I recently have been having some issues that led me to believe that my test levels were low. I got them checked and they were 270 ng/dl and the place where I got the bloods done had a normal range of 250 ng/dl to 1050 ng/dl for a 24 year old male. I barely made it in the normal range which is pretty f'kin low for a 24 year old who has been lifting and dieting for about a year and half.
My doctor says theres nothing wrong with me as I am in the normal range and says that my anxiety, depression and occasional erectile problems are psycholigical (bs). Btw I am 190 lbs and 18% body fat and have been lifting seriously for a year and 5 months. I have done extensive research about aas and pct for doing a first cycle but want to hold off until I significantly lower bf% and improve lifts.
My question is, after doing a cycle and proper pct i have read that test levels are bound to be lower than the starting point. If I eventually do a cycle and my test levels drop further it would fk my life up. TRT could be a solution but my doctor is a ahole. Also TRT means being dependent on needles for the rest of my life which I don't really want to go for.
I do not know what to do in this situation
