I know I lots of brothers don't post they diet but people always ask me what I eat daily or what your diet look like ok my brothers this is my diet

I soon I wake up Protein shake 1020 cal, 8 am meal 1- oat and tuna, meal #2 8 bowling eggs, meal #3 brown rices chicken bread and veggis, meal #4 sweat potatoes and chicken bread, meal # 4:sweet potatoes and chicken bread,4: 30 snack granola cortège cheese, meal 5 before my workout white rices veggis and beef. 98% lean, meal# 6 brown rices veggis green salad and turkey bread, meal #7 32 oz Greek yogur granola and 2 slices of p28 bread, meal # 8 2 cans of tuna green machine juice and 2 slices of p28.meal #9 8 bowling eggs and before bed another protein shake 1020 calorie in water no milk.... My daily diet is simple cheap and work excellent hight in protein vitamins and eazy to prepared

Being that you use Slin &HGH, would this differ at all (maybe in the amount of carbs) if one cycles without Slin & HGH ???

When I'm running slim I eat carb before and after I inject. My brother and I drink size on cause got a lot of carb Durant my workout.

Do you track your cals and macros, to see how that all breaks down in protein/carbs/fats and total cals?

No my brother I don't do that any more but I know in my calculation I eat a day in protein like 350-400 grams of protein, calories like 5000-6000 and carb are very low when I'm not running slim my diet is more consented in hight protein, calories low sugar low carbs
 
When not running Slin, what meals do u cut out the carbs?

Right now my brother I'm off cycle so this is my regular diet, when you running slim you need more carb but I eat carb before my workout and I drink size on when I'm working out and After my work out more carb
 
Here's a thought:
255 grams protein (1020 calories)which is 33% of caloric intake.
340 grams carbs (1360 calories ) which is 45% of caloric intake
75 grams fats (675 calories) which is 22% of caloric intake.

This is how a simple diet would look on a bulk.

Carbs are very imp my brothers when you working out before workout to give you more energy and power and after your work out to feel better. A lot of people when are in diet stop eating carb that a no no, you need carb a least in one meal that way you not going to feel tired and to feel the pump

Great advice. I try to push my carbs as much as possible when cutting or recomping. If you're gaining too much fat, you're either eating way too many carbs or eating the wrong kinds of carbs

Exactly my brother there good carb and bad carb, but most of people don't want to learn about this all they want to learn is about aas
 
Paja great layout of your diet. I like it a lot because it is simple and effective. Most guys don't eat enough, like I have said before some days I just have to shovel the food in to get where I need to be...but we do what we have to do. Thanks again for the post Paja, hopefully more bros read it and learn from it.

No my brother thank to you. For your comments we both knows what imp is too have a good diet .. But most of the brother don't care about this they only interesting in learn more about anabolic than diet

Bro . All of this i used to eat it for a week . But now i gonna get it daily , thanks for your tips of how to eat right and healthy. By the way the chicken breast look yummy

Thank you my brother only took me 50 min to cook everything cause my wife is working. The chicken bread was delicious I put some lemon juice, olive oil, and some adobo and I let it rest for 10 min
 
So you eat carbs in the evening it's just whole wheat type carbs? What about the shake you do before bed, is it full of carbs? Is it home made gainer or store? Sometimes before I go to bed I have cup cottage cheese, 2 teaspoon peanut butter and scoop of protein that I blend into shake. That sound cool? I don't eat any fast burn carbs other than fruit. Whole wheat pasta, brown rice, wheat bread, sweet potatoes.

I always eat carb BFORE and after workout for energy and recover I go 3 times at the gym at 800pm that why I eat carbs at nite
 
I always drink a protein shake at nite when I'm bulking but when I'm in cutting mode I eat white egg, cortège cheese, tuna or Greek yogur BFORE bed always is good to eat something with protein BFORE bed to wake up with your muscle pump and full
