Anavar/Winstrol getting added toward the end

Started today’s session with shoulders and arms planned, but I had the urge to bench. Rather than fight it, I decided to get it out of my system first.

Bench Press
  • 180kg × 10
  • Thought about stopping at 9, but went for the 10th rep. couldn’t quite lock it out all the way. Held it for as long as I could and the tension through the chest, shoulders and triceps was insane.
  • Rest
  • 180kg × 8
After that, I moved into a shoulders and arms session. Kept the weight a little lighter than normal, slowed everything down and really focused on contractions, squeezes and making the target muscle do the work.

Dumbbell Lateral Raise
  • 25kg × 10-15 × 3
Reverse Pec Deck
  • 50kg × 15
  • 65kg × 12
  • 65kg × 12
Machine Shoulder Press
  • 100kg × 10
  • 110kg × 8-10
  • 120kg × 6-8
Rope Pushdown
  • 50kg × 12
  • 60kg × 10-12
  • 65kg × 8-10
Overhead Rope Extension
  • 45kg × 12
  • 55kg × 10-12
  • 55kg × 10-12
EZ-Bar Curl
  • 40kg × 10
  • 50kg × 8-10

Preacher Curl
  • 45kg × 12

Your new profile picture is the best! 🏆💪🦁💯🔥

Nice deload day! I'm sitting here dreaming to hit 2.5x my current set on leg press one day...

you’ll get there brother! Keep progressing steadily and that leg press will climb fast 💪🔥

good day :D if you can please remove spacing when you post log easier to read

Thanks brother! sorry, didn’t realise the spacing 🤦‍♂️ Absolutely, I’ll remove the extra spacing from future logs.

Nice update bro 🩵

Appreciate you bro 🩵💪

Nothing like a little light leg press of 500kg…. 🤯

Thanks brother!! 💪

💥Ohdamn says damn! 500kg Deload!
Thinks 🤔 I'll just scroll though my socials while I'm repping out my 15 saving some time by multitasking 😅

Hahaha exactly brother! May as well catch up on the socials while knocking out the deload reps 😂💪

Nice pump stack! 💪🏽
Gorrilla Pump Stack! 🦍
Chucks in a Banana 🍌 for some
K 19 pumps 💥

Gorilla pump stack activated brother 🦍💥 That banana potassium hits differently

Huge wheels bro 🩵

Thanks brother! 💙

Every part of your physique has a huge amount of thick evenly developed muscle mass attached to it & not only is the size & conditioning there, the strength to match it is there with it too.
All of this is an obvious testament to your knowledge & execution of your exercises.
You have left no stone unturned in your ongoing journey to increase your size, strength & performance.
I have seen many in the past that have cheated their way out of gains that they could have had by chasing numbers.
You however have ensured that you have executed each & every rep perfectly before progressing upwards in weight by using an even & controlled tempo, taking your sets to the point or near to the point of momentary muscular failure instead of just chasing amounts of weights & numbers of reps with sloppy form while utilising other factors to lift the weight also such as bounce & momentum which don't involve using pure muscle strength only to complete your lifts 🔨💥🏆💯🔥

That genuinely means a lot brother! I’ve always believed the weight only matters when the target muscle is controlling it. Perfect execution, controlled reps and progressive overload will always beat sloppy number chasing. I appreciate you recognising the work and detail so far that has gone into building this physique and strength 💪🦁🏆🔥

Nice session brother. Very instinctive training today, gotta love that 🩵

Absolutely brother! Sometimes you just have to listen to the body and train on instinct 🩵💪

huge leg pump :D

The pump was absolutely ridiculous brother 🦵🔥

Yet another on point perfectly targeted & executed workout! 🎯
Your new profile picture is the best! 🏆💪🦁💯🔥

Thank you brother! Always focused on making every rep count 🎯 I’m loving the new profile picture too, it represents exactly where I’m at right now 🦁🏆🔥

What's the bloods look like?

I know where I'm lagging and it's 100% the food so very keen to see someone at a more elite level and what macro's you're punching to maintain that strength ! Phenomenal brother I'll be following for this one

• Full Stack × 20

Leg Press
• 500kg × 20

Hack Squat
• 5 Plates × 10-12

Romanian Deadlift
• 240kg × 8

Pretty happy with the RDLs today. Honestly, wish I loaded up 260kg and sent it, and even thought about doing another set 🔥

In the end, I decided not to dig the recovery hole any deeper. The weight moved well, confidence is high, and there’s always next week to progress again.

