Hey fellas I will be starting a log on R&D pharmas @DofRandD gear very shortly . I was lucky enough to get sent a vial of test e mast e and anavar from rd. I must say his communication skills are phenomenal, a brilliant stockist, and just a real nice bloke in general so I’m keen to give his gear a run as I expect it will be a1. I’m currently sitting at 112 kg and looking to tighten up a bit while adding some mass. Very keen fellas stay tuned

Take advantage of the masteron and train heavy. It will give you strength if you chase it.

True story! I love masteron. Very underrated
 
R&D is a top bloke, will look after you and hear is fantastic.

Gear arrived today fellas. Super fast two days, packaging is smick, done a wicked job R&D has done a great job. Am a bit of a sucker for nice looking labels/packaging but no doubt it will be good gear to. Can’t wait to get into tomorrow will be first pin of test e 250, with mast e 100mg, and I’ll tirate up according . Will start the anavar in a weeks time.

Make sure it’s Magnesium Glycinate at least 1500mg a day. All other supps are perfect, chuck in some k2 for calcium removal in the arteries💪

First pin today boys. Test e 250 will chuck mast in next pin with test e 250. Very smooth gear. Trained legs, was a solid session.
Leg press 7pps 2 sets then 6pps 2 sets (4 total)
Belt squat 3pps 3 sets
Hamstring curls 3 sets
Hip thrust machines 33pps 2 sets
Then seated calve raise machine 4 sets. (Slow tension high reps not a lot of weight )
Was happy with it. Tomorrow is the first upper body session of the week . I am excited, I’ll post up after training. Also my scales have broke will get some freshies this week and post up fasted weight I’m pretty sure I’m hovering around 113. Also boys my split is 4 days

The plan is to tirate up throughout the cycle and adjust accordingly on progress. Had a great leg day today
Started with quad extensions 4 sets to fail
smith machine squats 4 sets
Hip thrust machine 3 sets
Standing calve raise 4 sets
Hamstring curl machine 3 sets
All higher volume higher reps today nothing crazy heavy form and tension was the focus. Tomorrow is upper day, and I reckon it’s time to hit some pbs. I’ll post the workout once done with weight on each top set.

Hey fellas 2nd week of test e 250 and mast e 200. Haven’t put anavar in yet and calories still sitting between 4.2-4.3 k. Have been hitting some good pbs leg press is progressing nice 8 plates per side for 10 reps. Weight is up to 115kg fasted, i was meant to train today but has a massive night shift last night at work and didn’t sleep well so im going to postpone the upper session tomorrow after I’ve hopefully had a good sleep. I’m thinking giving it two more weeks then throwing in anavar 40mg daily, probably all taken pre workout. I’m excited I haven’t ran anavar before. So yeah boys I’ll keep cals at what they are for this next two weeks as I’m progressing nicely I don’t think there’s any need to change, I’m happy with 115 at my current body fat. This could be a good recomp cycle stay tuned..

@cooper.ALP , you should put the anavar in now, already week 2, kickstarting with it is a better idea imo :D
