Also yes I have started probiotics to help and have already stopped the ibuprofen. I never like taking. But I could feel it in my stomach. I have never heard of eating fermented food though. I will have to look into this
you gotta get spore based probiotics as well bro
and fermented foods think like probiotic drinks like Kefir or that korean kimchi kind of food

Things going to be rough for awhile. I don't have many people in my life. As I stated I stay busy. I been here since my last girlfriend left over a year ago. Since then I've grown and pushed myself to be better. I met a new girl. One I knew my whole life. We been dating since last year. Her statement was you looked sexy before you didn't need to do all that. I fell in love. I came home today and she was passed away in my bed. I'm lost

I' was on my way home from work to tell my mom I think I found someone. She loved watching me workout. Freezing cold and she would sit with me in the garage and just talk. I'm trying to goto my gym now. I was going to tel my mom i think I want to grow old with her and ask her the question. I went home and undressed after work. I wondered where my morning kiss was. I checked in the bedroom and there she was. All blue on the bed. I tried cpr and called 911. She must of passed away after I left. After just calling her mom and saying she wanted to grow old with me. I told my mom the same she told hers. We never got to tell each other

Things going to be rough for awhile. I don't have many people in my life. As I stated I stay busy. I been here since my last girlfriend left over a year ago. Since then I've grown and pushed myself to be better. I met a new girl. One I knew my whole life. We been dating since last year. Her statement was you looked sexy before you didn't need to do all that. I fell in love. I came home today and she was passed away in my bed. I'm lost

I' was on my way home from work to tell my mom I think I found someone. She loved watching me workout. Freezing cold and she would sit with me in the garage and just talk. I'm trying to goto my gym now. I was going to tel my mom i think I want to grow old with her and ask her the question. I went home and undressed after work. I wondered where my morning kiss was. I checked in the bedroom and there she was. All blue on the bed. I tried cpr and called 911. She must of passed away after I left. After just calling her mom and saying she wanted to grow old with me. I told my mom the same she told hers. We never got to tell each other

Then I seen her face. It was purple and I realized she wasn't breathing. Still waiting on the autopsy.

i almost died years ago from penicillin. was given to me by my dentist after i had my wisdom removed. went into anaphylactic shock and almost choked in my sleep as my throat closed up.. you have no clue what is happening unless you have experienced it and i had people in my house with me. had no clue i was allergic to it. it is very scary when something like this happens but don't blame yourself, even if you were home it would not have mattered like in my situation.. i had people in the next room and i was that close to dying myself and they would have never known as it isn't something where you scream for help. it just happens on its own while you are laying down or sleeping.. i ended up passing out and woke up the next day alive, i could have easily passed out and choked to death and nobody would have known better. had my reaction been a hair worse i would have died 100%.. the next day i called my dentist and told her what happened and she said 'oh sorry you are allergic to pencillin i will write you something else'' what happened had i not called or she had not had the foresight to change my anti biotic, i could have easily had a repeat episode that wouldn't have ended so well. so again not your fault at all
 
it's a nightmare situation for you. I'm sorry, this is happening.

I was her first heart break. But after I got married and she said I was embarrassed. After my divorce I always wanted to get in shape and better shape. Then I had some issues and several relationships go bad. I took counseling. I tried to change. Alot to do with this one girl. I wanted to be a good guy not bad no more. Then I might the last girlfriend. It was nice being a good man. But it didn't work out. No hard feelings just didn't work. This other girl wanted to be with me her whole life. We been on and off our whole life just always had stuff happen. Never fought with each other just other life issues. But we were always there. Sad I always dated her after a bad relationship so I wasn't ready and she got hurt over and over. Well when my relationship ended she seen and started hitting me up one more time. I waited 6 months before saying yes but we talked alot. Well before that I went there for comfort drank for the first time in 10 years. We had sex. When I was sober I knew I wasn't ready yet. So I asked to slow down. She thought I was running. But we stayed talking. Then the bird flu hit here. That took 6 months to clean. Soon as my days were normal I asked to see her. We bonded. I told her I wanted her to see the new me so let's go slow. I wanted to treat her right. Treat her special. She was confused at first as we have always had sex. But I explained i wanted more then sex. So we bonded on a new level. It was wonderful and mind blowing. I asked myself what I was so dumb for as I had this woman my whole life waiting. I was her second boyfriend she was my third girlfriend in life and I was her last too. I always had a trick question in past. That determines the relationship. I was a asshole back then. No one ever got it right. Well as I made a amends to her. A real amends it was nice because I meant it. She was like I never held anything against you. But I was like you still deserve the apology. Then I explained my secret thoughts when I was younger. They were twisted and perverted. Liked sex you know. Young good looking man full of idiocy. So she asked what the question was. I said I don't play that no more. No games. But we are very close so she wanted to know. I told her. She answered and surprised me. She said what others said which I thought she never would. Sorta liked it but it was the answer I did not want. Although as a kid if I ever got the right answer I would of probably ran faster and further then forest Gump. We went to bed. We woke and she was waiting. She says she wants to answer the question truthfully. She did. And it was perfect. My heart melted. I never felt special before. We made love. This is my first time making love with someone in my life. I went to work. I came home to confess I wanted my life to be with her forever. She waited 30 years to hear. As I told her she was passed away and never heard.


She had some issues with mites and skin. And a hurt back. She was on dupixent and some pain killers. But when she started dupixent in December it was making her extremely tired. The doctor was suppose to reevaluate. She did her third shots on Wednesday. She got sick after for two days. And on Sunday morning she never woke.


