Approved Log My Dermatitis skin Log - GLOW+GHK-Cu

Hollowman

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hi everyone!

I wanted to introduce myself and start a log for my peptide sponsor @War Born Peptides.

I have recently started my journey with peptides through research and gaining a better understanding of how amazing and potential they have to heal and enhance the body naturally. This is attractive to me as I used to blast and cruise anabolocs for around12 years, I have been off for 5 years.

I’m closer to 40 now with a beautiful 5 year old daughter, so the focus for me is now health and longevity.

This brings me to my current stack.
As some may be aware of - I love my HGH.
Im also running Retatrutide at 2mg per week and I run HGH at 5iu every night IM injections.

The products from @War Born Peptides I’ll be adding to this stack are -

GLOW 70mg (10mg TB-500 10mg Bpc-157 and 50mg GHK-CU
GHK-CU 100mg

Daily injections at the following dose.
-GLOW - 2.8mg (approx 2mg GHK, 400mcg Tb and Bpc)
-GHK-CU - 3mg (5mg total)

The reasons behind me wanting to run these compounds and log for @War Born Peptides (other than the fact he is a top bloke) are I suffer from a form of dermatitis on my face, under my eyes and around my eye brows. I have a good moisturising routine to prevent bad flare ups, which I’ll be continuing during this 3 month GLOW log.
I also have a slight bicep tare in the long head left bicep, which I’m hopeful the BP/TB will help!

I’ll start the GLOW and GHK this week and report back!

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences along the way!!

Thanks team

Nice man, looking forward to seeing the results, I use Klow daily, the only thing I will say; it does work but the injections can be quite painful.
Will be following.

Im interested in your skin log as well. I had folliculitis bad on both thighs for a long time. I get around 4.5mg of GHK daily from GLOW and its pairing with aveeno and a benzol wash has done great. Even my face doesnt dry out as bad either. Started jan 21st.

Will follow to see how your skin responds.

That’s positive to hear bro.
I have been using and trialling Korean skin care lately, my wife got me onto them. They have been incredible so far. Specifically the barrier creams.

Some creams actually will burn my face, it’s very sensitive. But none of the Korean ones so far have done that.

I’ll post some brands later on tonight.

This was my face last week, 3rd of March 2026.
I’ll use this as a starting point for my log

Alright ill take a look when you post em bro. My forehead often dries out and has been a bit red since i started on a new med last year. Gave me slight rashs on titration. Not sure if its related but started aroymund same time. Maybe one of those you tried could help.

welcome fully to the EVO family now :D @Hollowman interesting log it's approved, but while peptides will help you I dont think thats the issue.

Mainly skin issues are digestive issues, getting you diet training cardio posted and working on your digestion, including digestive supps will be the key here if we want results. Just solo peptides is a band aid to a larger digestive issue tbh.

Just to add to this, I also found with my Thyroid issues the same type of thing; got thyroid levels back in line and it cleared up.

yes digestive issues many times are tied directly to thyroid issues as well :D @G-Merc 80

Yep, I would agree peptides are a bandaid in my circumstance. I do have an autoimmune disorder, which I think may be the underlying issue.
In terms of gut health, I feel like my digestion is okay. But would like to get tested for sure. Any recommendations/advice on these tests?

Im currently 97kg - 5ft 11 age 38.

Generally, diet currently (fat loss)
Breakfast
1.5 scoop WPI protein
1 cup oats with water
Sugar-free syrup
20g natural peanut butter
1 banana
Approx: 710 cals

Lunch
180g turkey or chicken
1 cup green vegetables
150g cooked basmati rice
Approx total: 460–540 cals

Dinner
180g chicken breast
1 cup green vegetables
200 cooked basmati rice
approx total: 590cals

Estimated Daily Total 1860cals

Try to hit macros

Protein 120-150g
Carbs 180g
Fat 25g
Fibre 15g (try too)

Open to advice!

in your case if you are really asking for advice I would cut all food completely @Hollowman and start with a 36 hour fast
after the fast start to eat steak butter and eggs whole only for 2 weeks and we can slowly fast and carnivore to see how you do
if you're serious because you have some serious digestive issues if i had to guess
if not we can keep playing the peptides game as well

Hi everyone, a little update.

TD @War Born Peptides
IMG_0892.webp

I received my GHK and GLOW yesterday afternoon.
Each vial was diluted with 3ml BAC water in each.
Both pucks dissolved within 5 minutes, on their own, no swirling or shaking necessary.
I pinned 10iu on the slin pin of each into lower stomach, totalling 4.9mg of GHK-Cu. There was a slight sting and a small circle of redness this morning, by no means uncomfortable, and redness is now gone.

I felt good most of the day.

