Going to start a log for my mini blast using @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals gear and coached by @Gains Man
Have lifted on and off all my adult life. Have had a few injuries play rugby league. Torn hammy four times and just recovered from a torn bicep.
Started trt due to low testosterone in November 2024. Dose started at 100mg a week then after eight weeks we upped it to 150mg.
I was with a clinic but I struggled to justify the costs.
Thinking I’ll run 400mg test and either 300 or 400mg npp. I’ll finish the end with Var for four weeks.

@Biton i can imagine rugby would injure the crap out of you. that is a very rough sports probably worse then american football. hopefully you can get healthier over time

No full set diet but eat the staples like most would in here for lunch and dinner every day. I change my breakfast or afternoon meal more than anything to mix things up.

I train at 4.30am so my day looks like
1L water, pre workout, 30g carbs

PWO
4 eggs
4 Weet bix
250ml coconut water
15g honey

Smoko
200g chicken breast
200g rice, pasta or sweet/white potato
Greens

Lunch the same as smoko

After noon
Yo pro protein Greek yoghurt or 240ml egg whites
Banana

Dinner
300g Steak
Greens

Boring but boring works.

@Biton bros don't be hard on yourself lol. you gonna be fine. let make sure we kill this. i dealth with injuries too. i had bad plumbing accident fell through floor. could not train for 2 years

@Biton test, NPP, var is all good. that is a nice setup. i like the 5 day split. its a tough plan to follow but can pay off

@Biton 250g protein and 80F is solid. You'll do good on that, especially with your five-day split. Keep an eye on those past injuries, sometimes they can come back as you get older.

Didn’t train legs today, done my cardio yesterday instead of Saturday.
Sunday was
60 squats
30 push ups
15 burpees
2 sets of stairs, each set is 70 stairs

50 squats
25 push ups
12 burpees
2 sets of stairs

40 squats
20 push ups
9 burpees
2 sets of stairs

30 squats
15 push ups
6 burpees
2 sets of stairs

20 squats
10 push ups
3 burpees
2 sets of stairs.
Took me about 25 mins and I can hardly walk with my quads and calves being sore.

So I trained back today and be legs tomorrow.

This was my best sets in the back session. Have a little tendinitis in my right forearm so pull ups and curls are a bit of a struggle.
Will post a leg photo tomorrow.

Only thing that got me up is to not skip legs two days in a row 😂😂 Calves were still sore from the cardio session but we got it done.
Trained 4.30 am.
Pre workout, creatine and a scoop of a carbs supp.
Post work out
4 eggs
4 Weet bix
250ml
Coconut water
15g honey.
Few photos below. Legs starting to get thicker but need to work on the tear drop and get them wider.
Usually go a little heavier on the hack squat but legs were cooked doing them last.
Leg press was a different machine to the normal one.

Rest day yesterday. State of origin was on Wednesday night so I was up late watching the footy. Go the blues.
We made home made pizzas with ok macros.
Trained chest Wednesday and hammies calves today, Friday.
I lost a little weight this week so I’ve upped my carbs by 100g. This is aggressive but hopefully closer to just above maintenance and go from there.

80g F.
Will post my check in with gainsman over the weekend.
My pizza turned out nothing like the recipe 😂😂
I also added pineapple 😆
