Day 1 of my first log.
Overall goals are to add another 5kg of muscle to my frame while keeping athletic performance as high as possible for my MMA/BJJ.

Currently 81kg, training daily but mostly for martial arts.
Current stack - Test E 250mg per week, 1mg Mots-C daily, 40mg Slu daily, GHK-CU, 10mg Methylene blue daily, 20mg Cardarine daily.

Will be updating as I progress 💪🔥

No worries mate, I will update it with some physique photos later today! Got a lengthy recovery story, so I have some old photos I will add to show my start, present and update future progress too.
 
Will get better photos later on, but long story short. I was at 88kg, then post covid my health crashed badly in multiple ways. Lead to dropping over 20kg, first photo is how small I got and the last 2 are some of the more recent progress photos.

HOW and WHY TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

Ya if you post a new one give it a title that captures what your goal is and what your cycle is, etc, like the title of mine or any others you see on here.

Bit more information about me and my day to day routine.

OTC supps are as follows
Alpha GPC - Driven Nutrition - x1 daily
Fibre caps - Meta Mucil - x2 daily (I don't eat a lot of fibre currently)
Oyster + Zinc - Go Healthy - x1 daily
Berberine - JS Health - x2 daily (Intend to switch to dyhydroberberine)
Pre+Pro+Postbiotics - Life Space - x1 daily
Fish Oil 1500mg - Go Healthy - x2 daily
Vit C 1000mg - Cenovis chewable - x1 daily
Magnesium Complete Forte 400mg - Nutra Life - x1 daily
Calcium + Vit D + K2 - Go Healthy - x1 daily

Right now my own training is a bit of a mix, I am a PT and an MMA coach. Since taking on those roles I have taken a backseat from my harder sessions unless im in prep for a competition.
But averaging 3-4 weights sessions weekly and im on the mats for roughly 3hours a day, sometimes more and sometimes less.
Been heavily focused on zone 2 cardio work recently and rebuilding my shoulders after a few injuries in the last few years.
Haven't got a consistent workout plan right this second but that is being worked on now and fully employed after the 18th when i next compete (restricted from growing due to weight limits).

Overall I have been doing MMA for 20years and coaching now for around 4.

Post covid I went through a serious health crash leading to numerous issues like being immuno compromised, nervous system issues (muscular spasms), and symptoms with my heart leading to a diagnosis for POTS that was later removed.
This lead me down a health rabbit hole and lead to learning I had testosterone levels as low as 250.
Im now on Raptor Test and it changed my life entirely and for the better.

Current macros I don't track too much outside of total calories and protein intake being at 3200 and between 180-240g protein a day.

With all that out of the way, I am using myfitness pal and have it ready to go for my growth phase after this next comp when the hard work truly begins.

Im not very strict on my diet as I've never had issues maintaining, gaining or losing weight.
Plus I have some stomach issues, so some days I dont eat much and consume more liquid calories.

Quick update, will be a quiet week as I lock right in for my competition this Saturday! Between that and focusing on my students this week I wont be online as much.

Been hitting these markers on cronometer daily, averaging 3000-3200 calories.
Primary foods are potato, steak, rice bubbles, rice cakes, broccoli, chicken, eggs, english muffins, peanut butter, honey, banana.

Weight is holding at 80kg, needing to make 79.5kg on the weekend before we go into full bulking mode.

Awaiting a fresh order from Asylum to try their Mots-C and GHK-CU!

Will update further in the week once the order arrives and I will get some better photos for everyone! May have to remove some leg hair though 🤣

Yeah BJJ competition, plan is to go and have fun as always my friend! Got a lot of students competing and then I should be later in the day. Pick people up, dump them on the ground and maul them us the real gameplan!

Need to find worthy opponents with balls for my next combat jiu-jitsu match (jiu-jitsu with open palm strikes).
