Don't and don't use mass gainer its crap product.your primary gole should be muscle building if you build muscle then your skinny fat will go away because more muscle less fat don't use any mass gainer

They are super high in calories and loaded with absolute crap ingredients. Might as well do the "dirty bulk". What you want to do is eat clean whole foods in a surplus while lifting. That will help you gain mass.
I was just about comment the same. Very poor quality calories if you ask me.
A ton of sugar, lot of (bad) fats and often very low in protein as well.
If you struggle with eating enough and need to have these high calorie drinks you'd be better off making them yourself. Not only they taste better but they are also a lot cheaper.
