HGH 3iu ED (SCL)
Proviron 25mg ED
Retatrutide 1.5mg every 3 days

Cycle update
Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:

Test E - Smooth as silk again today. Makes things a lot easier on a double pin I have to say.

Deca - Again really smooth. Deca has been fantastic. Strength has been a steady climb and joints feel good, especially when run in conjunction with HGH.

EQ - Not Today

HGH - 3iu as usual. Recovery is much better with HGH in my corner and repair is steady on my shoulders and lower body.

Overall - I have said it before, the combination of the four @Southern Cross compounds has been awesome so far. My weekly check-in's and daily log updates show I am leaner, stronger and bigger without gaining in weight to much. Hard to fault the results when they are this obvious.

Nutrition - High Protien diet

**I have a high protien, lower carb and fat diet as I have found this is what works for me. Yes, I have tried higher carbs, didn't work well 😁😘

Hydration

1800 to 2400ml of pure water on top of everything else I have.

Sleep
7 hours. Still improving. Dreams are as weird as fuck though 🤣🤣

Training
Landmine press standing 15x0,5 3x15x10kg
**Feeling better in the shoulder joint and this has been the week by week. Still not pushing until after this cycle is completed

DB laterals 4x20x5kg
**Still discomfort in the first set but eased as things went on. Burns deep into the Lateral head and traps. Another cycle on this weight.

Rear delt DB 4x20x7.5kg
**Great weight today. Easy start then burns on last 3-4 reps. Can be increased in weight though.

Daily thoughts
Nice restful Public Holiday. No pics from training as shoulders are pretty boring visually really.
Training today proved Shoulders are still not 100% but are improving weekly. Only isolation work hits the areas with the most issue and high reps doesn't make these worse. Definitely keeping this regime until this cycle ends. Deca and HGH are certainly helping and they need time to help repair things fully I believe.
On the upside presses are not longer hindered by the Shoulders and are back at full tilt.
Other than that was a nice relaxing day again.

Much Love Evo Fam 🩵.

@Kopite67 man those are some cool looking kangaroos. They are really big. I like how it has a little baby in its stomach.

I love to see these types of meals. Very very good. I got to start eating more eggs. You're giving me some good ideas now on my next run of eggs. @Kopite67

Daily thoughts
Running so out of time today. Everything seems to be taking forever, even my log.
Anyway, bloods were done today and now we wait for the result.
Overall it's been a great day. Work was finally productive, training was spot on and I even had a slight cheat lunch.
Just need to get my HGH done and then some rest before we go again.

Very good job on this. I really enjoy seeing your updates. @Kopite67 those are some cool-looking birds. You can write a book on the amount of different birds you have.
Thanks brother, I really appreciate that. I will leave the book writing to others and just enjoy the view 🤣🩵

Hydration

Glad this is in now, reminds me to drink water. Aim is 1.8 to 2.4 lires per day of purely water. Shakes, Intra workout gatorade and the occasional energy drink supply's the rest.

Sleep
7 hours. Better than last nigh. Right groin is still a bit tender and woke me occasionally.

Training
Bench + chains 3x20,40,60 1x80,92,102,112,122.5kg
**Strong lifts today. Best they have felt in a few weeks. Powered though top lift and asked my training partner/photographer if I should go for 140+ without chains? Was asked was it in my program for today? How would it mess with me if I missed it? Stupid logic...😖

Floor Press 5x70,80 3x5x90
**Again strong lifts. No shoulders issues at all.

Flat flys 3x12x27.5kg
**Couldn't do these last time due to shoulder pain. No such problems today.

@Kopite67 Great update bro! Shifting serious weight!

Bros, the training looks really fun. I like how you pump in the bench press. You know that that's my favorite lift of all. @Kopite67
At the moment I am loving all my training thanks brother. Love the Bench even if it doesn't love me back all the time. She can be a harsh mistress 🩵

Daily thoughts
Worked from home today and as usual achieved more than I ever do at the office due to less distractions and meetings.
Training was a bit odd. Just not quite right today for no particular reason. Still hit new levels for 2 lifts but gassed out bad on the 3rd. Unusual for me so I will just chalk it up to "one of those days" and move on.
Rest day will be needed tomorrow to reset a bit I think.

**Second time I have done the 3s and my lower back does not like reps 2 and 3 at all. Decided to shift these back to singles as the hit the right areas and 1s don't stress my lower back as much. 212.5 for a single was pretty easy. Will jump to 220 next time around.

