What supps in your opinions should be avoided ? I wanted to know if I should stay clear of anything or not even waste my money purchasing something I dont need.

BCAA’s. Any supps that have fillers and other added shit that is unnecessary. Pre-workout crap. Most protein powders.
 
Just about anything that is promoted as pre-workout is garbage. I personally only use supps from n2bm. I have tried many and some of them had some bad sides. I use ancient strength creating and n2guard when I am on cycle if I am using orals.

Stay away from amino and bcaa ,carnitine , fat burner pre workout intra workouts protine powder and also meal replacement bar and also glutamine

I would say start with no supplements at all and then gradually add in ones that actually do something

if you go to n2bm you will see their products, trust me when i say they are the best out there. i been using them for a decade. start with hcgenerate if you want a test booster for example
 
Anything that contains stimulants should not be used year round. Stimulant usage should be cycled.
