DID CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRICEPS AS MENTIONED

BARBELL BENCH: 30KG 4X15-12 (ok seriously, i use to be able to bench 90kg for 5 reps, I KNOW THAT IS STILL NOT IMPRESSIVE, however, it's important to note that most of the strength increases will be because of muscle memory and stuff.. Last week I could only do 5 reps... Seriously)

BARBELL INCLINE BENCH PRESS: DID NOT DO INCLINE BENCH PRESS LOL!!!! I decided to do the machine instead, because the barbell one was taken.. strength wise; it would of been similar to the barbell bench if curious..

SHOULDER PRESS MACHINE: 15KG EACH SHOULDER 5X15-12

DUMBBELL LATERAL RAISES: 5KG EACH SHOULDER 5X15-12

STRAIGHT BAR PUSH DOWNS: 2X15 -------NGL, AT THIS POINT, MY CNS IS VERY FRIED AND I CAN'T REALLY GATHER ENOUGH STRENGTH TO PUSH THE BAR DOWN...NOT GONNA MENTION THE WEIGHT CUS IT WOULD BE EMBARRASSING. IT WAS ALSO MEAN'T TO BE ANOTHER 4X15-12

USUALLY I'D ADD DIPS, HOWEVER, I'M STILL RECOVERING FROM DOMS FROM WHEN I STARTED LAST WEEK.. LAST WEEK MY SPLIT WAS JUST FULLBODY TO GET EVERYTHING NICE AND READDYYYYYYY. IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED ASWELL, THAT THE GEAR AT THIS POINT IS UNLIKELY TO BE FULLY UTILIZED BY MY BODY..

11/02 - SHORT UPDATE - YESTERDAY WAS MY FIRST 180MG PIN OF TREN A, I DID 3 INJECTIONS BECAUSE I ONLY HAD 1CC SYRINGES ON HAND.. I INJECTED VENTREAL GLUTE (LEFT N RIGHT) AND LEFT DELTOID--I HAVE PREVIOUSLY DONE TESTOSTERONE DELT INJECTIONS FROM LAST WEEK, THESE WENT FINE, HOWEVER, THIS TIME AROUND, I HAD A BIT MORE SORENESS THEN USUAL, BUT I WOKE UP AND IT WAS FINE.

THE MATH IS A LITTLE WONKY, BUT I PLANNED IT TO BE A 12 WEEK CYCLE OF TEST E 500MG, 10 WEEK CYCLE OF 400MG TREN A (AND 50 DAYS OF ANAVAR FOR FUN)

ok so theoretically there is 650mg of test E and 180mg of Tren A TOTAL in my system RIGHT NOW as of 11/02 (And I'm aware that the tren will take a week? and the test e will take 6-8 weeks? to kick in.)

Sleep - Hmm, maybe sleep quality wasn't as good as usual? However, that is probably more of anxiety and the fact I roll alot when I sleep and my shoulder was quite sore. I did sleep 7-8 hours.

Acne - genetically I dont really get acne except for a bit on my back, even when I was a teenager I would just occasionally have a pimple on my face every so often. But as of right now, the bacne is pretty minimal

Hair - Fine atm, I naturally have medium-long shaggy hair

Performance in the gym - Strength is coming back rapidly, however, that would most likely be chalked up to muscle memory atm..

Libido - normal--bite more, maybe..

aggression - I'm not really an aggressive person in general, on the contrary actually. No issues so far

Night sweats - I wouldn't say so--maybe an unnoticeable difference.. I slept with a ceiling fan on as I usually do.

Tren cough - No tren cough yet!!!

Anxiety - I'm a very neurotic and anxious guy naturally, this might be my kryptonite, however, I have actually gotten a boost in confidence if anything atm.

BP - My baseline is like 120/80, it's noted as perfect usually. However, I have been feeling like there is more blood in my arms in general.