Long-term consistency beats one extra set.

Seated Leg Curl
• 100kg × 10-12

Standing Calf Raise
• 260kg × 12 × 2

Finished up with some posing practice, stomach vacuums, and singing to work on breath control and bracing 😝 Sounds silly, but it actually helps and is surprisingly good mentally as well.

Another solid session in the books. Logbook moving forward and recovery still the priority 🦁🦍🔥

Great update brother 🩵

Nice training update brother 🩵

Thanks brother, stacking good sessions together 😃 🩵

Casually curling 40kg dumbbell. The beast lives to his name yet again! 🏆🦍

Thanks brother! Years of powerlifting gave me the strength, now we’re putting some shape on it 🔥

What happens when you fail your 180 incline press? Does @MrsOhdamnsBOSS just casually clean and jerk it back into the squat rack? Lol

Awesome workout bro! 😎

😂Pretty much bro. If I get stuck, @MrsOhdamnsBOSS gets her warm-up set in 💪

Thank you bro 😃

Nice basic hypertrophy based lower rep range on this one!
Killing like the leader of the Pride 💯
⚡💪🏽🦁🔥💫

Appreciate it brother. Keeping the exercise selection simple and focusing on progressive overload 🦁🔥

180 on the smith incline to failure is a serious top set, chest is clearly responding to that stack mate.

Thanks mate. The chest has definitely been responding well lately, so I’ll keep pushing while recovery allows 💪

chest press 220 is a win for you :D easy

Thanks brother! Felt solid too, so hopefully there’s more in the tank 😃💪

Fuck me dead

This log is unreal.
Dropping 15kg. 4 weeks. Plate loaded shoulder head pressing 190kg..

What's the macro's look like for you?

And blasting 400mg of Tren at the start of April, Maintence phaze of 700mg of oils per week to head into the last push.

What's the bloods look like?

I know where I'm lagging and it's 100% the food so very keen to see someone at a more elite level and what macro's you're punching to maintain that strength ! Phenomenal brother I'll be following for this one

Thanks brother. I’ll put together a detailed post on macros, bloods and the overall approach soon. Always happy to share what’s been working 👊

Nice update brother. Good luck with the coaching. It will epic for anyone who joins you. 🩵

Really appreciate that bro. Means a lot. @Koba and I are excited for what’s ahead👊🩵

Bro what on earth is that Eddie hall leg press you got going on!

Unreal. Especially on your cut! 💪

Thanks bro, I’ve been running out of places to put plates for awhile. The machine is getting tested as much as my quads 🤣🦵

💪

Posing is such an underrated form of exercise! 😅
I remember my first competition, I was totally unprepared for this..
I was up there in the line-up & I kept getting called out repeatedly for comparisons.
I remember hitting pose after pose, fiercely tensing every muscle in my entire body repeatedly, so pumped with adrenalin that I had no idea of the oxygen dept that the total body muscle flexing to the absolute max was having on me! 😵
When I returned to the line-up after those many repeated comparisons that I was not expecting there would be so many, I stood back in the line-up (relaxed pose) but in bodybuilding relaxed means flexing every muscle in your body while standing there trying to look confident & relaxed while projecting the image of a champion to the judges & crowed, then WAMM! 💥😲
The oxygen dept from the posing suddenly caught up with me, like how you get puffed out after a sprint race not during it.
I had to take in these huge enormous deep breaths while trying to look composed 🫡
I felt like I might actually pass out there on stage! 🚑
I was breathing so hard that it was actually scary! 😱
Of course my breathing eventually caught up with me, but it took minutes while standing there 'relaxed' 😮😫☠️ while trying to look composed the whole time!
It was a lesson learnt that no amount of training or cardio could have prepared me for this 'posing' (incredibly hard exercise!) Session!

Big bro 💪 with those Rdl's, I can see the movement plane in action where you are engaging only the muscles that you want to work against lifting the weight in your chosen plane of movement, perfectly adjusted to engage the muscles that you want to work only.

