that is a good pointI doubt it was all saline, anesthesia usually causes bowel movement disruption so a good portion was just food sitting in the body as well, plus a week before the surgery one has to stop taking glp medicine so had to stop the reta and my mounjaro shot, so I am sure i ate a bit extra last few days before the surgery as well.. adding all those factors together is what added 7 lbs
Bros, you got a good plan.Yea man, you are right step.one is recover fully, then I will definitely continue to put in the work from my end, and from let the process take its course. Whether it takes 6 months or 1yr or 2yr, not going to set a time to it but will focus and hold myself accountable on the diet and training part of things. Those are my controllable, will do my best with them.

I mean I am not sling any heavy lifting or anything i use a 5lbs dumbell to keep it toned, as you can see in the my sling is on. My left arm has historically been more developed than right. So that imbalance has always existed. Not sure why keeping my left arm toned will be harmful, but sure if you advice not to do so will not do it.please stick to the plan

its ok consider this your cheat dayToday was rest day and it was Eid (something like christmas for us) today so have been eating non stop.all day at different family friends homes. so many different kinds of food that i cant even log or track it probably over 5k calories easy... will get back on track from tomorrow.
