I’ve ran up to 300 and no issues. No mental sides - no night sweats , nothing

Lean Meats: Bison, 93% Red Meat, Lots of Chicken Breast
Carb sources: Potatoes, Rice, Quinoa

This is a cycle that's capable of transforming your physique. It looks really harsh but it can be really beneficial.
 
How long have you ran tren before?
because 12 weeks is a lot!
 
make sure you get pics up!

we want to see your before and after pictures, this is a good one.
 
not a fan of tren. the sides will catch up to you. Even if you don't feel the side effects on the insides, you're dying. So, be careful.
 
Anyone know how to transfer the data from the Hevy app here?

Also- adding nutricost mass gainer to help getting to 3500 calories! Eating clean foods is hard to get up there!

When would sided from the Tren E start to kick in? Finishes week 1 no sides. Never had sides when I ran it at 300 a week.

Looking for advice on which sides would start first and when!
@SmallFryDevil from trenbolone? depends really. Some guys get them first pin, some guys get them 3-4 weeks in, some get very few sides.
 
This is all the aux I’m on:

n2Guard - 7 caps
Vitamin B6- 100 MG
Vitamin D3- 50 MCG (2000 IU)
Omega 3- 2160 MG
Tudca- 1100 MG
Citrus Bergamont - 1200 MG


Also bought rich Piana 5% liver and organ defender

What else is recommended in terms of vitamins to be safe - small fry would like to live to at least 75

Excellent day on the upper body, and then hitting the lower body.
 
The leg training is on point.

You got in a lot of good exercises. I like the hack squat. A lot of people are using it these days.
 
Perfect job on this training. Still young on this log but so far so good.
 
You won't go wrong with this style of training. The single leg press looks fantastic with the pendulum squats.
