I am having a hard time getting hungry since I have been on a test only cycle. I am very surprised that I am not hungry because I am training twice a day. Would you guys recommend I do something that can help increase my appetite?

Training twice a day? How about overtaxing the CNS. Probably your issue.
I train 5-6 days a week and I train pretty hard to the point that I don’t have an appetite for hours after. I can’t imagine doing that twice a day. I’d never eat