Today’s food and Cals were -

Breakfast — 696 cals
Banana
1 scoop Hydrolysed WPI (Salted Caramel) Australian Oats Protein Porridge, .5 cup
milk, 1 cup
Natural peanut butter, 20g

Lunch — 545 cals
Thai Red Chicken Curry (My Muscle Chef)

Dinner — 544 cals
Ground turkey, 180g
Green beans, 1 cup
Sweet chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon
Cooked basmati rice, 180g

Total 1785cals.

I also wanted to share the night time barrier cream I use.
My wife got me onto the Korean skin care creams, I’ll say they are amazing.
This one in particular is a barrier cream I wear over night.

You certainly eat a lot of spicy food. How does that work with the digestion? Are you able to digest it okay? @Hollowman

Hi everyone, a little update.

View attachment 196932
I received my GHK and GLOW yesterday afternoon.
Each vial was diluted with 3ml BAC water in each.
Both pucks dissolved within 5 minutes, on their own, no swirling or shaking necessary.
I pinned 10iu on the slin pin of each into lower stomach, totalling 4.9mg of GHK-Cu. There was a slight sting and a small circle of redness this morning, by no means uncomfortable, and redness is now gone.

I felt good most of the day.

Today’s food and Cals were -

Breakfast — 696 cals
Banana
1 scoop Hydrolysed WPI (Salted Caramel) Australian Oats Protein Porridge, .5 cup
milk, 1 cup
Natural peanut butter, 20g

Lunch — 545 cals
Thai Red Chicken Curry (My Muscle Chef)

Dinner — 544 cals
Ground turkey, 180g
Green beans, 1 cup
Sweet chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon
Cooked basmati rice, 180g

Total 1785cals.

I also wanted to share the night time barrier cream I use.
My wife got me onto the Korean skin care creams, I’ll say they are amazing.
This one in particular is a barrier cream I wear over night.

Awesome touchdown bro. is that barrier cream like greasy/oily feeling at all? or does it kinda dry good like aveeno hand cream?

Thanks Lev, do you think chilli/spicy food in general is what could be causing it?
I do eat a lot of chilli.

Supplements currently are
Magnesium glycinate
Fish oil
Amino acid
Electrolytes
Berberine
it could be chili thats why i was suggesting we cut it for now :D @Hollowman could cause digestive inflammation

Nice TD mate some great looking peps.

are you dieting down at the moment?
Yeah mate, trying to get down to the 90kg mark.
Reta + HGH - fabulous combo.

@Hollowman oh this feels good to get a nice touchdown. I see these peptides being used more and more. I am all over BPC right now myself.

Hey brother. I’m concidering adding this in solely, additional to the GLOW. The more I read about this peptide, the more I love it.
Seems like a peptide to stay on forever.
Bros, you bring in the great info to us all, even some good creams that people can use as well. You are a good dude. @Hollowman
Thanks brother 🙏
Maybe the first time I've seen someone post up some beauty stuff on here. @Hollowman but skin health is extremely important. A lot of people underrate it.

Thanks brother. I wanted to bring something different to the forum. As we get older, we tend to start thinking about longevity, overall health and wellbeing. Looking good and also feeling good.
Skin care is often forgotten amongst men. To
Me, taking care of your skin, especially facial, should be a part of all our routine.

I have been eating chilli’s for many years. I handle it with no issues bro.

No not at all bro, that’s why I love it.
It’s gives you protection all night, without the greasy feeling.

You can use a sensitive cream like Aveeno as the first layer, followed by this on top.

okay bro. I might settle down on the chilli.
The sweet chilli and Thai red curry are raw, and not the Norm too.

I’m the same mate. I don’t like any greasy creams. I have found this is best of both worlds.

I visited Korea 2 years ago. The products they produce are incredible.

I also have a snail mucin essence - this is a gel like consistency, rather than a cream.

I have used it a couple times when my skin gets inflamed if I have neglected my usual routine.

It feel incredible on, like a soothing mask.

You can buy all these online by the way.

100% correct. Grooming is something that humans have always done. Our cats and dogs do it. There's no reason why we shouldn't

Is it seborrheic dermatitis? Its what I have and if it is, definitely an autoimmune/immune system issue. Nothing you can really do but continue what you are doing. I have a cream from the docs elidel that helps a lot during flare ups. My immune system over reacts to the natural bacterias etc we all have on our skin. Usually flares up when I am sick or stressed when your immune system is already taking a hit.
Yes food could help but its not going to fix an autoimmune problem which is usually genetic.
I am going to follow this as I have been wanting to try exactly what you are trying for my dermatitis.
Hope it helps mate.

How is it all tracking brother?

Any bruises from the GHKCU hanging around lol?

Any updated pics or is it not as noticeable yet?

Hope things are moving along nicely 🙌

Hi bros

Firstly, my apologies for the delayed update, it’s been one of those weeks!

Secondly, a huge congratulations to the newest Evo VIP @War Born Peptides! Your efforts have paid off.

