Got into gym 6months ago.
Previously trained on and off early 20's for 18months but knowledge of bodybuilding was always strong and always followed the sport. I was 118kg and now sitting at 86.4kg.
Test levels were sitting at 174 so decided on trt.
Started trt 4months ago at 200mg a week.
3months ago started reta.
2months ago 250mg test.
This week started 200mg eq and 400 test getting ready to bulk on 8th April after dexa scan.
200mg a week test was 1008
250mg a week test was 1384 with e2 at 341pmol.
Train late at night 9.30pm till 11pm and hr cardio after that.
Monday chest/tris
Tuesday back/bi's
Wednesday shoulders
Thursday arms
Friday legs.
Keen to get advice and more knowledge from evo community.
Sat and Sunday off or just cardio.
