My shoulder is bothering me so im nit going to pose right now, but here are a few pics from the last few weeks. Currently eating 3700calories. Going to 4300ish in the next few days.
140g of carbs from cream of wheat, 1cup 2% milk, 50g protein shake twice a day

100g cooked chicken breast, 330g rice, 20g plive oil 3x day
2 20z Gatorades a day around training.

Cycle: 900test/300deca/300eq
8iu gh nightly
Will add 10iu insulin post workout after compounds build up and run for 5weeks on 3weeks off

Training: push/pull/loff/legs/off/push/pull
Will swap the second push day to pull after 6weeks and cycle like that. Can only do 4x week right now. Chest,lats,shoulders will be getting as much volume as possible.

You can definitely tell those Cavs are pumping. @devinTK you've got vascularity in there and you've got good size to them.

Wow, that's going to be a really cool cycle: Test, Deca, and EQ. A lot of people are running a similar cycle lately. @devinTK
 
Idk about big, but thank you lol. Still have another 20pounds to go before ill see myself as decently sized.
@devinTK 20 pounds is a lot of weight. I think you'll look super big even with 10 or 12 pounds, much less 20 pounds.

Why is it bothering you?
No idea. I got sick last week and slept on it weird and its been bothering me since. It was getting better until I went and did a heavy push and pull day. It seems to be healing but if I move it certain ways it hurts. Im going to Hawaii today and will be back in a few days. Just gonna keep using bpc157 and let it rest till I get back. My shoulders have always been finicky. Will move it wrong and it will be pissed off for a day then back to fine every few months. This is the longest its felt off.

Feel so much better on this cycle without 400tren. Training is amazing. Hitting PRs every workout. No more shoulder pain with the deca added and up 10pounds so far. Don't see any additional fat yet so plan to just continue pushing food. Swapped the shake in the morning for another cream of wheat/protein shake. Was going hypo before my second meal with the shake. Ended up lowering total mg az well just to see of i could get away woth less this time

I started Flmodafanil and bromantane last week and it has been life changing but I want to figure out what the root issue is. I have had the issue before starting gear and snore so I want to see if it helps. Someone is giving me an autopap to try

where did you get flmodafiniL?
 
Both are from umbrella labs. I used them for my rad140 when I first started training consistently a year ago. Seems to be great quality with everything i have uses so far.
which ones from umbrella you mean the RAD140 and? @devinTK :D
 
Rad140 I used from them a year ago and ordered the flmodafanil and bromantane im using now from them
those are all gtg trusted and USA made tested :D @devinTK hows your diet training?
 
Locked in on diet and training. Less dramatic changes than my rebound cycle but everything is going smoother this time and still making great progress e ery week.
lets start posing diet training more :D

• 185g uncooked cream of wheat (to yield 140g carbs) • 240ml whole milk
30g protein shake(170calories)

Meal 2 - Chicken & Rice:
• 125g cooked chicken breast • 233g cooked white rice . 20g olive oil

Meal 3 - Chicken & Rice:
• 125g cooked chicken breast • 233g cooked white rice • 20g olive oil

Meal 4 - chicken and rice
125g cooked chicken 233g cooked rice
20g olive oil

Meal 5 - Cream of Wheat with Milk:
• 185g uncooked cream of wheat (to yield 140g carbs) • 240ml whole milk
30g protein shake(170calories)

Gatorades (3-4 throughout day):
3-4x 20oz Gatorade (36g carbs 140cal)

(One more 30g protien shake in evening)

Thats diet every day currently but will update it when I add carbs again.
I will post training tomorrow when I have time. Its push pull legs 5x a week sometimes 4.

With 3 Gatorades i roughly see 240 protein 100 fat 750 carbs give or take close to 5000cal not bad I would bump the protein 30 grams though @devinTK :D

Alright i. An add some protein. Idk why I have to eat so much more this cycle. Getting kinda crazy thinking im going to have to eat even more soon and I am not even 200lbs yet. Wtf am i going to eat when I am 225 lol

Try NAD + for fatigue, immediately boosted my energy levels. Went from tired and limited training to 3/4hrs of training a day. I wake up earlier and I’m making another order to do a proper protocol. 20mg is all I needed to get a big boost.

Can also add semax in for enhanced cognitive function (selank for anxiety and pair well together)

Ok thanks I will try the NAD. Getting back from vacation tonight and will order some. Hopefully i didn't lose more than a pound or 2 being in Vegas for 5days lol.