This is all I can think of in terms of sides, I guess sleep and a sore shoulder was the worst of it for now.

i had mentioned at the start that i was 72kg and jumped to 77kg.
however i did not mention that i actually jumped to 77.!8!KG...
I did stabilize but this diet now has me at 77.2kg. so it would seem im losing weight at 2.5k somewhat.
not entirely sure though, i'll give it another week to see how it progresses. I do wake up a bit hungry. Could just be water still idk
Whether it's a recomp or a slight cut is fine, should be enough protein and gear to make progress mainly in the recomposition direction; i would assume.

Leg extensions was 36kg-26kg (roughly)
Calf raises was also 40kg roughly, however, i like training calves so i did them yesterday too, I jumped to 76kg for about 10 reps instead of 15 (slow and controlled)
cant remember leg curl but usually i have a 1:1 ratio with leg extensions

LEG EXTENSION! unfortunate... Still 33kg 4x12..

STANDING CALF: STARTED AT 60KG LAST WEEK; TODAY I ATTEMPTED 105KG... BUMPED IT TO 125KG AND WAS DOING 10 CONTROLLED REPS! nice.

LEG CURLS: didnt do leg curls!!! it was taken!! haha. It was taken all night infact!.. Did forearms instead :)

WRIST CURLS! LAST WEEK IT WAS 10-15KG FOR 15 REPS!!! TODAY IT IS 35KG!!!!!!! 3X15
WRIST EXTENSION! 7.5KG EACH HAND!!

By The Way... I did a pin today! I did 0.6cc of tren which is my usual amount.. I however, may have done 0.7cc over my normal testosterone amount!!! :D my ventreal glute is a bit sore, but it's calmed down mostly.

Definitely didn't have as much protein as the stir fry would suggest (but i did hit my goal 100%)

incline press 5x8 30kg
supported dips 60kg 4x12
straight bar push down 3x8 22kg-18kg
wrist curls barbell 3x10 40kg
wrist extensions barbell 2x12 15kg

i was with mates, and even they had mentioned that i was doing way too much volume; perhaps tren motivation? I felt so keen today, i only stopped because i needed to head out to see my family, i was going to continue with calf raises and ab crunch machine if i was able to stick around. i was also drenched unlike everyone else, which i assume is due to the tren sweating and sheer work capacity youre able to pump out due to tren. I also have to mention the very apparent hardness in my muscles, particularly the forearms.. They felt bullet proof.

as stated; very vivid and eerie dreams.
8 hours of sleep, however, woke up twice feeling odd.. probably because of the dreams

2nd set was 140kg 8 reps
3-5 sets were 120kg 12-8reps
(it felt like my CNS was fucked from this, muscles were still 'fine', but my eye lids felt heavy and i was yawning constantly)

leg extensions
3x12 33kg

leg curls
3x12 54kg

did 1x10 of 40kg bench press to record form

was really tired after this--and i still am; might see how i feel tomorrow, will most likely rest on Sat and Sunday and reassess the program at this point. I think the PPL R PPL split is worth a try for next week instead of PPL PPL R. I want to also try adding squats in, however I am definitely not confident in my form.

i received bad news today, because of this, my mood was a bit snappy and anxious; I'm not one to yell at others and I'm much more likely to internalize anger and stuff so I just end up being a 'brick wall' and mostly shutting down. Going to the gym was a good thing regardless of recovery for today.

Starting gym up again on Monday depending on CKR. Doctor mentioned elevated liver enzymes but I’ve already made the decision to remove Anavar from the cycle, we’ll see next blood test how the Liver responds.

