New to the forum and not really sure which section to post this, so apologies ahead of time if I got this wrong.
I am currently on trt at a dosage of 200mg a week, which is divided into every day injections. Reason for the frequent dosage is because i am experiencing mental fatigue ever since i started trt. My initial dosage was 100mg a week and after the first week i started to experience being mentally tired around 11am-12pm. Can’t figure out why and neither can my doctor. I switched to everyday injections and that did alleviate some of the severity of it but still occurs.
For back story I started trt because I was trying to figure out why I wasn’t building muscle as I had everything in check from calories, sleep, protein and training but nothing changed over the course of 5-6 years, my body got to a certain level and stayed there. I decided to check my levels and turns out I was ranging from 190pmol/l to 284pmol/. I always had issues with recovery from workouts or from doing manual labour, i always felt beat up and tired if I did either or both.
Anyone experience something similar to this or have an idea why this could be occurring?

Weekly dosage 200mg of Test with every day injections
HCG 750iu split into 3 doses a week
Supplements
Magnesium Bis-Glycinate 600mg
Citrus Bergamont 500mg
Omega 3 4800mg
NAC 600mg
D3 2500 iu
Iron 300mg
What i eat in a day changes but Macros are usually 300 carbs, 150protein and 60g of fat
usually sleep 6.5 hrs to 7.5 hrs, I can't sleep anymore then this just physically
Gym Routine
Monday-legs Quad focus
Tuesday- Chest and back with some shoulder and arms
Wednesday- 30mins of Jogging
Thursday- Hamstring Focus
Friday- Back and Chest with some shoulder and arms
Saturday- 25-30 mins of Jogging
Weekly sets for each muscle group is 12-14 sets, Currently a restraint with timing because of new fatherhood status
I am attaching 3 files of blood work, each one is labeled. One of the blood works is titled added Cardio which blood improved
Only one Blood work has SHBG because that was something I had gotten a custom blood work i had paid for and the other two are what the doctor had ordered
There is some differences now to blood work of a few things
1. citrus Bergamont was added with NAC
2. Started cardio
3. HCG was at 1200 IU a week and recently switched to 750iu for the last 2 weeks
I would post physique pictures but not much has improved in terms of muscle from prior starting
