First Cycle ?

Hey Ive been ghost a past few months because of university and work but im back. I know I need to 50 posts or whatnot before all your secrets are divulged so Im just gonna ask questions that come to my mind. So Im still young (22) and probably wont go on anything at least for a few years I was wondering what would be a good first cycle. Assuming I want lean gains. Ill supply any more information if requested.
 
why would you want to know a good first cycle if your not running anything for years?? would it not make more sense to post your goals that you have and find out what you should do NOW to accommodate those wants bro?? that would make a lot more sense, to live in the now and not concern yourself with things that are nowhere near in your sights...
 
keep it simple, see how your body responds to a test/Deca cycle, or even test only for 12 weeks. There's a ton of first cycle info on here. At your age, you have to look at the fact that you have years ahead of you, so be smart and stay safe.

To the OP...Dylan is definitely right, sounds like one of two things here, either your fishing (which is what I suspect), or your living a pipe dream (neither of which is helpful to you). What are your current stats and the goals you would like to achieve?

people need to stop thinking this is a sprint, its a marathon. it takes decades to build a body, not 12 weeks
 
Right... These young thunder cats need to use what is already pumping through their veins and develop a good foundation. Work on your base and then come back and discuss AAS
 
You have a long time to think about cycling. For now work on establishing a good diet and training protocol
 
Hey bothbody we all beginners at one point so don't sweat it your natural hormones are at there prime at your age so it's perfect time to build a good foundation naturally get your diet squared away and hit the gym you will see changes quickly so don't let sharp remarks deture you hit me up if you some help

To simply answer your question, test e or test c 5oo mg per week, is the common goto 1st cycle for most.

Yep I researched hard for at least 6 months before decided to cycle and I had already been on a good diet and training regiment for years before that. Not directed at the OP, but it amazes me how many people day after day come in posting these ridiculous cycle setups. All the information is there if you look. By the time I posted my first cycle layout they had nothing to change for me because I had been researching and following the forums for months before I even thought about proposing a cycle.

keep it simple, see how your body responds to a test/Deca cycle, or even test only for 12 weeks. There's a ton of first cycle info on here. At your age, you have to look at the fact that you have years ahead of you, so be smart and stay safe.

you are honestly recommending a first time cycle consist of deca use? that's reckless man... i honestly cannot believe your offering that as advice for a first time user... you think that's a wise thing to recommend?

Bro get blood work and you will see your test levels are high as hell most likely....I did that at 21 because of a team doctor and waited to I was 27 to run a cycle.....Your test levels are probably really high right now.....I would look into HCgenerate if you want a little test boost but honestly just eat and train right now......Save your money and hire a training coach...Train right eat right and grow bro...If you wait a few years you will have that base when your off cycle you will still be the most jacked person in your gym.....When you start to early you become one of those guys that when not on gear you just look average....Fuck average IMO....Build the base a few more years and you be a lot happier for the next 20.....Good luck to you bro....Lots of good info on here....