This is the mind to muscle connection & not the mind to weight connection & it's actually as you know yourself big bro, the difference between the goal of lifting a weight from A to B at all costs, as opposed to working the muscles against the weight as a tool to work the muscle as hard as possible using every controlling mechanism available both physical & mental.

Bodyweight training for,
• Pull-Ups: 15 reps
• Push-Ups: 50 reps
• Dips: 20 reps
• Inverted Rows: 20 reps
Would be my actual workout! 😅 but for our @Ohdamn this is his active recovery & chill session! 😎

Deadlift Progress Update 💀🔥

Deadlift
  • 260kg × 6
Only one all out working set and the weight moved well.

I deliberately left around 2 reps in reserve(maybe more. being conservative is the better option here 😅) The goal wasn’t to empty the tank, but to keep progressing while managing recovery and staying technically sharp.

Plan from here:

260kg × 8 next week
  • Then gradually increase the load week by week
  • Long-term target: 280kg for reps
Strength is moving in the right direction, recovery is good, and there’s plenty left in the tank. Time to keep stacking weeks together and build some serious pulling power 💪

Sipping EAAs throughout the session

Straight Arm Pulldown
  • 100kg × 12
Close Grip Pulldown
  • 140kg × 12

Underhand Chest Supported Row
  • 200kg × 8

Deadlift
  • 260kg × 6

Strength continues to climb despite training fasted.

Execution remains the priority:
  • Progressive overload
  • High effort
  • Minimal junk volume
  • Recover and repeat

Time to keep stacking weeks together and build some serious pulling power 💪

massive arms and massive deads :D WOW!

A

Absolutely smashed the morning session!

Thanks brother! 💪 Fasted sessions are feeling great lately. So much energy! 🔥

Admittedly, I didn’t know that! 😅

I need to pose harder!!!!

That is crazy. The relaxed pose is actually performing a full body isometric contraction while trying to look calm and effortless 😬

Absolutely wild that you can be in incredible shape, and yet the moment the adrenaline fades and that oxygen debt catches up, it can hit you like a freight train.
😮

And I agree, after a more intense posing session experienced, No amount of heavy lifting truly prepares you for that exhaustion of trying to look like a champion while every muscle in your body is firing at maximum intensity💪🔥🏆 couldn’t imagine what it’s like while being absolutely shredded tho!

Thanks bro!

You nailed it 💪

The body naturally wants to move a weight as efficiently as possible. Bodybuilding is about doing the opposite, keeping tension on the target muscle and making the movement harder, not easier 😝💪🔥🦁

there is more im sure :D

240 is a crazy dead wow! :D

😃 going to find out if there’s more 🔥

Thanks brother! Felt solid!!

Adding the var and winny in for the shaping phase is gonna pull all that powerlifting muscle into proper condition bro 💪

Keep the muscle, peel the fat off and see what we’re really working with underneath 💪

non stop hardcore training :D love it!

Always brother 😃🔥

Smart keeping it to a fasted bodyweight circuit on the rest day, keeps the blood moving without piling on fatigue.

Spot on bro 👌Recovery is the priority, just enough work to stay active without taking away from the heavy sessions.

I was going to say the same thing here! @LevButlerov
Bodyweight training for,
• Pull-Ups: 15 reps
• Push-Ups: 50 reps
• Dips: 20 reps
• Inverted Rows: 20 reps
Would be my actual workout! 😅 but for our @Ohdamn this is his active recovery & chill session! 😎

Exactly brother 😎

A lot of people think every session needs to be hard, but recovery work has a different goal.

By keeping those pull-ups, push-ups, dips and rows well away from failure, I’m increasing blood flow and aiding recovery without creating meaningful fatigue.

The goal is to recover from the last session, not compromise the next one 💪🔥

Nice update brother. Still lifting strong 🩵

Thanks brother 💙 Strength is hanging in there nicely. Maybe even stronger 😅

massive arms and massive deads :D WOW!

thanks brother! 💪 feeling great 😃

Deadlifts are looking nice. 260 kg is some big weight so that's a good long-term target to get up to 280. @Ohdamn

260 for 6 with a couple still in the tank is mental pulling strength, that 280 goal is well within reach mate.

Excellent job on this. @Ohdamn your long-term target is pretty legit. That's a lot of weight.
