I have run 5 cycles on the past, mostly just test around 500mg/week, to 600mg/week. I have always experienced extremely painful shin splints when running, around 4 weeks into the cycle that lasts for the entirety. My calf muscles become very tight and pumped but to the point were it is very painful. I have done minimal research but havnt had much luck finding information. I have read about painful lower back pumps and people taking taurine to help mitigate this, but havnt found anything about shin splints. If anyone else has experienced this and has anything to pass on that could potentially help it would be much appreciated.