Okay so how’s the GLOW + GHKCu going.
I’ll start by saying considering the doses I’m having, the injections aren’t bad at, they don’t leave red marks, welts nothing. They sting slightly. But nothing bad at all.

Since this log I have really focused on improving my routine and trying out different creams to see what works best.

My latest addition is a SPF 50+ cream called ‘relief sun, by beauty by Joseon’

I have switched to this as my daily protection, and switched from the barrier cream pictured above.

What I like about this cream is the shine it provides without the stickiness.

As you can see from the picture below, the combination of routine and the additional GHK + GLOW have left me with great results.

I like to think the GLOW combination is helping with this. Usually, my skin takes 2 weeks for the flare up to die down, this time it taken around 6 days to reduce.

My diet has been a lot cleaner, when I say cleaner I have reduced the amount of Chilli intake, which may be playing a part. Having between 1700-1800cals per day.

Supplements remain the same and I have added Berberine to my daily regiment.

See pics below, compared to last check in, id say pretty happy so far!

Log seems to be going lovely! This is one of the most interesting logs I've seen. The results are happening very swift.

Do you feel any irritation at all when the flare ups occur or even when they are gone?

Yes brother, how do you find this?
Does it provide all day protection? How does your skin handle it?
Interested in this one

Amazing peptides. I have been running Klow for a long time and have noticed alot clearer skin and healthier hair
I agree, there are many other benefits to GHKcu apart from skin also. I’m still reading some of the studies, so can’t comment too much, but there is potential it’s good for as an anti inflammatory and tissue repair, it’s why it combines well with BPC + TB.

Hey mate!

Diet has definitely improved from your advice Lev.
I have upped my Broccoli to 2 meals per day. I buy the frozen bags for convenience.
Also cut chilli right down.

No digestive enzymes yet, do you recommend psyllium husk only?

I’ll order those this week bro.

It’s pretty clean, and simple, should I add more vege?

The muscle chef meal isn’t the normal. Usually turkey mince, basmat rice with green bean on the day to day.

Anything I should add / remove from current diet?

Hey Evo bros

I have had really good week in terms of training and skin routine. My facial skin has not flared up at all, my routine remains the same.

I want to update on my niggling injury.
I have a torn tendon in my bicep long head. It’s usually doesn’t effect me on the day to day, training chest and shoulders is okay if I warm up and stretch for a good 15 minutes before hand.

What I have noticed this last week and a half is little to no pain in the tendon. I still warm up thoroughly, however I feel a kind of ‘numb’ feeling when working out now, those little niggles seem to be gone.
Im thinking the GLOW is starting to really take effect.

Another thing I have changed is I take my GH morning 3iu and pre workout 3iu. I have noticed better strength and pumps but could be placebo.

I have tried a gut-healthy diet the last 3 days and I have added pre-biotics and essential enzymes as well. I have these pre meal.

Great update mate glad the peptides are working well for you.
Been suffering from bicep tendinitis myself for a little while, should really think about adding glow in to help.

Definitely GLOW, KLOW or just run BPC alone bro.
BPC 500mcg daily minimum for repair.

No need for tb500 alongside the bpc?
Honestly I haven’t tried it bro. Other than the GLOW blend.
It’s have read they compliment each other well.
Dr Trevor Bachmeyer talk a lot about it on his YouTube

Hey Evo Fam

Can someone recommend quality EAAs, ideally with electrolytes?
Can’t comment on the EAAs mate as I don’t supplement them. Regards electrolytes it’s actually tough to find a good product with enough electrolytes in there.
Depending on what your needs are, I’m currently using bulk nutrients which gives 1000mg sodium and 200mg potassium per serve.

Hey Evo Fam

Can someone recommend quality EAAs, ideally with electrolytes?
I would use local brands the ones we have maybe you can't find
best you buy AAs and electrolytes seperate

For me, if I were to inject 6iu in one shot, I get headaches and feel off.
I found splitting it has reduced that.
Anything over 5iu in one shot I can’t handle.

I hear ya, 5iu is plenty enough for me in one go. Good call on splitting the dose I’ll think about maybe doing that should I go up from 5ius.

GLOW is magic. Glad its bringing some relief and allowing your training to progress!

Keep up the good work @Hollowman

Good idea lev, I’m home all day today so I’ll post what my day looks like - Happy Easter all!

Didn’t want to bore you with the cardio.
Cardio for me at the moment looks like
25 min walk daily (dog)
1 session per week of HIIT/F45 style workout (50 mins) burns about 300-500 Cals.

I admit cardio has reduced a little, I was doing HIIT 3 times per week for a while there but it was too much.

I’m knocking on 40s door so fully understand the importance of cardiovascular exercise

How's the shoulder feeling a week on?
Shoulder has been sweet my friend.

I’m seriously shocked at how good it has been to be honest. Literally no pain after I workout.

The tare is obviously still there, but the inflammation is non existent
