Checking out your macros trying to get a base, you're recomping now a bit? Seems fats and proteins are good but carbs hard for me to count.

The training is on point, the chin ups imo you can go up a bit if you add some weight to ankles.

My macros could be a little better. I'm eating about 3400 calories a day. 40% carbs 30% protein 30% fat. And yes recomping. For my chin ups. I do usually add weight with a waist belt. Don't have ankle weights yet. The last set i did without. Wanted to see what I could do

If you can track a few days macros and share would be great, I tried to 1 by 1 the meals but didnt get the macros as I'm guessing on size :D

I have a good tracker. I track every day. So that's about what I average. Maybe a percent or two can vary daily.

Getting ready to start the winter bulk. Just finishing up running trt along with herculean and kraton gummies with shred and hades. Ran for 10 weeks before going into the bulk cycle. Nice cut after my summer bulk. I could feel a difference from running pct and going natty versus using the trt right after the cycle. Also finely starting to get some definition in the legs. Was pretty happy to see new gains before the New Year. For the winter bulk will be looking at going for around 215lbs by March. Then will follow up with around same routine before going into the summer shred cycle for 2025. It's time to grow!

Feeling a boost in energy and drive pretty fast it seems. But with the mix so far I've re acted fairly well. Some elevation in liver enzymes but to be expected. See strength comes fairly fast and solid. Low water retention and still feel the hardening of flexing.

I haven't been in to pick up copies. They been doing tele med on a lot of visits it possible to prevent cross contamination. With the bird flu crisis if we goto the clinic in person we have to wait 48 hours before returning to work

I have found at 50 mg. side effects become counterproductive.
 
rice and beans is a great carb and protein source.

As long as you can digest it, okay, you take in anything to help with that.
 
I really don't think you need any fiber supplements or getting plenty of fiber in your diet. I think.

I just feel like a get a real solid sleep and fall asleep easy. Before I didn't sleep well and it was hard. But I also changed alot of other life factors that really helped. But I do feel they give some benefits
