far as I can tell. Vitals are good, skin is fine, no bloating or mental issues. So far so good.

I took the Dbol at midday and while I had a little rush, nothing like yesterday. I also had an energy drink just before taking the Dbol yesterday and I wonder if the combination of Dbol with this was what caused the intense jolt 🤔.
Going to do this tomorrow as any experiment. I will log the result 😁

Deca - Easy pin again today. Still feeling great in and around my joints.

EQ - Not having any issues after first hit of this yesterday. Another pin tomorrow before I settle into routine properly.

Dbol - Took the 20mg at midday today as I am not training. Didnt have the same jolt I did yesterday. But certainly felt a bit more energised. Tomorrow I will take it 45min before I train and see if the affect as Friday occurs.

Overall - I feel great. Strong, energised and just wanting to get out there and train but have to rest today. No sides from the four compounds together as far as I can tell. Vitals are good, skin is fine, no bloating or mental issues. So far so good.

It was one of those in the moment pics. Turned out beautifully. Burgers were so dense, but yummy. It was a great rest day, but I want to get into it now and train. Very itchy feet for it 🩵

Fluid dynamics is too unpredictable to read from one weigh in brother! As long as your weekly average weight is trending in the desired direction… your winning 💪
 
It was one of those in the moment pics. Turned out beautifully. Burgers were so dense, but yummy. It was a great rest day, but I want to get into it now and train. Very itchy feet for it 🩵
Gotta love that feeling bro! Your doing the right thing though by still resting!! Recovery just as important then everything else.

Southern Cross Labs - Cycle update
I am going to adjust my logging of the cycle so that each compound is separately logged, then overall view of how I feel.

Test E - Pin this morning was great again. Really loving the Test.

Deca - Really loving how this is working on my joints and in conjunction with the Test E. Strength is continually increasing.

EQ - First pin this afternoon. Was smooth, no pip, no issues at all. Immediately trained after it without concern
Dbol - HOLY FUCK!! About 20 minutes after I took this I could feel it. Never felt anything like it. Body just jumped. Will take 20mg about an hour before training for the 4 weeks. And based on the boost it gave me today its going to be a fun 4 weeks.

Overall - Today was the first day all compounds in this blast were in and it was good. I felt great. Strong, energised and just wanting to get out there and train. I hope this is the start of something epic now.

Ok so the prelude is over and the main show is finally on. As far as first days in a cycle go it was pretty awesome. I felt energised and strong and all my lifts were put up a level because I just felt I could do them.
I seem to respond really well and that could be that I have actually taken any drugs in my life...like ever. My career wouldn't allow it so now that I can stimulate my CNS with outside influences it is loving it💪 😎.
The jolt I felt from the Dianabol was nothing I have felt before. I felt so strong and energised in the gym it was quite incredible.
In consultation with @LevButlerov I have slowly started increasing my carb intake as well.
Below are today's update pics. Very slightly leaner and a small increase in areas. Nothing spectacular. Be interesting to see if next week has a bigger change.

I would suggest doing pre training :D but you can crack open the cap, how much powder in there? @Kopite67

**Strongest I have felt on these yet. Getting used to the movement and load now.

Dbol - Took the 20mg 45min before training and this time had my energy drink with it. Definitely felt a bit of boost. Based on the training session got to say its doing its thing. Will push to 40 later in the week if no ill effects happen between now and then.

Overall - Still feel great with no issues to blood pressure or resting heart rate from this cycle. Training is super strong and I have better endurance during the sessions so far already. Extremely happy with this cycle so far.

I took the Dbol pre training with the energy drink today and was certainly ready to go straight away in the gym. Felt a real buzz and fired from first lift.
This will be my pre workout for the next few weeks.
Start to this has been better than expected. I wasn't sure what to expect as I really am very new to running this type of full cycle. Energy level increase alone has been quite surprising. Lifts are already better and stronger with the adding of Eq and especially Dbol. In combination with the Test E and Deca it has been fantastic.

The one thing I have found great is the amazing support from not only SCL but all the Evo brothers and Sisters who have helped me but answering queries, offering advice, supporting my log and generally just being ever present. The Evo Family and community really is a fabulous place, and I thank you all for just being yourselves.🩵🩵

So now, onto next week and more gains 💪.

It is a beautiful day today. We get great birds directly outside the windows. Dbol is certainly doing its job in the lifts, powering through them.
I can increase carbs but I doubt the protein is coming down 😁. 🩵

I failed these easily last time and blew right through them today. Thats only a couple of days in so happy with that 😁.
I had issues as well but I saw a post by @PrinceDaddy on slowing the descent dramatically (3 sec) on a couple of sets and moving quickly (1 sec) on the other. It has worked a treat with both balance and control. Do it with all flys now.🩵

EQ - Not having any issues after first hit of this yesterday. Another pin tomorrow before I settle into routine properly.

Dbol - Took the 20mg at midday today as I am not training. Didnt have the same jolt I did yesterday. But certainly felt a bit more energised. Tomorrow I will take it 45min before I train and see if the affect as Friday occurs.

Overall - I feel great. Strong, energised and just wanting to get out there and train but have to rest today. No sides from the four compounds together as far as I can tell. Vitals are good, skin is fine, no bloating or mental issues. So far so good.

Usual Saturday rest day. Meal prepped for the week, rested and wished to hell I was training today.
I took the Dbol at midday and while I had a little rush, nothing like yesterday. I also had an energy drink just before taking the Dbol yesterday and I wonder if the combination of Dbol with this was what caused the intense jolt 🤔.
Going to do this tomorrow as any experiment. I will log the result 😁

Not sure about Dbol but caffeine does work synergistically with a who bunch of compounds and supplements. Could be somethn there.