View attachment 222004View attachment 222005

Front pulldown 8x50,60,67,72,77,82.5kg
**too many sets in this session and this exercise suffered because of it. Last set was really ugly. Need to re-jig things a bit.

Results speak for themselves, really loving SCL, and your hard work is clearly paying off; great call switching block pulls back to singles, and hitting new levels on two lifts is awesome!!!! 💪

Thanks brother. It was what I used to do, so it is reverting back. Once I complete this cycle I will re-jig the back, legs and shoulders to get a cleaner program that targets things a bit better. All a process, always a marathon 🩵

Some nice snaps today. You putting up those seed feeds for the birds?

Great touchdown pic. I've been hearing great things about Citrus Bergamot. Might need to get some too. Let me know how it goes!

** Bit of a mixed bag tonight. Started with real stiffness in my back which took a good 5 sets to ease. 152.5 was awful with terrible balance on first rep which made he next 2 tough. 162.5kg was my best lift my miles, strong, fast, balanced and smooth. As I said mixed bag.

** Not great and needs a re-jig. All of the stress is on the lower hamstring and almost nothing on the top of the hammys or glutes. Will play with these tomorrow during arm session.

Daily thoughts
One of those days where I seemed to be running behind all the time. I dislike these days as I hate being late or even feeling like I am.
I really need to look seriously into increasing my mobility in my entire posterior chain. It is stiff and honestly limiting when doing squats. I will start researching and add it to next cycle in the posterior chain day I am creating after separating quads and hamstrings to different training days.
Interesting day that was a little frustrating in places. Anyway on to tomorrow.

Nice job working through it. Sqauts are my weak point, so I can relate the the frustration of those off balance reps that just throw the rest off.

These kind day happen, you do your best to move through it and carry on!

I recommend considering adding in some yoga into your mobility routine - it is incredibly effective. Very easy to find some routines on youtube.

Amazing pics as always bro and great detail in your log.

I hope your back isn't injured is it just general day to day stiffness? Workouts looking great bro and the high protein lower carb diet seems to be working you look great in your pics.

Really starting to feel size and muscularity coming through now
I see it! Give us more pics too, maybe time for an avatar pic update!

Thanks brother. Just a general stiffness, but underlying is a lack of flexibility and core strength. I intend doing something about both of those immediately.
Diet is working bro. Happy to have found my niche in that regard.
Yes I think an avatar change is needed. My wife actually showed me a picture of myself in August last year this morning. That was 2 months after the current picture and I was so much smaller than now.
Might be time to adjust my avatar @LevButlerov . Will have a good one tomorrow actually 🩵

Haha yes bro pick a really good one and let's get it up!

I think you nailed it that the back stiffness can be from core issues, it's happened to me too. Now I do weighted crunches and planks at the end of each workout. I'm up to 3 minutes on planks no problem now and it's my lower back I feel the planks in and not my abs at all. I suggest trying planks, 3 sets as long as you can each time and let me know brutha!

I have a couple from this morning I am going to post tomorrow as my check in. 🩵

Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:

Test E - Nice and easy in right quad. Still not one that has been difficult

Deca - Not today

EQ - As I have said before, my fav pin. Once again, tightness comes in quick and vascularity increases. Easy pin, great results.

HGH - 3iu. I am definitely more rested and some of my long term aches and pains are lessening, or have gone completely. Is excellent

Overall - Same as I have stated before, loving this cycle. All the compounds work in synergy and the HGH is the icing this cake needed. Seven week won't be enough to see the full benefit so after health phase we are going again.

Daily thoughts
As usual I am making adjustments as I go during this program cycle (simply can't help myself). This adjustment I have made taking out the extra arm work and adding back ext and abs was a really good one. Today highlighted what a weak point they are in my body. Need to do these weekly now as they will help my core lifts immensely once they get a little strength in them.
Check in tomorrow pic wise and I think back has improved a bit this week.
Looking forward to a rest day though, body is getting a bit beat up after 10 or so weeks in.

Great workout bro and beautiful pics. You're getting stronger I see! Love that.

I love your arms in your last workout pic in the situps, looking jacked brother!

