108.6kgs - Running 350mg test, 800mg mast a week and 3IUs of GH daily.

Seem to get some sides when the test is higher than 400. Coach and I have figured this ratio to work pretty well and keeps everything balanced!

I’ve been training for almost 10 years now. Trying multiple different types and loads of programs. I’ve been working with a coach now for just under a year.

The goal is to potentially compete in classic physique next year. Season A or B, depending on how I progress this year.

I’ll do my best to update on here as much as I can. Feel free to tell me what kind of content you guys want to see!

Great leg day today! Very blurry due to how shaky my body was after the session😂 You know it’s a big pump when you lose all the details in the muscle!

Todays session consisted of-

• Dumbbell Bulgarian split squats- 3 sets 8-10 reps

• Seated Calf raises - 3 sets 15-20 reps

What is everyone else using for pre workouts?
i take some cardazol and i have a discontinued ostazol bottle stacking both 3 caps bro intense stuff lol but i got it as a gift from n2bm so really been smooth for me
 
First time pressing the 60kgs dumbbells! Huge workout today. Managed to get 8 reps then backed off to 12 reps on 50kg dumbbells!

Who else loves this feeling of having some heavy ass dumbbells on their knees ready for the set. It feels like a calm before the storm💪🏻

Yeah man, used to use almond milk. Last year I got really sick after a trip overseas and for whatever reason I can’t touch it without wanting to throw up😂 maybe one day I’ll try it again! @Npcclassicphysique champ
do oat meal if you dont like almond milk or rice milk bro they all the same lol
