Here is a bit of an update about where I’m at so far .
First week of working out at the gym officially done .
2nd week of being back to working out .
I have lost a noticeable amount of weight and FAT - keeping track with pictures and scale .
Got a lot of comments from family and friends about me looking better and to keep it up . Doing a mix of intermittent fasting and OMAD . Aiming for a minimum of 18 hour fasts but trying to do around 24h + .
Energy is better , sleep is a lot better , mood is better . Could be the cycle kicking in (one week on test and winstrol now ) but I think it’s due to the fasting mostly .

Broke my fast with Sushi today. Kept it clean but still consider it a cheat meal. Had alot of sashimi, 5 nigiri and 5 tempura shrimp. As well as some avocado. Completed my meal with a salad once I got home

You mean fast longer before hitting the gym? I have been fasting for at least 22h a day for the last 2 weeks. I can only go to the gym In the morning and that usually means around 14 hours fasted. Still fasting right now and preparing my food - around 26 hours fasted.
Will have to try changing what time I start eating / fasting perhaps...

When I fast I only drink water, no supplement whatsoever except for my winstrol.
Not sure when to take Cardazol since I think it would interfere with my fasting. Any input about this @stevesmi
N2guard will take it with my meals.
if you want the autophagy benefits of fasting you don't want to take any supplements during it. you can take some salt but that is about it.Guess what just got delivered!

Around 35 hours fasted right now. Will be heading to the gym around 38 hours fasted.fasting is unique, cardazol fasted is fine but try 1 cap to feel it out, you'll need to feel your dose before cardio

cardazol is a great product but it does have some stimulant activity and during a prolong fast your HR will jump due to high adrenaline, so if you do longer fasting you don't want to use cardazol until after you break your fas
for shorter fasts it really doesn't matter, the cardazol will not interfere with your insulin drop

Just used a keto strip and I'm at the highest concentration of ketones.
Will take a Cardazol pill right before the workout. Once I get back home I will be breaking my fast around 41 hours fasted.

Cardazol is crazy. I did way better on my cardio with the Cardazol. Was able to get more reps on my lifts. I feel like one pill right before the gym and one mid workout works great for me so far.
