Going to get e2/test pulled along with blood count and stuff in 6weeks once everything has some time to build up. I just figured on trt my e2 was probably fine. Just started cycle last night. Will get labs again at week 12 and again at end of cycle like last time. Will be using azetimibe during this cycle to keep lipids in check. Not much I can do about hdl besides diet/lifestyle stuff i already do. Willing to push health markers a little harder this year, but Going to do everything i can to offset the PEDs. @devinTK It will be interesting to see if the cholesterol medication can help things balanced. Just keep in mind when you do use anabolic steroids, as normal for those numbers to be off.

Ya, im surprised im still hungry eating what I am. I could definitely add more food at this point. Just dont want to get fat lol. I should be in a 700calorie surplus right now. Only days I am having to make myself eat a bit are weekends when I wake up at 10am. Used to starting first meal at 5am

Have been struggling to stay awake in morning for a few hours the past few days and just feel like im dragging all day. I am always tired, just feel extra tired this week.

that’s normal when you swing from dieting into a heavy surplus, your body’s digestion is working harder and insulin spikes can make you sluggish. Add the cycle on top and your hormones are shifting fast, so fatigue hits even harder especially in the mornings. Keep your meals balanced with slower carbs early in the day and push the heavier stuff toward training time so you’re not crashing at work. Give it a week or two and your body should settle into the new intake. If it doesn't we need to change things up. @devinTK

Alright, thank you. I have 1 of my biggest carb meals for breakfast. Ill move them to later in the day. I liked them early while dieting, but it wasn't 112g carbs in one meal on the diet lol.

Do your glutes ever get used to doing 1.5ml shots? Doing 1.5ml per side once a week and 2 .5ml shots one in each lat once a week right now. Lats are fine, glute has been sore since Monday on left side. Just did right side a min ago. Was doing smaller shots every other day in glutes before, but felt like I was just aggravating the muscles by doing them over and over again so decided to try larger less frequent. I am using higher concentration oils besides the test. Don't want to do daily injections this cycle.

Yes your glutes will adapt to 1.5ml, soreness is normal at first especially with higher concentration oils. Rotating sides weekly helps but sometimes one side just stays tender longer depending how the pin went. Bigger less frequent shots can feel rougher than smaller more frequent ones, but if you’re fine in the lats then sticking with this plan is okay. Warm the oil, inject slow, and over a few weeks the tissue usually handles it better. :D

Taurine helped with back pumps.Noticed im holding a decent amount of water in my lower legs by the end of the work day.(I drive a truck for a living) Blood pressure is still perfect though. Will update some pics soon.

End of day so im pretty bloated, but im up to 179.6lbs. I like how I look pulling my stomach in like this better than crunching down on abs. Can't see abs as well but it let's me focus on lats more.

I got a new scale because mine broke and I am actually 190.1lbs. Double checked on another one as well. If my weight cap will be around 210lbs at 5'9 how the hell am I supposed to be big enough to compete with only 20more pounds to add when I look small at 190?

It just seems like a cheat code to stay lean and I have no sides if I stay around 350mg. Will try to drop deca and see if that helps. No matter how much we raise my food I haven't been able to push weight faster.

@devinTK steroids can make people feel differently. Man I know with when I use Deca I definitely did not feel depressed but everybody's a little different how they react to different compounds.

Ya idk if I buy its the deca either. I haven't had any side effects from anything I have done. Probably just life. Might just push through it for the last 7weeks and deal with it. Would be stupid to pull it out for no reason. Already adjusted eq/test to get my e2 where I want it. Just kinda random im fine until I add deca and now im making plans to cheat on my girl and feel depressed lol.

I always say when you’re running steroids to make sure your life is balanced that you can focus on your cycle without interference from the outside world. It’s hard to do, but it’s the best option.

Ya mental health is definitely important. I just dont think its the tren if I was fine for 8weeks on it and now I dont feel right after adding deca and talking to my ex. Just dont think its worth fucking with my hormones in the middle of the blast if I can just push through it. Its most likely just life catching up after pushing it off for a while. If not ill feel better on cruise and know it was the drugs.

Ill drop deca and see what happens and just bring the test up a bit and lower eq again. Will see if that helps. The test/tren/eq seemed to work great just has some joint pain and added the deca. I can work through the pain though.

Test without deca will be going back to 900test/275eq/350tren e. Felt great there. Eq wrecks my e2 so have to stay pretty low. Dropped it to 800test/325eq with the deca.
I'm not talking how you feel on the cycle, I'm talking about mental health here. You said you're going through a lot, why dont you drop to 300mgs test sports TRT, get back to training diet and updating log, while you get mental health in order? @devinTK

Diet/training are probably the only thing in order right now lol. Just getting frustrated how much food im eating now and not gaining enough weight. If I still dont feel great in a few weeks I may just call it at 12weeks and drop to a cruise and try to reset. Just hard to stop when you are making great progress.

Think im gonna just end it here and cruise for a few months before pushing again. Here is start to finish it think its been 8months now. 190-158-190. Next stop 215. Will update when I finish cruise. Kinda embarrassing looking back at peak cut lol. Worth every minute of feeling like death tho. Thanks everyone for the help so far. Excited to keep going. Just need a break. pushing 5k calories with no appetite and still not gaining now fucking sucks lol.
You have some good size and in that second pic your abs look really good, sometimes a break is the way, I am 2 weeks left of a cut and I feel you man, its brutal especially at this time of year
 
Idk my coach just told me to drop to 225 last time and i pushed pretty hard this cycle. Id rather cruise on 350 tbh lol. Just want to get the best gains next cycle

Starting another mass gaining cycle this week. Currently around 185 after dropping a little fat/Water during cruise. I ended up pushing the cycle another month. Been cruising 8ish weeks. Going to try test/eq/deca instead of test/eq/tren this time. Still going to be running 8iu gh and may try a little post workout humalog. Decided to run this cycle without a coach. Goal is to end around 210-215lbs then do an actual cut.

My shoulder is bothering me so im nit going to pose right now, but here are a few pics from the last few weeks. Currently eating 3700calories. Going to 4300ish in the next few days.
140g of carbs from cream of wheat, 1cup 2% milk, 50g protein shake twice a day

100g cooked chicken breast, 330g rice, 20g plive oil 3x day
2 20z Gatorades a day around training.

Cycle: 900test/300deca/300eq
8iu gh nightly
Will add 10iu insulin post workout after compounds build up and run for 5weeks on 3weeks off

Training: push/pull/loff/legs/off/push/pull
Will swap the second push day to pull after 6weeks and cycle like that. Can only do 4x week right now. Chest,lats,shoulders will be getting as much volume as possible.

Just keep pushing weight up until I have to cut. I stayed pretty lean while gaining 30pounds last cycle so I think I can get though another 18-20weeks without needing a true cut. Main goals this cycle is growing chest/lats.

@devinTK the legs look absolutely big. Once you get things shaved you'll be able to see them even better.
