Hi boys,Figured I'd finally start the long overdue log so you can all follow along on my road to the MILF Hunter build.
The "MILF Hunter" build, as we call it, is that classic aesthetic physique from the Zyzz/Jeff Seid era. That's what I'll be chasing while keeping myself as healthy as possible. I'm not trying to be the biggest cunt in the gym, just build a solid physique that's aesthetic, balanced, and flows well.
I've been on a cut since mid-October last year, but we're getting pretty close to the end now and I'll be looking to push some growth soon. Will see when coach wants to pull the trigger.
I've only been back in the gym for 8 months after a work accident left me unable to walk. Once I recovered, I jumped straight back in more dialled than ever.
I trained pretty heavily in my teens and early 20s, running some absolutely retarded cycles back then purely to look good. This time around, the goal is to do things smarter and see how far I can push this build.
Starting Point
My highly embarrassing starting point was 107kg.I don't have any progress photos from back then because I was genuinely disgusted with what I saw in the mirror.
These photos are from my first check-in after getting back into training. 98kg, fat as fuck, and only 2 months back into the gym after being out for years.

Training
I'm currently running a PPL/UL split, which works perfectly for me. When I go away for work, I usually switch to Upper/Lower only as my training days get a bit skewed.Cardio-wise, I do 2–3 fasted sessions a week, plus 30 minutes of Zone 2 cardio 6 times a week.
Rest days aren't really rest days either, they're active recovery days with cardio and abs.
Nothing groundbreaking here. Consistency beats trying to reinvent the wheel, and right now the goal is to get peeled, stay healthy, and keep building towards the MILF Hunter physique.
Next Phase
We're finally nearing the end of the cut, thank fuck. It's been a long stint, but definitely one that was needed.The plan is simple: hit the next stall in weight or fat loss and we'll call the cut there, then begin the reverse and start pushing some food back in.
As of the last check-in, PEDs have been bumped up to: Using only @Gold Standard Labs oils.
- Test E – 400mg weekly
- Primo – 150mg weekly
Bloods are due in another 3–4 weeks and we'll adjust from there depending on how everything looks.
For now, it's just more of the same, keep grinding, get peeled, and hopefully emerge from this cut looking less like a fat cunt fresh out of fat camp and more like an aesthetic god terrorising the local MILF population.
