EQ - same as Test, smooth, no pip, easy pin.

Dbol - Took my first 20mg morning dose today. Second 20mg taken this afternoon.

Overall - As far as I can see the entire combination of compounds in this cycle is working. I do not feel mentally stressed or agitated and physically I am getting bigger and stronger. The first week has been highly successful. The gear from @Southern Cross Labs is everything you would hope it would be when doing this. On to week 2 😁.

I know almost every brother and sister on Evo has body dysmorphia on some level and I am no different. However, I can be a bit discerning and I did not like what I saw in the mirror the last 3 days. The sharper edges that I was starting to attain softened significantly. I think I know what the issue is and over the next week I will explore this and let you know on the 27th March. It has nothing to do with my PEDs cycle btw, just to be clear.
Therein some of my log will not be totally accurate as I need to look at items in isolation, and away from distractions, but I will explain that on the 27th. 😁😘

You know of all people I totally get the body dysmorphia 😅 but trust me when I say you got nothing to worry about, whatever is worrying you I'm sure you'll iron out in no time flat. That front double is something I aspire too brother. Fkn lean mean and large ya weapon.

Legend it gladdens my heart that you are up to date and feeling 100% again.
I am better today with our commonality in body dysmorphia, and an adjustment or two in my diet assisted that.
Lovely to say about the biceps bro, but I would literally kill for your ab development.
The @RGSX really does seem to be settling things and so far I am impressed. Certainly a shit ton less other things I have to take.
Both Cardiac and lung stuff is now basically done apart from a bit of maintenance and monitoring.
So now we have updated our bro love log, have a positively grand weekend my brother 🩵

I do brother. I will get bloods done within the next 4 weeks to see how things are going. I feel fine and my other markers are good so no need to rush in yet. I will then get one in June just before I have to get one for my Dr so I know what to expect 😁🤣. After that TRT and the next one will be to determine when I can go back up again. 🩵

It's such a complete cycle support. To cover the extra in relation to Decca I would run extra coq10 and some p5p along side it 💪

Not a bad idea with the P5P amd CoQ10 my dude. I have the same kinda thing going. P5P seems to help regulate prolactin and dopamine with 19nors.

**So Deload must be done now. Failed rep 5 at 120, but shoulders ached through every single fucking rep. Final straw was not being locked in on 120 and feet were moving alot. Sure sign I am over cooked and not locked in. Didn't bother doing any more today.

Deca - Easy pin again today in L Delt. Can't mention enough how fantastic these oils are. VIP status was well earned

EQ - Not Today

Dbol - Took my first 20mg morning dose today. 20mg taken pre training and was probably the only reason I lifted I got what I did on bench.

Overall - Still going amazingly well but body is now in dire need of a deload for the rest of the week. By keeping cycle up I should recover much better and be ready for a new 12 week dance.

So a much needed deload has literally been forced on me by my own body. My CNS is cooked and the only thing pushing me along is my PEDs cycle. It was bound to happen after 18 weeks straight.
I will make some adjustments and explain these as the week unfolds since training will consist of 50% load now till next Sunday. I will not train shoulders tomorrow though as they need complete rest this week.
New focus, new training block, couple of changes here and there. But this will now be a log focusing on powerlifting and all of the elements therein such as diet, training set up, PEDs and lead in to a competition at the end of the year, in some capacity.
More to come this week.....

Still super strong there brother, but it only stays that way if we listen to the body and act accordingly hey. Smart move on the deload and skipping the shoulder work tomoz. I would persistently overwork my shoulder when it starts to feel better and regret it every time.

I will make some adjustments and explain these as the week unfolds since training will consist of 50% load now till next Sunday. I will not train shoulders tomorrow though as they need complete rest this week.
New focus, new training block, couple of changes here and there. But this will now be a log focusing on powerlifting and all of the elements therein such as diet, training set up, PEDs and lead in to a competition at the end of the year, in some capacity.

I’m in my thirties and can feel that there’s definitely a few little aches and pan that can creep up overtime. So to say the least I’m damn impressed by your efforts being a tad older! I was thinking 2-3 days a deload where you dont train but do light fasting like OMAD with lower cals :D to see how you feel @Kopite67

I will be doing a 50% deload on my lift days except today which will be no train to rest my shoulders. Diet will remain the same. I will run this to Sunday then 12 week cycle, 13 week training cycle begins. 🩵

8.5hrs 😱. Mental break for the day yesterday has helped significantly. A really solid sleep. 3 wake ups for toilet. Instantly back to sleep.

