170 to 190 at your height is a big jump to expect in 1 cycle. your body is going to hate you for putting on that much weight that fast. and I mean in terms of your organ health and joints
why not set a goal of 5 solid pounds and not worry about moving the scale with dirty bulking
OK, quick question.
What's your Reasoning for the Ramp-up on the Test E from 250 Mg for the 1st 4 Weeks to 500 Mg through Week 12.
Makes no sense, start at 500 mg a Week for the entire 12 Weeks.
Test E is a Long Ester and as such needs time to Reach Steady State, about 3 to 5 Half-lives.
Then you would Interrupt that at Week 5 and waste another 24 to 30 Days to get to your New Steady State.
Also, drop that Dbol, and go for Tbol.
Why do you want to Bloat all up from the Beginning of your Cycle.
Especially if you want to include Masteron.
Which I would only run if you get your BF% down to at least 10% of lower.
If not, your just wasting it...................................... JP

One Final Thought.
Unless your Body is Extremely Adept at Burning Carbs, and I don't think so at your Current BF%.
I would Completely Drop those Black Beans, and downgrade your Carb Intake into the Low 200 Gram range.
And Up that Protein into the Mid 200 Gram range.

I'm slowly ordering everything for my cycle and plan to start around the 12th of June when everything arrives. Should i start my bulk before the cycle or should i start the day of first IM?
This is the exact criticism that I am looking for.
As for the TEST E, i've been researching other cycles and found people who use anything as a kick start they lowered the dose of the Test e. About this steady state thing, i'll start off at 500mg and keep with it. As for the dbol, it's already on its way there's really no going back for that one. I guess i could remove the masteron for another cycle and what would you replace the black beans with? tuna?
The dbol and not as high carbs makes since. Sounds like an over bloating experience ;p. I always thought the kickstart was for the extra strength to start out with rather than alittle extra size. I was going to use it to get my strength higher to push more reps out to start and maintain that and more.People that start out at a Lower Dose and Ramp-Up.
Have No Idea of the Pharmacokinetics of Steroids, and need to do more Research on the Subject.
You can do the Dbol as your Kickstart, but you really need to pay attention to your Diet.
Dbol has an Affinity for adding a lot of Water to the Muscle.
And by doing so, the risk of HBP goes up.
Plus, you really don't keep much of what you gain on Dbol.
That's why I mentioned the Tbol, you get much Cleaner Gains without the Water, so what you gain is much easier to keep.
As far as the Masteron, you have to do an Honest Self-Assessment.
Do you think that when you are ready to do it, your BF% will be low enough to make it Worthwhile.
Yes, replace the Beans with either Tuna or better yet Fresh Fish.
If you go with the Canned Tuna, make sure you check the Sodium Levels on the Can (water-packed only)............................... JP

Because a lot of Guys don't like that wait when using a Longer Ester Test, they started adding in an Oral for the 1st 4 Weeks.
While the Test Builds Up or what is known as Steady-State................................... JP

I understand using an Oral like Dbol.
But it does have its drawbacks, primarily Bloat.
So if you keep your Diet Clean, you can Mitigate some of that.
Bulking with no ice cream. Fuck that. Ice cream is as important as oats
Lol i just ate some cheese cake and short bread. Does that count as ice cream?
Yes!! 165 is a great weight to start bulking, get your body used to taking more calories then when you get your gear it will be used to your caloric intake except be a lot more efficient!
