My shoulder is bothering me so im nit going to pose right now, but here are a few pics from the last few weeks. Currently eating 3700calories. Going to 4300ish in the next few days.
140g of carbs from cream of wheat, 1cup 2% milk, 50g protein shake twice a day
100g cooked chicken breast, 330g rice, 20g plive oil 3x day
2 20z Gatorades a day around training.
Cycle: 900test/300deca/300eq
8iu gh nightly
Will add 10iu insulin post workout after compounds build up and run for 5weeks on 3weeks off
Training: push/pull/loff/legs/off/push/pull
Will swap the second push day to pull after 6weeks and cycle like that. Can only do 4x week right now. Chest,lats,shoulders will be getting as much volume as possible.
