Question About Clenbuterol & Dosages

I'm currently taking clenbuterol and have a question if anyone can give me a solid answer that would be great.

What would the difference between 40/80/120 mcg of clen be? I've read around some places and have not seen 1 person answer this question people just say "clen burns 8 to 10% more calories of your tdee" but at what dosage?

If that would be at 40mcgs how much more would 80/120 burn?

My assumption is it would have diminishing returns as the dosages increase but again i'm not sure.



inb4 someone says "ooh this question is impossible to answer everyones body reacts differently" as a lot of people on lifiting forums like to say; look I just want a rough estimate if anyone can give one.

The difference between 40/80/120mcg of clen' comes down to how much damage you wish to inflict upon your heart and central nervous system, beta receptors, etc. For clenbuterol is not a fat burner simply because no such compound exit. Clen' is a bronchodilator used toward the treatment of asthma. As such, it is an extremely dangerous drug when used outside of the supervision of healthcare professionals.

If I wanted the side effects of clen regurgitated to me I would have typed clenbuterol into google, thanks.

And yes, Clenbuterol does increase the amount of calories you burn while it's in your system not directly, but it does; to what degree and what dosages is what i'm trying to find out.

Thanks for showing how stupid you are though, one more person I can add to my list of people not to take advice from.
 
OP, you will not find a single individual on this board advising taking clen, as such, no one will give you the answers you want. Its users are horribly un-educated in regards to this compound.
I've been using AAS for over a decade and I wouldn't touch this shit with a 10' long pole. Besides the only compounds that do have fat burning properties (through increased metabolism) are T3 and the milder T4.
These are still dangerous drugs but I would use them (and I did use them) before I would even consider taking clen. I'm with Eddie on the clen subject so sign me up to your "ignore" list.

As for the burning 8-10% more calories, this is a pure bro science line as there is no way to quantify how many more calories you’re burning. So this is a random fact that someone spewed out their ass.

Further more, the calories you do burn using clen are just from a jacked up heart rate which is terrible. You can get the same concept from cocaine and meth and you see what they do to people.

The weight loss is mostly due to appetite suppression from a stimulant, not via directly burning calories.
 
since you dont need the dangers and side effects "regurgitated" to you then you don't need dosing either since you can google that too...

Clen is hated by man including me because we have used it. it is so overhyped and frankly i feel like it is hyped up on purpose just to sell it cause it is so cheap to make. the ONLY reason i used it was 1. a source at the time sent it to me to try and 2. i read the hype as you have and thought it was great.

i tried it and it made me feel like ass. horrible sides.. the benefits were poor.. i was getting way better results just jogging a couple laps after the gym without feeling like i was gonna die

so before you get defensive with everyone on here why don't you TRY IT YOURSELF. try it. roll with it. maybe you will be the 5% of guys who liked it? i guarantee once you get up over 100mcg a day you will hate the sides.
 
For clen - you want to start with a low dosage and increase your dosage every 2 weeks.

Week 1 - 2 20mcg/day
week 3 - 4 40mcg/day
week 5 - 6 60mcg/day
week 7 - 8 80mcg/day

Then take 8 weeks off. Repeat.
 
Clen is the lazy persons drug. Instead of doing an extra 15 minutes of cardio or eating 300 less calories of food, they chose to damage their hearts. The effect clen actually has on fat burning is very minimal.

That's an excellent point, Masonic. Yes, the lazy amongst us believe the myth about clen' being a "fat burner" because they want to believe that it is a "fat burner." Just pop into your pie hole, sit on the couch, and then fell the fat melting away. Too funny!

The only reason your metabolism goes up up at all is because your heart rate is jacked up. Any other fat loss accumulated from it is simply due to appetite suppression which you can get from ECA.

That shit will kill ya. Even those in good health have died from using too much. Speeds up the heart which in turn puts more stress on the body and fucks it up. Everyone tells this guy to stay away from it, but he’s probably already taking it. Kids these days. smfh
