Did legs yesterday, really lagging in that department as I didn’t train them almost AT all most of the past year since I started training. Reason being I couldn’t eat for shit till just a few months ago so had no energy for legs. Is what it is for now, working on it…

Also I did some warm ups for squats & leg press but leave those out the notes

Also a side note, I ordered a vial of Primo from DS on Thursday literally, and it arrived in mailbox today ( Saturday early afternoon in under 48 hrs!

On the note of Primobolan… I’ve read that it can be anti estrogenic and that people have crashed their E2 on it. Do I have to be wary of how much AI to take on the 400mg Test C and about 300mg Primo I’m on now?
What are some signs of low E2 people get? I know about high e2, I wonder if some of the oddness I’ve been feeling the past week has any relation to low E2. Keeping in mind I never took any Ai on less than 600mg Test and now taking 2mg a week.

Training was Mon-chest/tri Wednesday-Back/bi Thurs- Legs Fri- Shoulders, fasted cardio daily apart from today and Monday. Took weekend off weights..

Diet still similar foods, White fish/ White rice, avocado, Tuna steak, Sweet potatoes etc, ground meat, potatoes , eggs for breakfast etc, will post up more pics mostly loons the same. Calories upped to a 500-600% surplus now at 4000kcl. Lunch today was Tuna, mayo sandwiches. Started throwing in some Plantain in with breakfast ground meat too.

Tonight’s dinner of a pretty lean 2.5 servings of “ Kevins” honey garlic beef (50g protein) with 300g white rice and some
Carrots. A desert of watermelon/Feta cheese salad with balsamic to get me up to 4k calories , 304g P 356C and unfortunately 155F. I can’t seem to keep fats down to 100-120g max some days, just from the Parmesan, fattier blend of ground meat in the mix etc. sandwiches from last pic were lunch, this pic is dinner, breakfast was standard ground beef, 3 eggs, potatoes and some plantain, a 2 scoop whey shake added an hour before dinner. Hopefully fueling up for a good chest/tricep session tomorow! Also salad is 60-70% eaten before I snapped pic..

Two meals in today before 2pm, an improvement for me. The meal prep last night definitely helped. Pre stored 7 tubs with 40-45g Protein portions of ground meat in fridge. I typically like eating 50-60g protein in a meal so I add some eggs to the breakfast meal, and 3 wings I had left over from Friday to 2nd meal. Ground meat is 1lb brick 93% lean grass fed ground beef, 1 lb 85% gf ground beef, 1lb Venison. Split into 6 Portions.
Some pics of todays 2 meals so far and some meal prep pics too, along with pics from meals I already posted but these from a better photographer.

Thanks brother! I often have a half or 1/4 avocado in the white fish / white rice meal, they’re still ripening today! And bag of walnuts in the cupboard but try to limit as my overall fats creep up towards 150g !

And DS always super fast to deliver!

Why do I hear recently people don’t eat after a GH shot for some time. ? For years I only made sure I had an empty stomach before jab, but often ate very soon after. Am I missing out on some benefits by eating afterwards?
hgh use can be dependent on the person @Acerico34 like everything in life right
I would do what works, you look great already so stick to empty stomach HGH and if you drink a protein shake after no issues at all or eat. :)

I tried Beligas testosterone and pharmaqo primo before so both brands I tried. Havent tested the mk677 since I only use umbrella sarms but if its from d-s always quality, Greg is #1 for a reason

Trained back last night and some Quads . No notes to show but got a great pump, felt strong and leg pressed 14 plates for 13 reps with full range of motion with heels to ass. I trained Delts, traps, hamstrings and biceps today. First time ever doing this combo of muscles in a session together

3 plates X 6 with full range of motion bringing the weight all the way down the whole way with a second pause- dropped straight to 2 plates for another 7 reps and down to a plate a side for 12 reps

A set of 45lb each side barbell military press X 10

In regards to range on shoulder presses, do you think it’s safer to just go as low to where your arms in a mirror would make 90% right angles and no lower if you know what I mean? I always used to only go that low until recently I saw a top pro bodybuilder going extra on many exercises ( not shoulder press) but I’ve also seen some people recently go lower than the shoulder line with the elbows…

Regarding videos I haven’t got anymore yet, hopefully when my mate starts to train with me we can take some.