Appetite is beginning to slow down, last night at 8pm i was only at 1.8k calories so I ate a Carl's Jr burger to shoot up hopefully 1k calories and I ate a protein bar for good measure for protein macro sakes. (i was around 160-180g of protein at the time)

realised i need to have way more fish oil, i only got blackmores 1000mg from coles thinking it was good, no!!!! I would need to have like 14 capsules to get my required intake!! so ill be doing just that until I get v

I woke up with moon face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that + the bacne!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully the AI protocol clears things up a bit.. also i have been slacking on my water intake so that doesn't help :( (ai protocol atm is 0.25mg eod)

You might remember that in week 2 I was mentioning that I was becoming quite fatigued, perhaps from overreaching and starting with too much volume since returning to the gym, and especially, with PEDs introduced. Ever since I've pulled back from the gym and basically taken nearly a week off.. I have been sleeping like a baby!!!! I'm so tired all the time.. I rarely nap in my life--but these last 5 days I have been enjoying quite a few naps!!! I literally wake up feeling refreshed then in 30-60 minutes my eyes feel heavy and I lay down and dose off relatively easy.. It could be due to the break I've been taking or it could be due to the Testosterone beginning to show effect--either way, I love it!

only sides so far is moderate bacne.. ive stopped taking AI.. i know my AI usage is pretty dumb because im not really using it properly--that's because im using it based on symptoms, but my only symptom so far is bacne, and thats probably more of a result of the androgens at this point. my libido is alive and well and i don't feel fatigue, i also dont have any gyno symptoms; i'll just leave my E2 alone until i feel any gyno symptoms i guess.. plus i hear it is good for brain health

hi team, i feel it is my duty no matter the controversy in my beloved forum, to atleast update on the health consequences of my current cycle.
quick progress update is that i have been 90.8-91.6kg for a week now at around 2800-3200 calories and 280g of protein, which is fine by me because i am still noticing tremendous gains and i just assume it is a either a lean bulk or a recomp which i am totally fine with since i am still gaining strength and getting bigger

secondly, my main doctor (that is aware of my anabolic use) is still concerned about my CK level, she told me it was one of the more impressive levels she had witnessed during her career.

she gave me a few more tests that I did recently and tbh I thought she requested alot more than what I screenshotted but maybe they still haven't been submitted or something? idk. Additionally, she let me throw in some other tests including hormone related ones which I got for free (such as prolactin) :)

Sides have been the same and also reduced (for example; ever since I started AI, I have no shin splints anymore)

Important to note though; unfortunately the tests are on a one week lock like usual. Unless they tell me my results over the phone or in person, I will not know them until then. HOWEVER, for some reason, one test is unlocked which is HBA1C. I promise to screenshot the rest of the results once they become unlocked or if they are able to email/print results over. have a happy weekend gearheads

My beloved readers, I write to you at around 5AM, als ein kleine soldat,

I was debating on whether or not to write this at 5AM, or 4AM.. 3AM or 2AM, 1AM or 12AM.
To inform of a monumentous act of carelessness, impulsivity and perceived invincibility. At approximately 1PM yesterday, I decided to lower my Testosterone dose and to also use a Propionate Ester because it can apparently help with hormone fluctuations when one has a crushed SHBG. I lowered the dose to 300MG a week instead of 500MG to help with any Estrogen sides that I may or may not be dealing with and to discontinue AI usage.

As a result of reducing the Testosterone dose, I, inevitably, increased the Tren Acetate dose from 400MG a week, to 600MG a week. I would like to add right away, that there is no reason, that this couldn't just be a one off, since it was a terrible day yesterday.. However, the consequences of this decision, were not light.

Within 8 hours my beloved readers,
here is the good first;
No tiredness
I felt like lifting weights all night, intense and persistent aggression

And now, the bad;
Sleep was nowhere to be found, I've had 1 hour of sleep in total and I had to of woken up 7+ times with 0 deep sleep
Small panic attacks that lasted all night (Felt like I was trapped in my body, I've never felt panic attacks before and I could immediately identify that these were panic attacks) - 4,4,4,4 breathing improved symptoms

Cognitive decline (Originally I was writing this at 5AM however I have been going back and forth editing and writing for 2 hours.. A write up for me usually only takes 5 minutes.. This is more likely a sleep issue however)

Creeping depression--obvious anxiety--Paranoia
Blood pressure during the night was 140/79
Suicidal Ideation (I was begging for my heart to give out)
Self harm ideation (Tren allures you to take more)
Appetite decreasing

It is still very important to note that I did take one other random substance yesterday that could be the reason for so much intense symptoms.. A friend offered me to try Dexa and I took one, this could definitely be a massive contributor and a terrible combination that I awfully regret so much.

