Glad to hear the appetite is improving man. I would just leave the NPP based on your heartburn comment. Not worth the risk.
Well honestly it seems like running the test a bit higher seems to help.. I’ve heard higher test to npp ratio helps with sides.. also Everytime I’ve dropped or lowered the nandrolone dose the heartburn has disappeared immediately. I’m running test at 725mg now and npp at 420mg, just beginning to raise the dose to that this week and upped test from 525 last week.
 
Thanks brother, been working on it on and off since age 13. I’ll post a pic from 19 natural at 78kg and another one at 23 @100kg after just one cycle 500mg test, I still have never got to the size and strength I had then! Had pics from 16 too but they’re long gone on old computer!

Next I did a machine that I only ever seen in my complex gym I should snap a pic next time, sort of cable shoulder press type machine. Titrating up the weight for 4 sets- 12-15 reps
Lateral raises next started with 20lbs -25lbs-30lbs-35lbs all between 12-15 reps

Rear delt flies the same weights and same reps for 4 sets

Barbell shrugs - 4 sets , 2 warm ups and 2 working sets with 100kg-8-10 reps.
Finished off with 6m incline walking 2m moderate jogging, 1m faster paced and 2m sprinting. Came home pinned 2iu Beligas GH and has a shake with a piece of watermelon.

Tonight’s meal, New York strip steak, sweet potatoes, maninis gluten free pasta, venison/organ mix with added beef, Canned tuna, watermelon. That’s 2 portions, my GF was dining with me. Managed to eat 3/5 of the steak, most the potatoes and just a little pasta and venison, could not get to the tuna 😞

Thanks mate, appreciate it..I’m on my last vial, a bit short on money.. spent almost 100k since relocating to California from London U.K last year. Really expensive out here even compared to London! The shake was just 2 scoops of whey and raw milk.
 
Crazy muscles for what are almost light weights
They are light weights, used to lift almost the same on accessory lifts but in KG.. difference is about 3k calories and 200g less protein, the absence of squats and deadlifts due to my back injury in 2020 leaving me unable to train for 3 years. I could also use a spotter so when my mate moves out here in a month might help.

I would say that your body fat was 8% at the most
I can assure you I’m around 16/17% 😂
I might have been 12-13 here in 2020- had a few faint veins on my stomach and much less of a sun tan in London as opposed to living in Cali now..

That’s an old pic from August 2020, was in my best ever shape back then, inline pressing 120kg for 12/13 reps squatting 180kg for 5. Posted it to compare body fat % compared to now. Was also 10kg heavier.

does anyone else feel like absolute dog shit taking T3?? Everytime I try run it at 50mcg I feel like I’m coming down with something and it takes me about 3-4 days to remember it happens Everytime !

Yea I took it for about 3-5 days first thing in morning @ 50mcg. Didn’t today yet I still feel exhausted 🥱… feel like I could train 30-50% harder and more energy for cardio without. Tried maybe 2/3 times in the past and same shit every time, never again!! Literally feel like I’ve been on a 14hr flight.

update here: So after last Thursdays arm session which was literally 2x bicep exercises and 2x Tricep, though did smash those, felt extremely sore the next day and through the weekend felt worse. Developed body aches, had fatigue from last Tuesday/ Wednesday and thought it was the T3 I’d started, headaches etc. turned out my tooth/root canal etc was infected affecting my whole body. Had chest pains, bone aches the lot. Got 2 teeth extracted asap yesterday, started antibiotics the day before with a shot in my ass that stung more than anything I’d ever pinned 😂. Today felt somewhat better and had a decent chest/tricep session.

Will post more updates with training, food and pics this week.

I also have an infection in another tooth above that one and had another root canal on the tooth after the two that I had extracted. Had an antibiotic shot and am on antibiotics for another 13 days, feeling better but not 100%. Also just picked up some P5P, vit B6 and milk thistle just now.

Last pic will be tonights dinner of grass fed lamb chops, lentil soup and purple sweet potatoes. I’ve managed to up food, more shakes more meat, eggs, potatoes. Still probably only just hitting 2900-3500.

there’s labels on the one at mine mate, reason I mentioned it like that is I was going off on memory’s as Id forgot to note down while training. I think my flies are stronger than my presses in comparison, can fly 70/80lbs for 8-10 reps but max bench press is still 100-110kg for same reps. More foods going in me so that won’t be for much longer hopefully!

