Carbs are very imp my brothers when you working out before workout to give you more energy and power and after your work out to feel better. A lot of people when are in diet stop eating carb that a no no, you need carb a least in one meal that way you not going to feel tired and to feel the pump

Great advice. I try to push my carbs as much as possible when cutting or recomping. If you're gaining too much fat, you're either eating way too many carbs or eating the wrong kinds of carbs
Sweet potatos are my favorite carb, followed by brown rice, then carbs from fruit
Paja great layout of your diet. I like it a lot because it is simple and effective. Most guys don't eat enough, like I have said before some days I just have to shovel the food in to get where I need to be...but we do what we have to do. So you eat carbs in the evening it's just whole wheat type carbs? What about the shake you do before bed, is it full of carbs? Is it home made gainer or store? Sometimes before I go to bed I have cup cottage cheese, 2 teaspoon peanut butter and scoop of protein that I blend into shake. That sound cool? I don't eat any fast burn carbs other than fruit. Whole wheat pasta, brown rice, wheat bread, sweet potatoes.