I think this is an excellent idea and switching up the arm workouts for core is smart too

Didnt even get to the plank I was supposed to do at the end 🙄.
Planks next time I'm gonna hold you to it! 30 seconds to start and we'll get you up to 1 minute too. 3 sets. I'm checking in on you this weekend :p

Your meal plan is awesome, old school 90's bodybuilder style and you're still worthy of that Protein King badge brother. You're killing it, for real! Love all of this and the pics too!

Thanks brother for the kind words. No problem I will do them, just let me finish the reps I am woefully short of at the moment 😅.
Meals are easy bro, certainly where they need to be. Always a Protein King 🤴 🩵

Catching the abs and lower back weakness early enough to bake it into the weekly programming is the kind of self adjustment that keeps the core lifts climbing brother 💪

Need to do these weekly now as they will help my core lifts immensely once they get a little strength in them.
Check in tomorrow pic wise and I think back has improved a bit this week.
Looking forward to a rest day though, body is getting a bit beat up after 10 or so weeks in.

Overall - Still making physical gains in size and strength whilst scale weight remains steady. Love this cycle and quality of the @Southern Cross Labs products are simply outstanding.

Daily thoughts
Happy with how I have progressed in the last month. Definite differences in size and density overall. Strength and recovery has improved since HGH has been added. Eq is now kicking in hard and overall health is good. I have reduced 3 Prescribed meds this past month with no reduction in progress at all. Mid cycle blood test was good with only a couple of concern areas that already have mitigations being put in place for these.
Looking forward to next week already with Podcast on Monday night. Should be fun.
Have a great weekend Evo.

I like how you're making adjustments. @Kopite67 I think a lot of people do over train their arms. It's only three muscles maximum on each side and the triceps are 3 muscles

Cycle update
Please note that this log is how the compounds below affect me, and is just my point of view:

Test E - Nice and easy in right quad. Still not one that has been difficult

Deca - Not today

EQ - As I have said before, my fav pin. Once again, tightness comes in quick and vascularity increases. Easy pin, great results.

HGH - 3iu. I am definitely more rested and some of my long term aches and pains are lessening, or have gone completely. Is excellent

Overall - Same as I have stated before, loving this cycle. All the compounds work in synergy and the HGH is the icing this cake needed. Seven week won't be enough to see the full benefit so after health phase we are going again.

Nutrition - High Protien diet

**I have a high protien, lower carb and fat diet as I have found this is what works for me. Yes, I have tried higher carbs, didn't work well 😁😘

Hydration
1800 to 2400ml of pure water on top of everything else I have.

Sleep
5.5 hours. Bad one following a good one. Mind was active last night over work stuff.

Training
Narrow Press +2 board 6x20,40,60,77,87,97,107.5kg
** Easily through these today. Tricep strength is getting much better.
View attachment 223847View attachment 223846

Barbell Curl 8x30,40,45,50,55,57.5kg
**Not easy but was controlled. No back involvement.

Back extension 4x10x0
ss Standing Ab cable crunch 4x10x20
ss incline situps 4x10x0
**So now I know where my weakest points are. Barely got through the first round then cramped in my upper abs during second set of standing abs. These will be done weekly. Didnt even get to the plank I was supposed to do at the end 🙄.

Much Love Evo Fam 🩵.

Quality update as we’ve come to expect 👌👌

Arms looking massive!

I like how you're making adjustments. @Kopite67 I think a lot of people do over train their arms. It's only three muscles maximum on each side and the triceps are 3 muscles
Thanks brother. Gotta adjust if things are not hitting what needs to be hit if I m neglecting them. 🩵

HGH - 3iu. Is definitely repairing my body, slowly but surely. Sleep is not perfect but is better than it has been. Going to stay on this even though the temptation to go up is there.

Love the before after month pics bro, you're really looking great you have the look I like. Big and dense.

Checked for planks but a rest day, that's ok haha :p:p

This is great brother! I'm following you on this. Our goal together can get to minimum effective dose on all our Rx prescribed meds. I'm almost off valium entirely now. Where you at with dosages on yours?

Mind was active last night over work stuff.
If it helps you can always vent here. I do on my log haha.

I do quad all the time. Most don't
I do quad I know the spot that works for me and like you say, most don't.

Thanks brother.
I will throw Planks in today brother 🤣
I am down to a blood thinner and 2 BP meds. One of those will be gone next week. Prednisolone is titrated down to 3 per day with 3 weeks to go. Ameoderone just ceased with no change to sinus rhythm. Almost clear brother.
I do both quads with no issue. One this morning actually.
Thanks for looking in and commenting legend 🩵
