Approved Log Road to Recovery: Diagnosis, Surgery and Rehab Journal

Yes sir added boiled egg and little bit of asparagus this time see how that goes for me. Pretty much on cruise control when it comes to diet and meal prep and excersize man just waiting to start ramping things up in about 6 weeks time

Can't wait to have my first proper cycle this time and hit things hard and gain some lost ground. So will be aggressive in chasing to get back to my normal lifting and stregth in upper body from the word go bro.

The answer is a hard no! right now you are recovering from surgery, last time you went the wrong way we had to redo surgery please dont use anymore than the standard TRT+ we are doing now for sometime
we need to see you 100% recovered posts surgery then we can cut trust me :D @rayray01
But you yourself said to wait atleast a month in this post itself after my surgery and then start so I waited a month and have started why does this timeline keep changing ? Heck I asked the doc can I get a tattoo on the shoulder and bicep on which he did surgery and he said yes go ahead if i want to... not sure why fat burner medication will be determental to my health or recovery when my physical routine in the gym will start the same. It's not like i am adding additional physical stress. I have already stsrted as soon my 1 month was over so this week and feel fine so why stop?? Please see attached your advised hence waited a month.

here is the finish line for you, when your doctor says we can lift 100% like surgery done and you're recovered, we can shift gears and focus on new cycle and getting to new goals :D @rayray01 trust me go slow its a marathon not a race

Brother I am not even worried about starting a cycle at this time I get it i will worry about all that when I am able to lift. My goal during this time is get on fat burner stacks amd use my current slow amd steady to lean up as much as possible. I want thst by the time I am ok'ed to lift there is no cutting required coz inam have done it all by then. Or very little.of it required. So we focus on adding muscles and not burning belly fat. Hope that helps you understand where I am coming from. @LevButlerov

Fat burners do more they increase inflammation and cause a lot of recovery issues, like I said you should wait until you're fully recovered :D

So walking out of my doctor's office, I asked him specifically if i take clenbuterol, albuterol, t3 and fat metabolising peptides, would it cause any inflammation or hinderence in surgery recovery. And the doctor said no, it should not have any impact on the surgery site. I will not have any issues with it he advised and I listed all the fat burners and peptides I started on. He did advise prol9nged use of clen does carry heart risk and aggressive use of albuterol may cause issues. But i do not believe i am doing either, plus that was already known to me to begin with. @LevButlerov

Had my physical therapy session confirmed it with her as well far burners and or peptides will not cause any hindrance in surgery recovery. Her only instruction was stick with no lifting with right arm and shoulder which I am not doing until cleared anyway... so we should be good on it @LevButlerov
I cant stop you from doing it but I can tell you she's wrong @rayray01 at least 3-4 more weeks before you dial things up would be smart

Not changing anything else for next 6 weeks. Because I am doing. Incline walking everyday day anyway clen will help me maximize that time spent on treadmill with hopefully more fat burn. That is my.hope.

I mean dial in on all, you are going to hurt recovery if you use too much
 
lets cut carbs to 200 and protein to 200 and try to dial in a bit more cardio work slowly towards your cutting goals :D
Damn carbs to.just 200 ok, this damn SLU-PP-332 makes me hungry for sure. I guess the only thing to.cut is fruits coz I eat chicken and rice just once a day. And will stsrt to do 45 mins cardio instead of 30 mins. Carbs is gonna be a challenge.

you want to cut you need to get carbs down @rayray01 get some cagrilintide it will help

@ so it's like mounjaro, I already 7.5mg of once a week and reta as well, so I will ask my doc to increase the frequency from. Once a week to twice a week... let's see what she says... Man I order it from goalpha labs Florida based company, 3rd party tested, made in USA , inhave my account set up and payment is very.easy debit credit amd they offer loyalty rewards similar to napsgear so I few bucks off and then I will order a bulk package from my connect in india by that arrives I have one vial coming to hold me over. @LevButlerov

why do you keep ordering from strange places when you're in the EVO family? I dont get it @rayray01 with your past cancer issue you should be way more careful and this "3rd party tested" is nonsense scam used by many of these companies like goalpha

Its ok man I will take my chance. I trust the source. What if i get cancer by using umbrella, will they pay.for my.medical and what guarantee do they provide that i will not get cancer by using their products, can they give it to me in writing, if the answer is yes then i will swutch, if they cant then it makes nondifference where i get the products from. Anyways. I get that evo has trusted sources, but I am sure everyone on here is not limited to those sources only. I am here at evo to gain knowledge and guidance to achieve my fitness goals what difference does it make where I get my peptides from as long as I believe they are good quality and properly tested.