Now here I am. I wonder my purpose in life. I wasted her life waiting for me. I wish I could give her my heart so she could have a second chance

@Lipster this is a a deep issue. The purpose of life will change as time goes on. You have to grieve her and keep her in your heart, but she would want you to grieve but live your life happy and positive. She seems like an amazing woman, and you know she would want you to live your life as a man with your training life goals.
 
I did my best at the funeral. They were very pleased to know how happy she was. They all told me it's the happiest in 20 years. I feel so horrible for being a person's vessel to heaven

Doing my best. Just my mind is all over. Still trying though. As for my cycle. It saddens me how much got Set back for my winter bulk. I would say I love the way I feel in this cycle just hit a lot of obstacles. Within 3 weeks I was almost pushing my better volume and pushing weights great. The dog tugging on the shoulder set back one. Not bad not great. Then I got the flu twice. And then walking pneumonia. I lost half the weight a little strength. Put the weight back on was doing well with the shoulder. Then the passing of my girlfriend. Mind and mentality cracked. Her parents and brother came to pick up her car. They got stuck in a snow drift. They couldn't get the tow strap under the car. I said get in I'll push. Between the shock and adrenaline I grabbed the back of the car and lifted and push. I felt my shoulder twist my Bicep pulled and a tendon in my front part of the forearm. I'm finishing up week 8. I lost the weight again at first due to stress. I put some back on. Still at 200 from 186. I added bpc157 and tb500. But I think i am about two weeks away from recovery. But I can work out safely. Guess I am trying to get ready for my next cycle as I finish this. Just trying to not give up. But for sure overwhelmed.

Yes and no. I like the volume. Wish I was doing a little more weight( i feel about 2 more weeks for saftey of the shoulder. But I'm getting volume and form in very well. Honestly weirdly today on back though I went light even with my shoulder i felt like I wanted to throw some weight around. Felt strong strong. Now I don't know if metal has anything to do with it. I was ballong my eyes out but was mad as hell at the weights.

Well coming up to the half way point of this bulk cycle. Definitely had some Set backs but I'm going to still push for my goal.

Just waiting on the rest of my blood work started getting partials in now.

Started to experience some ripples. Just like prolactin being high would cause. Started caber and it lowered the irritation but still a little sore. My blood work actually shows my prolactin being a little low. I have not got my estradiol back yet or Testosterone. But just wondering on the direction here. Not sensitive but sore.

So far this cycle I had a huge fall been hit by a car while changing someone's tire had a dog jerk my shoulder a little and cause tendonitis. With a small tear. Caught the flu twice and currently have pneumonia and bronchitis along with my girlfriend passing away.

I still have not missed a workout and keep pushing. I will reach my August goal period.

So here i am with several setbacks and I'm back up and still fighting. Never give up.

No doubt your immune system took a hit it's been a really tough time for you
I haven't been sick in 30 years lol. Man well the the pneumonia is finally letting up with antibiotics. My throat is wretched still. But finally deep breaths again feel great. It's hard as hell to do cardio with bronchitis and pneumonia. Felt like a elephant on my chest. Catching the flu back to back didn't help but I did have the vaccine prior so I didn't get super sick just hard to eat and the bathroom visits were annoying. Hopefully 2 more weeks and close to 100% again. I want to push my last 6 weeks hard. I love this cycle just couldn't give it what it deserved. But also learned dropping weight and increasing reps and volume still had some gains and well instead of bulking it's been more recomping around 198lbs. I'd like to see 215 but will be okay with 210 also. I think my smer shred will be interested and intense. I'm going hard all summer. August will complete my 2 years.

Side note I'm finally at a size and condition where people are saying you can't be my age and look like this. Sorta dig that.

I'm okay. I took the 1st 10 days hard but something just happened inside of me and I was able to breath again. I'm sadly finding out there was underlying secrets that caused it. I had to forgive and pray for her. But I also said I have to move on and survive. I think she was okay with this

Well coming up to the half way point of this bulk cycle. Definitely had some Set backs but I'm going to still push for my goal.

Just waiting on the rest of my blood work started getting partials in now.

Started to experience some ripples. Just like prolactin being high would cause. Started caber and it lowered the irritation but still a little sore. My blood work actually shows my prolactin being a little low. I have not got my estradiol back yet or Testosterone. But just wondering on the direction here. Not sensitive but sore.

So far this cycle I had a huge fall been hit by a car while changing someone's tire had a dog jerk my shoulder a little and cause tendonitis. With a small tear. Caught the flu twice and currently have pneumonia and bronchitis along with my girlfriend passing away.

I still have not missed a workout and keep pushing. I will reach my August goal period.

So here i am with several setbacks and I'm back up and still fighting. Never give up.

That cycle looks like alot of fun.
Honestly with everything that has happen i for sure didn't unlock full potential of this cycle. But it is for sure one i will use many times. I feel great in all departments. Energy though the entire day(including cutting out tons of caffeine) strength felt great and I feel i could of really pushed volume with new weight levels. Recovery has been very nice. And I see muscle going on while keeping body fat the same now and almost even burning some. But I am also pushing what I can safely versus pushing myself to my limits.

Man that is amazing, i am truly happy for you brother 🙏 that sounds like a blessing everything happening from a cycle standpoint, i was doing mast test and npp, i got sick for 4 weeks, so now plans changed and im just rocking 250mg test cyp and gonna run that for a while.