I would not go low and I wouldnt jerk the weight and keep weight low
anything overhead or military press style I try to avoid with all my clients due to injury potential and its high @Acerico34

I come down to where my hands are inline with my eyes so it's about parallel 90 degrees. I've always had shoulder issues but I'm able to do these with 4 plates per side for sets of 5-6 with zero shoulder pain.

That’s how I was taught to do any shoulder press, 90% angels exactly. And 4 plates is monster bro, goals for me! I feel like I’ve pushed up 3 plates a side before for a few reps but not with the control and tempo I did this last week.

Also, thanks @RoySimpson for two other products that sound great based on the info label. It’s the Ostazol, I believe that gives me insane, and I mean insane pumps in the gym! Everything on the label looks natural, however the pump and feeling of hardness in my muscles, before, intra and post workout is absolutely crazy. Both supplements have an array of natural ingredients that are renowned for aiding in boosting natural Testosterone, alertness amongst other health benefits. Also a few pics of one of my favorite breakfast meals these days; ground grass fed Venison, sweet potatoes, some plantain, eggs, avocado sometimes.
Have taken yesterday and today off training and just eating so hopefully I’ll be back in the gym doing Chest/Triceps tomorrow.

Shoulder press i always go down and touch my collar bone or a little past that point pause for 1-3 seconds and push back up with a stretch and full range of motion.

Touch your collar bone with the dumbbell? If so that’s what I did other day but with the hammer machine. i always gone just to shoulder level with elbows so dumbbells maybe parallel with my head. I’d rather not risk injury if it’s more likely with more range as @LevButlerov mentioned. Only reason I change anything I’m doing is in hope of more growth and strength increase!

@Acerico34 I like hcgenerate quality, bottle looks great. I'm using hcgenerate now on a lower sports TRT + dose with a few clients :) and using it myself for plump balls.

I’ve been fighting off a Flu type bug the past 2 weeks. Fri- today decided to lay off the weights a little bit and today I just did 4-5 sets of high rep low weight incline bench and some tricep exercises. I feel like I’ve got bigger and leaner somehow literally just in the last 4 days, just resting and eating lots. Calculated my daily average calories for the past two weeks was 4500 calories. My morning weight went up by 6kg from 87 at my lightest 2 weeks ago wt 87-93kg. I weigh at night sometimes, weighed at almost 97kg this evening. I’ve been getting crazy pumps throughout the day especially after I eat, if I train etc and I guess it’s the MK677. I’ve never had those fibers show up on the delts like they are now. I see what the Primo hype is about. Hopefully the deload will continue to do me well and I can push hard again.

Ass to grass 15-20 reps x3 sets

Plated leg press
450lbs X 20 reps X 3 sets

Seated row machine

80lbs X 20 reps X 3

Lower seated row
90lbs X 15
100lbs X 12
100 X 12

Lat pulldown two gripped handle

130 X 12
150 X 10
170 X 8

Some biceps but right was sore for some reason not sure.

Today I went in and trained

Hammer shoulder press

2plates X20
2.5 plates x 12
3 plates X 7 dropped no rest to 2.5 X 7
Dropped straight to 2 plates X 10

Side delt raises.

10lbs X 15 reps leaning forward slightly and focusing only on the “burn” range of motion.

Same again ^^
15lbs X 12
20 X 10

lateral raise machine, 3 sets of 20-25 lighter weight

Plates Shrug machine
2 plates X 25
2 plates X 25
3 plates X 18
4 plates X 13 drop no rest to 3.5 platesX 8 - 3 plates X 8

Feeling almost 100%, body aches and stuffy nose gone down a lot. Still taking it a little easy. Gyno close to 0% is
Big win, feel so much more confident and better, thanks to those who recommended 20-40mg Nolva a day.
