I have a buddy who is about to graduate HS and is BIG time into lifting. This kid is flat ripped from head to toe. About 6'2" 170lbs and I'd wager 6-8% BF.

Sadly I found him after he had already ran a PH....unknowingly. The local mall here sells this shit and doesn't tell ppl what they are taking. Lucky for him I caught it and ran him through a proper PCT and saved him any issues.

He is wanting to try steroids, but I told him the hard facts of how he isn't ready. He asked if there was anything he could take and I thought SARMS might be the way to go. Is he too young for these? And if he isn't, what solo run of SARMS would you recommend for him?

Thinking about grabbing him something for a graduation present.

How about food? Tell him to spend his money on food and a ton of it. At 18, no supplement or steroid is going to do him any real good other than creatine, BCAA's and other staples. His top priorities should include eating and staying away from the party scene. PED's come later

Okie dokie...I knew the standard rule for AAS, but I'm not up to par on my SARM knowledge. Thanks fellas!

Sarms don't suppress the hpta the way aas does, but it's risky and a sure way for him to miss out on gains. I'd wait until 21 for sarms, 25 for steroids

He's a classic mesomorph. He needs nothing right now besides someone to train with, and teach him how to eat the correct way. I bet he could go up to 24 naturally, maxing out what he has, THEN going to gear. A good graduation present would be a large jug of muscle feast, a gym membership, or an hour phone consult (half hour depending on price), with a pro bodybuilder.

This happens to be one protein I'll actually use when gaining: http://www.musclefeast.com/Anabolic-Recover.html
No, I'm not related to them. I'll also use Beverly International at times.

The right diet and the right training will serve him right for years to come. This is a marathon and not a sprint. I didn't touch a single PED until age 35 myself.

Agreed 100%. But I've been dying to know what PED stands for lmfao

.

we were all 'shredded' at that age with 8 packs. he isn't anything special. 6 2 and 170 i'm sure he thinks he is a giant compared to his peers but he is a solid 50 pounds underweight. he is best served focusing on putting in hours in the gym and building a base.

definitely too young for steroids. but most would say I am as well. in the end your friend will probably end up doing what he wants to do and not listen to anyone. for sure educate him on what you can just in case he ignores all advice.