**So Deload must be done now. Failed rep 5 at 120, but shoulders ached through every single fucking rep. Final straw was not being locked in on 120 and feet were moving alot. Sure sign I am over cooked and not locked in. Didn't bother doing any more today.

So a much needed deload has literally been forced on me by my own body. My CNS is cooked and the only thing pushing me along is my PEDs cycle. It was bound to happen after 18 weeks straight.
I will make some adjustments and explain these as the week unfolds since training will consist of 50% load now till next Sunday. I will not train shoulders tomorrow though as they need complete rest this week.
New focus, new training block, couple of changes here and there. But this will now be a log focusing on powerlifting and all of the elements therein such as diet, training set up, PEDs and lead in to a competition at the end of the year, in some capacity.

I do brother. I will get bloods done within the next 4 weeks to see how things are going. I feel fine and my other markers are good so no need to rush in yet. I will then get one in June just before I have to get one for my Dr so I know what to expect 😁🤣. After that TRT and the next one will be to determine when I can go back up again. 🩵
That's good bro. That EQ really plays some serious games with the E2 on you Aussie boys so it would be good to know exactly what it's doing to ya. Who knows, maybe you'll just have to increase your test, doctors orders lol
 
Oh, I see.
I will be doing a 50% deload on my lift days except today which will be no train to rest my shoulders. Diet will remain the same. I will run this to Sunday then 12 week cycle, 13 week training cycle begins. 🩵

As this deload has become a necessity I have changed my 12 week cycle to start from next Sunday 29th March until the 21st of June.
Overall it will put the entire AAS cycle at about 16 weeks which is OK. @Southern Cross Labs and I discussed this and they have generously offered to support this entire cycle. It is as above with the addition of 20mg more of Dbol on training days and the addition of HGH at some point soon.

My training program will be 13 weeks long before I deload again into a TRT period.
This block will continue to focus on specific powerlifting training and have a couple of minor adjustments to help streamline this a bit more.
Tomorrow I will outline my training block in detail and why certain exercises are in and some are now out.

Yeah gotta be pretty good with your stack! That’s why I wanted to know about blood pressure I was wondering if you were a genetic phenom or had a magic trick! Mine been sitting around 137/70 so I’m looking for good ways to lower it ideally without using telmisartan and adding something else to the stack lol

@Kopite67 Would be interesting to see how you do on those dosages that dbol 60 milligrams a day is pretty strong. Even if it's just on training days you might be dealing with a lot of estrogen and water retention so keep an eye on that it might be hard to see but 1 of the things you can look for is the moon face

8.5hrs 😱. Mental break for the day yesterday has helped significantly. A really solid sleep. 3 wake ups for toilet. Instantly back to sleep.

**So Deload must be done now. Failed rep 5 at 120, but shoulders ached through every single fucking rep. Final straw was not being locked in on 120 and feet were moving alot. Sure sign I am over cooked and not locked in. Didn't bother doing any more today.

Dbol - Took my first 20mg morning dose today. 20mg taken pre training and was probably the only reason I lifted I got what I did on bench.

Overall - Still going amazingly well but body is now in dire need of a deload for the rest of the week. By keeping cycle up I should recover much better and be ready for a new 12 week dance.

So a much needed deload has literally been forced on me by my own body. My CNS is cooked and the only thing pushing me along is my PEDs cycle. It was bound to happen after 18 weeks straight.
I will make some adjustments and explain these as the week unfolds since training will consist of 50% load now till next Sunday. I will not train shoulders tomorrow though as they need complete rest this week.
New focus, new training block, couple of changes here and there. But this will now be a log focusing on powerlifting and all of the elements therein such as diet, training set up, PEDs and lead in to a competition at the end of the year, in some capacity.

Good stuff. If I push pressing hard they ache. Fish oils and joint products are key here
Our bodies will only let us push so much. Deload huh, I need to look into that. Maybe I’m not pushing hard enough to realize I need it.

