Hey guys I was curious what AAS would be recommended for jiujitsu? I want to improve my strength and especially by grip strength. SOme of these guys have hands like monkeys and you can never let them off of you. What would be best for me in my sport?
if you want to increase a craft you have to do it more. many steroids will actually hurt you here, not help
sarm's i agree with sir are your best option

Training & time on mat going live is where it's at!!
U want to developer fighting/grappling strength, well then U must fight & grapple a lot!
U have to do it! U don't want your wrist controlled then contol your opponents wrist, j guarentee they cant control yours if u control theres! I have been allover the US wrestling/grappling/fighting & steroids r not the key 2 success.
The towel pull ups are Awsum for hand strength training.

True enough. But I suppose we're all looking for an edge.
I'm a fighter and a BJJ guy and i also blast and cruise... Grip strength will increase as forearm strength and overall strength increases.... I would vector your TRAINING to be alot about grip strength WHILE you cycle..... I have brought my Gi top to the gym, thrown it over the pull up bar and used the collar of the Gi to do pullups on.... There is no metal bar to grab onto so your entire bodyweight will rely on your grip on the Gi.....
Which is exactly what you want when your opponent is trying to get away from you..... You can also use a towel or two and throw them over the pullup bar when you do back training....
if you want to increase a craft you have to do it more.
This.
As someone who does BJJ it is your skill, more than strength, that matters. I routinely, and happily i might add, get much larger opponents to tap (and nap).
