I have no idea why but felt shitty with my physique this morning after taking these pictures. Shared them with my @Southern Cross Labs team and they set me straight in a good way. I'm starting to get my abs popping through and I swear I'm still growing while losing fat. Little bit of loose skin lower belly but in time that hopefully will tighten up. My back is always my leanest looking.

Legs felt absolutely cooked after this session. The volume on the leg press and extensions really added up by the end.

The afternoon walk was a grind with how heavy my legs felt from training earlier, but still glad I got it done and kept the steps up.

I have no idea why but felt shitty with my physique this morning after taking these pictures. Shared them with my @Southern Cross Labs team and they set me straight in a good way. I'm starting to get my abs popping through and I swear I'm still growing while losing fat. Little bit of loose skin lower belly but in time that hopefully will tighten up. My back is always my leanest looking.

Rest day from the bigger muscle groups today so decided to give the abs a bit of attention instead. Cardio felt decent and the walk/jog pace was moving along pretty well.

Upped the Tren Ace to 40mg daily now as part of the ongoing experiment. Interested to see what changes over the next week or two with strength, conditioning, fullness and overall look.

Leg DOMS from yesterday kicked in hard today and made walking quickly pretty rough 🤣

The injectable Superdrol and DMAA combo definitely made the session feel very different. Huge pump, heaps of focus and a really aggressive training mindset.

Upper body felt full the entire workout and endurance between sets felt very solid too. Wanted more food around training today so pushed most carbs pre-workout and it seemed to work really well.

Using the rest periods to keep moving around the gym helped keep steps up without needing a separate cardio session. Felt like it kept my conditioning and heart rate up through the whole workout too.

Calories stayed nice and controlled today while still getting protein high. The beef patties through the day were simple but worked really well for hunger.

On a recomp like yours fats can sit at 0.4 to 0.5g per kg of bodyweight without messing with hormones, so for you that's about 40 to 50g a day which frees up another 30 to 40g protein without touching carbs brother 💪

Deadlifts felt really solid today. The 190kg single moved well on my second attempt and I was happy with how my strength felt overall. Back and grip both held up nicely and energy felt pretty good through the session.

Stopped properly tracking calories at dinner because my wife cooked an unreal roast pork and roast vegetables meal with gravy and I honestly just wanted to enjoy it without worrying about logging every little thing 🤣 Definitely worth it.

Got a nice walk in after training too which helped loosen everything up after deadlifts.

Day off work today so it was a pretty relaxed day overall. Got a bunch of chores done around the house and didn’t have to rush anything which was nice for a change.

Gym session was long but really enjoyable. Took my time between sets, focused on quality reps and just had fun with the workout. Strength still feels solid, especially on incline work and tricep pressing movements.

The walk to grab the parcel added a bit of extra movement for the day without needing to force cardio in separately and I saved on fuel.

I feel like I've had some water retention build up around the mid section. I'll keep an eye on it. For now I'll just drink more water to try flush myself out if its sodium or something.

📝 Reflections
Day off work today so it was a pretty relaxed day overall. Got a bunch of chores done around the house and didn’t have to rush anything which was nice for a change.

Gym session was long but really enjoyable. Took my time between sets, focused on quality reps and just had fun with the workout. Strength still feels solid, especially on incline work and tricep pressing movements.

The walk to grab the parcel added a bit of extra movement for the day without needing to force cardio in separately and I saved on fuel.

I feel like I've had some water retention build up around the mid section. I'll keep an eye on it. For now I'll just drink more water to try flush myself out if its sodium or something.

Already cruising on test. The slight risk of hgh encouraging dormant cancers has me scared.

No personal history, a bit of a family history, not sure scientifically if that would pass anything onto me or not but the thought still scares me!

I'm cruising at 150mg but my test is 55.7 nmol/L and Free Test at 1,649.4 pmol/L, so may have to lower my cruise dose.