I basically took 600MG of Tren and a therapeutic amount of Meth.

I bulked for 8 weeks on 500mg of test e, 400mg of tren a and 875iu of hcg; went from 77kg to 91.6kg
(my blood pressure has surprisingly been very good, however my HR is 85 when I wake up and can hover from 85-100 throughout the day)

I am now cutting, currently my weight is 85.6kg, the cut will last 2-3 months, -1500kcal deficit, maybe even -2000 calories on some days, maybe maybe even +10000 calories on others

update on last 10 days, gym is still PPLRPPLR, strength is okay--and even increasing on certain exercises, however, I yawn a lot during the final 20minutes of my workouts, I could easily fall asleep on the leg curl. I'm also going to try and increase protein intake to 260g in the coming days.

cycle; 300mg test p, 300mg tren ace (was 600mg for the first week but too much mental sides), 875iu hcg, 5mg cialis (for blood flow and libido), 10mg cardarine, 0.25mg of Semaglutide for the first week, and now 0.5mg for the rest of the cycle.. (I've never tried a GLP-1 before cus i was scared of needles, things change i guess?)

and yes, 600mg DNP.. the DNP arrives either this week or next, i'll let you know
although i've done 600mg of DNP comfortably for 20 days, i would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about a potential cross interaction with Tren and DNP? Tren uncouples too, no?

You win, you win. I admit defeat to DNP… For now… I simply can’t handle the ungodly amount of lethargy I feel on this terrible, terrible poison at 600mg. Perhaps in the coming days, I might try 400mg and 200mg a day—however, 600mg, coupled with Tren, is very harsh on my breathing. Not only this, but I have terrible hunger and cravings for anything carbs even on 1mg semaglutide, it makes taking it completely counterproductive in a dieting context, since it makes you want to eat everything sugary in sight. Training capacity is cut in half. The heat to me has never been a problem to me personally. It’s the lethargy and nausea that does it.

Trying 200mg daily. I think this stuff i bought must be pretty high quality because I don't remember struggling this much with 600mg; perhaps the Tren is compounding the issues a little too much.

200mg as you can see is wayyyyyy better for training volume, who woulda guessed? Couldve done more leg volume, but I was anticipating nausea. No nausea while training, however, do consider carb intake has been shot up to hell as a result of DNP usage. Only reason I continue to use DNP is because the scale is going down while I’m not even tracking food intake, could obviously be just water, but I’ll continue until that scale consistently goes up. So far im down 2kg in a week. (87.5kg to 85ishkg). Day to day lethargy remains consistent, night sweats and so on. Ciao!!

I think the DNP arc is coming to an end for now. Diet is too inconsistent and piggish for me to continue anymore with the poison. Training volume at 200mg ED was better, and I didn’t experience any nausea, however the main concern is the diet.. Even if I am losing weight, I, personally am uncomfortable with the diet and it makes me feel like trash mentally. I would rather dose 700mg of Tren at the moment than continue any effective amount of DNP. If I were to use it in the future—it would be when I am off Tren to see if there is any difference.

Dosed 600mg of DNP today because I'm in a toxic relationship... with DNP!!! ahhhh!! Didn't get nausea though, so either my tolerance is going up or perhaps the lack of compound exercises in today's session kept me okay as well as a bunch of other possible variables such as; my flu is passing or maybe I am tolerating semaglutide better, idk. One thing you should know about me by now is; if I say I am going to do one thing I am most likely going to do the 3rd or 5th or 10th option I didn't even say out loud. How many times has this cycle been changed? Has anyone kept count? Is it normal for it to be this wild? 500 test e, 400 tren, 600 tren, 300 test p, anavar, no anavar, 300 tren, cialis, cardarine, cutting, bulking, 200mg dnp, 600mg dnp..

