@UGL OZ restocked me this week with gh kits, clen, t3, anavar and bpc 157 😍
Starting the bpc already at 250mcg every day, shoulders are feeling a little dodgy from the posing so hopefully that calms them down a bit.
Saving the t3 for if/when I need it.

Tightened up a bit again this week without flattening out too much so keep on like this for another week with no changes to diet and cardio. Happier with how my glutes are looking.
I seem to be leaning up everywhere else pretty easy so the next week or two will start to dig into those more stubborn areas 🤞🏼

That’s exactly what I’m doing, was gunna up the EQ but HCT from consistent mid 40’s up to 55 in 6weeks meant the EQ was most likely the culprit, haven’t used EQ in 25yrs and we never tested back then, clearly I’m most likely highly sensitive, maybe not but safety first.
Changed to a diet plan, added Clen, cardarine and Inj carnitine to help clear up the lipids (too many Abombs)
Diet is pretty spot on, 6yrs of disc problems 2016-2022 saw me lose all my gains and get fat AF from 🥃 🍺 whilst injured.
Dropped 24kg in 16 months, not as big 💪 these days but I’m not bad for 50yrs

Logging ain’t my thing, too inconsistent,
Not with training and the lifestyle, just life 😆

I think you can up the eq but with the HCT situation you can go with aromasin instead. :D @Puggles but its like we are talking in short stories without the detail, please start a log it will help the EVO family actually guide you!