Rib eye and 3 eggs for breakfast 11am, pasta and organ mix Bison for lunch at 3, thinking either cream of rice and protein powder now if I’m gona smash arms or just protein shake if leave as a rest day.
430g raw weight chicken thighs with 96g (raw) basmati for dinner all in the pics.

Also done 45m fasted cardio today and yesterday first thing. Yesterdays calories were just under 3.9k 320 P 306 C 146 F

Today was the second day where I woke up had a black coffee and hit 45m intense incline walk on treadmill, speed 3.5 incline at 10-12%. Ran from min 7-10 and min 40-43. Trying to get down to 12-13% body fat like 2020. It’s said it’s not possible to cut fat and put on size at the same time, but I’ve done it before in the same situation where I’m in my first year back into training after years off. Foods gone up to ~4k, only thing I haven’t tried before is a surplus where fats are higher than 90-100. I’d always gone for 450-650C 300-400gP , 70-100F. Hopefully I won’t get fat with the Cardio! Tonight trained arms and was pretty decent

6.30pm- Cream of rice with strawberries and 1 scoop whey
Gym at 7-8.30
8.30 pm 1 scoop carb powder, creatine, one scoop whey.
10pm- 98g (dry) basmati rice, 411g (raw) pasture raised chicken thighs, Greek yogurt, half raw onion

12am-Will have 2 scoops whey with raw milk before bed

Total calories ( not including anything from the marinade on chicken, olive oil, lime juice, seasonings, vinegars, Nando’s hot sauce)

If you want the highest amount of test being utilized you should try out TNE. I love the stuff. Will be using for every cycle from now on.

What’s TNE bro? Is that a compound, a supplement or … 😂 let me know, I love high test, I just dropped my doses down last jab 2 days ago From 525 Test P, 455 NPP, 200 Test C ( these doses were only ran for say 2 weeks maybe a few days more) to 350 test P 350 NPP, and trt 200C. Think I’m gona leave the npp at 350 but up prop to 450 since I’m hitting 4k+ in calories, leaving my total at 1g gear. Need to get a BP machine, got a few headaches but hard to tell between antibiotic sides + infection VS high BP.

the food, 200 grams of fat no issues at all, you're burning it off, low fat is more of an issue IMO

75iu GH kit just landed from Domestic Supply.. going to start with 5iu a day 5 days out the week, split into 2 doses. Anyone tried this brand?

I would go 5/2 as you plan but start with 2-3 IUs ALWAYS start slow with HGH to see how you feel and how you manage the sides first 2 weeks

I was running different brands all from DS from December, 3-5ius daily, only thing that happened along with a shit diet AT the time was my Glucose blood marker went up to 5.7
Otherwise have run lots of GH in the past, in 2020 I found no matter WHAT I ate o was putting on no fat whatsoever while bulking up from 85kg-98kg.

Regarding Diet, I was always under the belief that when bulking with high calories you want to keep carbs and protein high 350/350+ but to avoid putting on fat keeping fats under 90/100… this could be heavily outdated but that’s also something I practiced successfully a few years back.. though my fats are coming from meat, butter, eggs only etc

I ran 3 100iu kits from December to about a month ago, so wasn’t consistent. But early in the year was doing 3-5iu almost daily and only side effect was my glucose blood marker came back at 5.7, same thing in 2020 running 2/3iu of Pfizer or 6/7iu of Ansomone or Hygetropin etc

ok, then I DONT have to eat more Halibut and chicken breasts rather than my organ mix ground meats and chicken thighs 😂. I don’t like the chicken breast here in the U.S tastes completely different to back at home.. I used to eat 10-12 egg whites and throw away the yolks etc, lean meats like 5% fat beef only. But with the new age “social media” mostly new info I hear animal source fats are not so bad…

And yea everything seems to be age related, the way I responded to 500mg test 4iu GH and 125mg Deca ( all bought from Iranian pharmacy in 2011) when I was 23 was something else 🤦🏽‍♂️
