Got into gym 6months ago.
Previously trained on and off early 20's for 18months but knowledge of bodybuilding was always strong and always followed the sport. I was 118kg and now sitting at 86.4kg.
Test levels were sitting at 174 so decided on trt.
Started trt 4months ago at 200mg a week.
3months ago started reta.
2months ago 250mg test.
This week started 200mg eq and 400 test getting ready to bulk on 8th April after dexa scan.
200mg a week test was 1008
250mg a week test was 1384 with e2 at 341pmol.

Train late at night 9.30pm till 11pm and hr cardio after that.

Friday legs.

Just wondering if I can get some advice.
Just started running 200 eq with 400 test.
Will run for 12 to 16 weeks.
My question is when I come off because its a long ester how long do I keep my test up before running cruise?
So I can balance e2 i am a high aromotiser

It will be clean but ill aim for 400 cal over maintenance.
On the cut i was on 1400 cal
Mainly started with lean mince and shoestring fries for carbs
Then switched out mince and ran basa fillets. Very basic and refeed days on Saturdays where nothing mattered lol.

Cardio:
3 to 4 km run in morning
30 to 45min incline treadmill at 5kmh incline 5 before bed

Supps:
3g fish oil

Will do! Stopped taking creatine on cut.
Will incorporate 10mg a day now but.
Just picked up some pro-prebiotics. Digestion was great when upped dose of reta weirdly from 2 to 4mg. 2mg had trouble.
On 200mg test with that e2

That test and EQ ratio should be ok. Need blood test after a bit to confirm though.

4months mate, I will get bloods done in 6 weeks to see.
Love to do more legs but I'm a painter so up and down scaffolding all day so need weekend to recover.
Got some anavar from @R&Dpharma on way which might start after bloods

If you split your 400 test to twice a week you can reduce your risk of aromatisation. I noticed that your e2 is up there, do you feel any high e2 side effects as yet? See how you go with 200eq once a week but you may need to pull back if you start to feel low e2 sides.

Rotate between pinning lats and delts each day.
250 test e vial
300 eq vial

Why was they so low?
Unfit, overweight, antidepressants, you name it. All I know is my life completely changed when I got on testosterone. All 4 better of course. Best decision I have ever made. Also would like to thank ya @Mobster, love the podcast and has realistic life perspectives, inspiration and keeps me going through the day. Found evo through podcast 3 weeks ago and finished about 2 dozen of them I reckon

A lot of people are going the TRT route. Just make sure that you are donating blood if you're going to keep your TRT at 200 mg because that's a strong dose. @bj976

@bj976 seems like you have your ducks in a row. This is a good set up. We're seeing more and more people using RETA. Nice job cutting down from 118 to 86. Now you want to build back better.

Creatine is not related to cut you need to get back on it and move up to 20 grams/day slowly @bj976

Bro! Please try not to be disappointed I think this Dexa looks great and you know what, you have a plan for what you see that you personally don't like and that shows long term direction and drive bro.

Now let's discuss your pics LOL... take a look at those badass pics on 01Apr. Bro you look badass, strong and you have the definition (and more) that 17% shows. Arguably I think you look less than 17% because your muscle mass is awesome. No lower fat on the abs or love handles, big formed chest and broad shoulders with big arms. The tatts look awesome too bro.

Don't worry you're good! I actually love how you mention you didn't like that part of your dexa but you're still going to push forward with the bulk hard for 20 weeks, and then worry about sub 15% afterwards. Great work thinking long term my man!

Unfortunately been inactive due to technology problems and life lol.
Start of week 6 of cycle.
And week 4 of bulk.
Stopped counting calories but hitting around 250 to 300g protein.
Weight up 7kg in 4 weeks
Bloods just came in this morning.
At 400 test 200 eq.
Looking good just deciding what to bump it up to now its dialed in.
Maybe 600 test 300 eq

So far noticed only thicker obliques, bit of fullness but u think eating alot more and more vascular

EQ drop will take a while to take effect but can be worth it - upping test can work too