I must have missed you March 22 log. That was some major volume. I can see now why you needed a deload. 🔥
 
@Kopite67 Would be interesting to see how you do on those dosages that dbol 60 milligrams a day is pretty strong. Even if it's just on training days you might be dealing with a lot of estrogen and water retention so keep an eye on that it might be hard to see but 1 of the things you can look for is the moon face

As this deload has become a necessity I have changed my 12 week cycle to start from next Sunday 29th March until the 21st of June.
Overall it will put the entire AAS cycle at about 16 weeks which is OK. @Southern Cross Labs and I discussed this and they have generously offered to support this entire cycle. It is as above with the addition of 20mg more of Dbol on training days and the addition of HGH at some point soon.

My training program will be 13 weeks long before I deload again into a TRT period.
This block will continue to focus on specific powerlifting training and have a couple of minor adjustments to help streamline this a bit more.
Tomorrow I will outline my training block in detail and why certain exercises are in and some are now out.

I think deloads are super important and should form part of every program. Body can’t go 100% all the time. 1 week at 60-80% does wonders for recovery, repair and mental refreshment

As this deload has become a necessity I have changed my 12 week cycle to start from next Sunday 29th March until the 21st of June.
Overall it will put the entire AAS cycle at about 16 weeks which is OK. @Southern Cross Labs and I discussed this and they have generously offered to support this entire cycle. It is as above with the addition of 20mg more of Dbol on training days and the addition of HGH at some point soon.

My training program will be 13 weeks long before I deload again into a TRT period.
This block will continue to focus on specific powerlifting training and have a couple of minor adjustments to help streamline this a bit more.
Tomorrow I will outline my training block in detail and why certain exercises are in and some are now out.

I find I can roll easy for 12 or so weeks but if I am still progressing I think "just a couple more weeks" then inevitably hit a wall. At least I didn't injure myself this time 🫣🤭🩵

For the next 13 week training block I am now setting more powerlifting training into the program. I can't run singles as often as I did when I was younger as it just pushes my joints to hard and I can't recover like I could when I was 20....or 30...or 40 or even 50 actually 😬🤷‍♂️.
So, below is a breakdown of my training program and some key points:

Overall - 3 week rolling program with singles for each lift once per 3 week cycle.

Sundays - Bench press and other chest presses. I do a single lift bench once every 3 weeks, one as a pause comp lift, one with chains. Inclines, declines, flys make up the rest.

Mondays - Shoulders day. Nothing below 15 reps and this is for overall health and strength of joints for the other lifts.

Tuesday - Back workout day. Mostly rows and pulldowns of varying types. Every 3 alternate Deadlifts and Block pulls for singles. This has worked for years and I rarely change this. At peak it's usually my best lift.

Wednesday and Saturday are rest days.

Thursday - Legs. Ok, changes here. Single box squat alternated with single free squats will be once every 3 weeks. This will work on depth over the next several months as well. RDLs are removed as stepping with a weight now is not really possible. All the other leg movements will be managed as usual within my limitations.

Friday - Tri's and Bi's. No changes here as everything is in place already.

And that is the program. I have done this before with great success and a few Fed records were achieved with it. But that was natty, so this time it will be interesting to see what I can achieve.

8.5hrs 😱. Mental break for the day yesterday has helped significantly. A really solid sleep. 3 wake ups for toilet. Instantly back to sleep.

**So Deload must be done now. Failed rep 5 at 120, but shoulders ached through every single fucking rep. Final straw was not being locked in on 120 and feet were moving alot. Sure sign I am over cooked and not locked in. Didn't bother doing any more today.

Deca - Easy pin again today in L Delt. Can't mention enough how fantastic these oils are. VIP status was well earned

Dbol - Took my first 20mg morning dose today. 20mg taken pre training and was probably the only reason I lifted I got what I did on bench.

Overall - Still going amazingly well but body is now in dire need of a deload for the rest of the week. By keeping cycle up I should recover much better and be ready for a new 12 week dance.

Everything else
So a much needed deload has literally been forced on me by my own body. My CNS is cooked and the only thing pushing me along is my PEDs cycle. It was bound to happen after 18 weeks straight.
I will make some adjustments and explain these as the week unfolds since training will consist of 50% load now till next Sunday. I will not train shoulders tomorrow though as they need complete rest this week.
New focus, new training block, couple of changes here and there. But this will now be a log focusing on powerlifting and all of the elements therein such as diet, training set up, PEDs and lead in to a competition at the end of the year, in some capacity.

Deca - Found a nice nerve this morning, but the actual Deca was easy and smooth once I was in. Joints are still feeling OK.