I have never lived my life scared of such things or worried about such things. Life and death is in God's hands. No one is going live forever so why worry about such things. My controllable are get pet scan twice a year to ensure if there is any such thing it is detected early on and can engage treatment properly. 90% of my family are doctors. Trust me I am well aware and proactive about such health risks. @LevButlerov

Umbrella labs is USA made and USA tested, I think in the future when you and I talk you should take advice we are trying to give you @rayray01 :D otherwise you're up and down, remember you just had a 2nd surgery back to back so doing it your way was off

Brother, I hear you—and I respect where you’re coming from. At the same time, I’ve got to be mindful of my wallet and find a practical balance.

If Umbrella Labs were more competitive with my current manufacturer, I’d absolutely consider going that route. But right now, I have to make decisions that make sense financially while still maintaining quality.

The source I’m using operates under IS 2123 standards, is government-regulated, and I’ve personally visited the facility and seen the manufacturing process firsthand. That gives me a high level of confidence in what I’m using. If I had any doubts at all, I wouldn’t hesitate to switch to a domestic source.

Also, as you know, India is one of the largest pharmaceutical hubs in the world. A significant portion of generic medications globally are manufactured there, and the quality control standards are rigorous and consistent.

There’s absolutely no disrespect intended toward anyone here—I’ve got a lot of respect for the Evo family. I’m just trying to find the right balance between cost, quality, and practicality, while still learning and applying the advice shared here.

And just to clarify on the surgery—the second one was due to a slip and fall where I landed on my arm and took the full impact. It wasn’t related to my training or peptides. That was purely an accident.

I’ll be honest—using fear-based arguments around health, like suggesting worst-case outcomes, doesn’t really help. I’d rather focus on facts, informed decisions, and what actually works for me.

Quick question @LevButlerov, do bam15 arrived today. They are 15mg capsules. How and when should I take them in conjuction with slu-pp332. Please advise??

I feel like not getting enough, but I need to find an alternative way fill myself with more chicken possibly because majority of my cards are just fruits and more fruits. And they digest fairly quickly I feel and leaves me feeling hungry again, or it may be because of slu-pp-332 too that is only thing that changed/added other than that clen and t3 i jabe done before but never felt hungry as a result of it. Oh got weighted vest cleared by physiotherapist, so.will go back to weighted vest incline walk from tomorrow so that will add additional intensity of the 30-45 mon session.

@LevButlerov,.not working upper body just grabbed the cable with 10lbs to pic taking purpose but more for the purpose of sharing the leaning process...down to 131lbs or 59kgs. I think last time I was this much must have been middle school... lol

Reading this should eat both. Besides in actuality I eat one meal a day if you look at my daily food log. Its hard as iti is to keep that under 200 gms carbs adding mlveggies makes it even more challenging task.

If its OMAD maybe pull some fruit to eat some healthy powergreens. Just my opinion, you don't have to stick to a plate full of fruit and 4 small asparagus spears

On my low days I am at 200g carbs and i have 5 meals, i couldnt eat that much food in one meal it all depends on the type of food you are eating, it's only as hard as you make it

You are right, I am creature of habit, once I have routine down I jist rinse and repeat. I am sure i can accomplish it, I jist have to gradually make changes and find my rhytm with it. Nothing is impossible. I have lost 72 lbs in last 16 months by doing what I needed to, and I am in the last mile, home stretch, I am sure I will figure it out, but there method to my madness, I just have to follow my method, that's all. But I am.thinking I do not need to loose anymore weight jist need to loose last pound or 2 of fat thats all.

I will admit, I dont always eat veggies, mainly on those 200g carb days I do bcause it helps me thru the day, thats my point.

You will see in 2 or 3 weeks by making slight adjustment each week i will get there brother. I struggle with changing too many things at the same time so I change one thing and get it down in my routine and then on to the next change.

I think it took my Friday mounjaro shot to kick in i dont feel all that hungry anymore like I was earlier in the week, I think thst because my glp1 starts to wear off come Tuesday Wednesday and I get hungrier, hopefully the new dose will squash thst problem. I will also eat spinach and kale amd eventually broccoli on days i am really feeling the food noise, once cagrilintide is here that will also help with food noise and I will time as Friday my mounjaro, Tuesday cagrilintide amd Wednesday reta, that will keep me tight amd in line to meet my macros goal. I really enjoy my diet right now like I love eating this, it's do not want to change too much from it.

You should never use Tren but hey its your single Kidney, your life. Stop thinking about adding another compound and focus on recovery, diet and training.

I get it but I will experience Tren A once in my life ( even if it is for 2 weeks) just for the sale of experiencing it when the time is right. Thsts all I wanna do, no saying i wanna go on a non stop cycle.of tren or anything like that.
