What's up bros I've never logged a cycle before and thought it would be fun. I took some time off training and dieting (5+ months) after a car accident and got fat as shit( over 20% bf). Long story short I've been training pretty consistently with a pretty damn good diet and just started my cycle today . I'll post a day 1 pic and keep you updated as the cycle goes.
Cycle history : 3 dbol and test cycles that's it
Current cycle
Weeks 1-16 test e 700mg split 2x weekly
Weeks 1-14 npp 600mg split eod
Weeks 1-16 AI .25 eod
Pct: 18-21 novla 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Please , I'm open to all suggestions let's get this ball rolling !
