Hey guys I was curious what AAS would be recommended for jiujitsu? I want to improve my strength and especially by grip strength. SOme of these guys have hands like monkeys and you can never let them off of you. What would be best for me in my sport?

SARMS would be the best option without side affect

Training your grip directly. There's no drug which will do that

I'm a fighter and a BJJ guy and i also blast and cruise... Grip strength will increase as forearm strength and overall strength increases.... I would vector your TRAINING to be alot about grip strength WHILE you cycle..... I have brought my Gi top to the gym, thrown it over the pull up bar and used the collar of the Gi to do pullups on.... There is no metal bar to grab onto so your entire bodyweight will rely on your grip on the Gi.....

Which is exactly what you want when your opponent is trying to get away from you..... You can also use a towel or two and throw them over the pullup bar when you do back training....

Given its ability to raise one's red blood cell count and thus one's level of endurance, EQ or "Equipoise" is just about the only anabolic steroid capable of actually improving athletic performance.

Training & time on mat going live is where it's at!!
U want to developer fighting/grappling strength, well then U must fight & grapple a lot!
U have to do it! U don't want your wrist controlled then contol your opponents wrist, j guarentee they cant control yours if u control theres! I have been allover the US wrestling/grappling/fighting & steroids r not the key 2 success.
The towel pull ups are Awsum for hand strength training.

"Training & time on mat going live is where it's at!!"

True enough. But I suppose we're all looking for an edge.

S4 & cardarine b4 steroids.
Your edge is driving an extra 2.5hours to practice bcz partners at that gym train harder, r top 10 in the country at there weights, & better technique.
Instead of going to the near by gym where u r a big fish In a little pond.
Here's another edge U have to want it more.

U have to remember in MOST cases U r shooting to add as much strength as possible but no mass!

^^^^ this is good. He knows what he is doing here. Also, listen to Mobster as he is the grip guru!

This.
As someone who does BJJ it is your skill, more than strength, that matters. I routinely, and happily i might add, get much larger opponents to tap (and nap).

YUP!!!! This is exactly why ME as a 185 lb solid purple belt with 7 years in the game is ROUTINELY murdered by black belts that weigh like 150..... I get larger opponents to tap a lot..... and so do black belts.... :)

U learn this through A LOT live goes/spars!! & watching videos of yourself with a coach.