We have nearly hit the 3 month mark, hurray! (That is when I am mean't to be stopping the cycle... But what I didn't say to you... or myself... Is that I will most likely continue abusing muhahaha)

Loving leg days, every time I do a leg day my legs grow by 10 inches and my dick -0.5 inches.

I made a smart, wise, thoughtful move and didn’t take DNP!! Still on fire, but it will be a little less everyday.. for a couple of days.. However, as per usual, when one step is made the other foot must follow—except the other foot isn’t going to follow my friends, and it is in fact, staying where it is… I dosed 170mg of Tren in preparation for 600mg a week of tren (again)…… HOWEVER! Have faith. I am going to finish off the Tren (my last vial) and go to a cruise! I’m thinking 200mg test? (With 875IU hcg a week)

The final days are upon us and I must say dear friends that it has been a tiring 3 months of struggle—inside and outside. It’s time to retire from the blast and hibernate for the next. ✌️

And just like that, it's the end of an era. The last vial of Tren has been used up, and the great Playfield's experiment is over. We are wrapping up this momentous cycle at 2 months and 3 weeks in, 7 days shy of our original 3 month plan.

No more pinning 3ccs of oil every other day, no more night sweats, no more nightmares, no more whacky digestive issues... But also no more epic Tren gains.

I will not lie my dear readers, the decision to stop the cycle was not an easy one.. I had much more left in the tank in terms of how much I wanted to push things. However, reason triumphed, and I decided that I will probably get nearly as much gains in the long term on TRT doses. I have no idea how long I will cruise for, I have no idea what doses, I will use bloodwork to guide me..

As you can see, we still have much more ammunition left in the tank, but as I have stated I have decided to restrain myself. Anavar, Anadrol, Tren, Masteron, Testosterone, DNP... These are all things to be used in the future when the time comes.

Let's go over roughly, what our cycle looked like over these 10 weeks.
For a solid 2 months, we were on 500mg Testosterone E and 400mg of Tren A, 50mg of Anavar a day (Anavar was dropped about 20 days in)
Last 3 weeks was
3 weeks of 300mg Test P
1 week of 300mg Tren Ace
2 weeks of 600mg Tren Ace
1 week of 600mg of DNP

We went from 77kg to 91.6kg in 2 months (peak)
Now sitting 87kg after 3 weeks of cutting a lot of calories

Family noticed my legs; friends asked if I was going back to the gym because of my lulu lemon sports bra I wear everywhere.

Majority of the muscle gained was in the legs
If you look back on my training logs, you'll see that I am trying to spam a lot of arm work to catch up
Strength went from basically no weight on any barbell to 10kg bench for 5 reps, lateral raise for 2.5kgs, bicep curls 5kgs, leg extension 6kg --> 8.5kg, leg curls 10kg, leg press went from a crazy 2 plates on each side to 2.25 plates on each side, standing calf raises at 15kg...

Third video is a cut off from the second video I think.. The safety on the leg press wasn’t low enough to my liking, so I adjusted it and continued my last set

I like updating everyday though so I’ll share some personal side effects of the varying dosages I’ve been on.

300mg/500mg Testosterone - I couldn’t tell much of a difference between the 2 dosages. As someone with a natural Test of 200-300ngdl, I also don’t notice much… Probably because Tren is doing a lot of the heavy lifting.

0mg/300mg/400mg/600mg Tren Acetate - Taking 3-5 days off Tren made me realise how obsessive and paranoid I was being. 300-400mg is sort of a ‘sweet’ spot. 600mg is when sleep starts to get disruptive, and obsessiveness, paranoia and libido start becoming an inner noticeable issue.