Diet. So here we go......
I am reducing my carb intake. Not quite as low as before but under 200.
I simply do not burn carbs enough so I end up storing them as fat.
I can't do cardio, not wont, can't.

I will outline why this once as it is not something I really discuss.
My knees are shot. I have no cartilage in either knee and no meniscus in my right one. The left knee's meniscus is severely degraded. The head of my right femur is deformed by osteoarthritis. It wont straighten, doesn't bend without a bit of effort and as such I have a reasonable limp. I don't actually notice any more as I have had it for so long now.
15 years ago I was told I needed a double knee replacement due to the damage and this would mean no real lifting with my legs again. So I have avoided going anywhere near this.
I can lift, and heavy, but I can't do anything that involves jarring them like stepping with a weight anmore. It's why I have a monolift 😉, and why RDLs are now not done 🤷‍♂️.
Standing around for ages is also a no-go as it is a bit painful.

So, therein, I don't do cardio any more and don't burn carbs like most of you younger brothers and sisters do.
I can however shift a bit of iron and get pretty big and strong doing this. Protein is my fuel for the most part.
So I did try the normal body-building diet thing and it wont work for me. So please don't feel slighted if I don't take up your dietary suggestions.
Almost go time now....and I have a plan, but thats tomorrow's log.

As this deload has become a necessity I have changed my 12 week cycle to start from next Sunday 29th March until the 21st of June.
Overall it will put the entire AAS cycle at about 16 weeks which is OK. @Southern Cross Labs and I discussed this and they have generously offered to support this entire cycle. It is as above with the addition of 20mg more of Dbol on training days and the addition of HGH at some point soon.

My training program will be 13 weeks long before I deload again into a TRT period.
This block will continue to focus on specific powerlifting training and have a couple of minor adjustments to help streamline this a bit more.
Tomorrow I will outline my training block in detail and why certain exercises are in and some are now out.

Sorry about the meniscus bro, I’m fortunate I’ve got half left in my right knee. But even young I can feel the pain sometimes. I wish I stopped playing footy earlier.

You ever get cortisone injections? My old man’s gets them for walking holidays. It’s very impressive that you manage the weights you push with those sort of injuries. Big respect! 🩵

Nothing to be sorry for brother, I have had knee shit for over 40 years now.
I had major knee surgery at 18 so it has always been part of my lifting life. I wrap it tighter in the gym and ignore it the rest of time. Some days it can be annoying but shit happens.
No cortisone. Had it once about 30 years ago and fuck doing that again. 🩵

Test E - Nice easy pin again today. Feeling refreshed and recovering well now

Deca - Found a nice nerve this morning, but the actual Deca was easy and smooth once I was in. Joints are still feeling OK.

EQ - Not today

Dbol - Took my first 20mg morning dose today. 20mg this afternoon.

Overall - my recovery is going really well. Shoulders and knees are responding as well as they can to the rest. Peds are definitely assisting this.

Diet. So here we go......
I am reducing my carb intake. Not quite as low as before but under 200.
I simply do not burn carbs enough so I end up storing them as fat.
I can't do cardio, not wont, can't.

I will outline why this once as it is not something I really discuss.
My knees are shot. I have no cartilage in either knee and no meniscus in my right one. The left knee's meniscus is severely degraded. The head of my right femur is deformed by osteoarthritis. It wont straighten, doesn't bend without a bit of effort and as such I have a reasonable limp. I don't actually notice any more as I have had it for so long now.
15 years ago I was told I needed a double knee replacement due to the damage and this would mean no real lifting with my legs again. So I have avoided going anywhere near this.
I can lift, and heavy, but I can't do anything that involves jarring them like stepping with a weight anmore. It's why I have a monolift 😉, and why RDLs are now not done 🤷‍♂️.
Standing around for ages is also a no-go as it is a bit painful.

So, therein, I don't do cardio any more and don't burn carbs like most of you younger brothers and sisters do.
I can however shift a bit of iron and get pretty big and strong doing this. Protein is my fuel for the most part.
So I did try the normal body-building diet thing and it wont work for me. So please don't feel slighted if I don't take up your dietary suggestions.
Almost go time now....and I have a plan, but thats tomorrow's log.

Brother, you know your body better then anyone. You have trained and lived, injured and recovered. Seen all the corners of what you body performs better on and what is suited to your current situation.

I haven't noticed anything as yet with joints, but yeah monitoring that just in cases.