**Strong lift again. Instant progression from last time

Incline flys 3x12x22.5kg
**Strongest I have felt on these yet. Getting used to the movement and load now.

Test E - Really loving the Test. Pinning tomorrow.

Deca - Not today, pin tomorrow as well. Still feeling great in and around my joints.
The Test E and Deca from @Southern Cross Labs is the real deal and as good as any I have ever had.

EQ - Pin today. Smooth as again. Bit early to say how it is interacting given its only been done twice.

Dbol - Took the 20mg 45min before training and this time had my energy drink with it. Definitely felt a bit of boost. Based on the training session got to say its doing its thing. Will push to 40 later in the week if no ill effects happen between now and then.

Overall - Still feel great with no issues to blood pressure or resting heart rate from this cycle. Training is super strong and I have better endurance during the sessions so far already. Extremely happy with this cycle so far.

I took the Dbol pre training with the energy drink today and was certainly ready to go straight away in the gym. Felt a real buzz and fired from first lift.
This will be my pre workout for the next few weeks.
Start to this has been better than expected. I wasn't sure what to expect as I really am very new to running this type of full cycle. Energy level increase alone has been quite surprising. Lifts are already better and stronger with the adding of Eq and especially Dbol. In combination with the Test E and Deca it has been fantastic.

The one thing I have found great is the amazing support from not only SCL but all the Evo brothers and Sisters who have helped me but answering queries, offering advice, supporting my log and generally just being ever present. The Evo Family and community really is a fabulous place, and I thank you all for just being yourselves.🩵🩵

So now, onto next week and more gains 💪.

Deca - Nice and smooth, no pip, no pain. This made a world of difference since I did two pins this morning.

EQ - Not today. Noticing an couple of things that are positively happening but will wait for a couple more doses to elaborate as I wish to be more certain.

Dbol - Took my first 20mg morning dose today (yeah I know, decided to just get on with upping it). Second 20mg taken this afternoon before training.

Overall - The increase in strength and endurance in lifts is now getting obvious. I feel amazingly strong and recover during the sessions much quicker. Still early days too.

Last time I did this workout on 23rd Feb I wrote the following:

It's been a while since I have been truly humbled by the iron in a gym, and today was absolutely one of those days.
Last week I added a pure Shoulders day to my program as I knew they were a weak point, today I found out how weak that point was.
PED's on 23rd Feb were Sustanon 225mg, Deca 140mg every 3 days


Today I successfully did all the lifts. The pump in my shoulders was unbelievable at the end (pic below). The difference is obviously in the cycle I have started in conjunction with @Southern
My strength and endurance is increasing and my recovery during the session is much faster. Still early in the cycle but so far results are speaking for themselves.

To make my day even better I had my Cardiologist appointment today. He is very happy with progress and we are reducing my medications to almost nothing. Echo will be done in 5 months with blood test. Iam under no restrictions except alcohol and since I pretty much ceased doing that in January (thanks Reta for the assist) it wont be an issue.
Respiratory Specialist on Friday so hopefully more med reductions are coming.
A very nice outcome today though.

Last week I added a pure Shoulders day to my program as I knew they were a weak point, today I found out how weak that point was.
PED's on 23rd Feb were Sustanon 225mg, Deca 140mg every 3 days


Today I successfully did all the lifts. The pump in my shoulders was unbelievable at the end (pic below). The difference is obviously in the cycle I have started in conjunction with @Southern
My strength and endurance is increasing and my recovery during the session is much faster. Still early in the cycle but so far results are speaking for themselves.

To make my day even better I had my Cardiologist appointment today. He is very happy with progress and we are reducing my medications to almost nothing. Echo will be done in 5 months with blood test. Iam under no restrictions except alcohol and since I pretty much ceased doing that in January (thanks Reta for the assist) it wont be an issue.
Respiratory Specialist on Friday so hopefully more med reductions are coming.
A very nice outcome today though.

Thanks brother. Testing in 5 months will be fine. I will have finished this cycle and be on a TRT cruise when that happens. ECG today was excellent as well.🩵

Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:

Test E - Nice and smooth as usual. This was really good today since I did Deca as well.

Deca - Nice and smooth, no pip, no pain. This made a world of difference since I did two pins this morning.

EQ - Not today. Noticing an couple of things that are positively happening but will wait for a couple more doses to elaborate as I wish to be more certain.

Dbol - Took my first 20mg morning dose today (yeah I know, decided to just get on with upping it). Second 20mg taken this afternoon before training.

Overall - The increase in strength and endurance in lifts is now getting obvious. I feel amazingly strong and recover during the sessions much quicker. Still early days too.

I am going to adjust my logging of the cycle so that each compound is separately logged, then overall view of how I feel.
Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:

Test E - still pinning beautifully and seems to be as good as any I have ever used.

Deca - Really loving how this is working on my joints and in conjunction with the Test E, my strength. Not feeling the bloating or water retention but I still have a couple of weak diuretics in my meds so that may be balancing this.

EQ - not yet
Dbol - not yet

Overall -
The increase in Test E and Deca has been really beneficial to me so far. My strength is climbing, my joints feel better than they have for years and I am still getting a bit leaner as I go. My sides are minimal to non- existent so far. The gear from @Southern Cross Labs is quality stuff as far as I am concerned. Be interesting once EQ and Dbol are added into the fray.

Thanks brother. Extra carbs are giving a much needed energy boost to all things. Not adding any real weight so next week I might bump them a small amount again. 🩵

I am slowly increasing carbs and will try (maybe🤔, probably not 🙃) to lower protein. 🩵