Also, in general, the more I take the more tired I become throughout the day.

Took 600mg DNP to finish off the 25 cap bottle.

Continuing 400mg though for the rest of its use. I have 25 left.

I for sure am not drinking enough water considering the substances I am on. I probably drink at most 2L-3L a day. I’m surviving for now, but my urine says otherwise.

My diet calorically is fine, I’m at a varying 500-1000 calorie deficit, maybe more, hard to know for sure because I’m not tracking, but the scale is going down quite rapidly. I can tell macro wise that my diet is terrible, fat intake is very low and protein intake is no where near what it used to be. Maybe 100grams a day, not even? One thing is for certain, I don’t need the scale to see that changes are happening. Visually, fat is shedding substantially.

I’ll be supplied 20mg Retatrutide sometime in the next week or 2, I got a special offer on it for trying the DNP. Keen to see how it performs against Semaglutide, I’ve only heard good things.

Volume is just getting straight up gutted, usually I’d do 3 sets on non main lifts, more weight and til failure. Too much nausea and shallow breathing at that capacity, so I’m training much lighter and less intensity.

I think a blood test is in order, my blood pressure has been consistently fine (120/60 usually), but my breathing is so harsh now that I need a check up. I’ve never donated blood and I know that tren thickens it. Although, it’s probably more likely to just be the nature of the compounds themselves, namely Tren and DNP—it’s obviously still a good idea to see what’s cooking (hint: its my organs!).

Hammer curl strength increased a lot, happy days.
 
No gym today, had to help with cleaning Nan’s house and then I had a date night.

Been a couple of days of no gym. Feels good to be back.

First time during the cycle I’ve missed an injection.. Thank god tbh, these dosages are so toxic, I vomited yesterday and a couple weeks ago because of the acid reflux, plus, I was super dehydrated. Being dehydrated 24/7 and having an insane metabolism is causing me to be soooooooooo exhausted throughout the day. My daily schedule is part time studying and part time work incase youre interested.

It’s only been about a week or so and we’re down to a new low of 84.7kg. Started the diet again at about 88ishkg.

Even though the weight loss is pretty cool, still wouldn’t recommend, not even close. I just have a real bad habit of using everything up. That silly lurking voice appears out of thin air late at night saying, “Come on! It’s only for a bit longer!!” (It never is)😒.

Been very very very tired throughout the day, no energy to do anything. There’s probably not much DNP left in my system either, I can finally feel the sensation of coldness hehe.

The tiredness seems to just be related to the Tren dosages or some sort of compounding effect—this isn’t the first time complaining about tiredness when taking a decent amount of tren, you’ll find that earlier in my logs even when I was eating 2000+ calories more than what I am eating now, that, I would still be very lethargic at 400 tren and 500 test.

That, plus my carb intake isn’t very high, increasing it has a negligible effect however.

Next pin is only going to be 100mg Test and 600 tren. Just to see if it helps in anyway, maybe it is an estrogen/prolactin issue causing my fatigue?

Okay okay, I know I keep saying it, but we gonna need to get that blood test haha. After doing the lateral raises in today's session, I started yawning non stop every second and I was completely drained so I cut most of the whole workout short and just went straight to easier stuff like forearm work. Also, I think maybe my immune system is compromised? I'm starting to get sick again and usually I only get sick once or maybe twice a year. This would be the 2nd time in a month or 2. Did I also mention I've had 2 random bouts of throwing up at 3am? I think that last one probably has more to do with the semaglutide tbh.

Got a very comprehensive blood test here and I'm terrified to see the damage 😭

Another reason for getting this blood test is because I've noticed a decent loss in strength over the weeks and that has been timely paired with my lethargy and tiredness. Depending on these Iron results, I might give an Iron infusion a shot, but I'll have to do more research to see if it's of any worth.

And yes, I'll fast this time and I'll get this done on the weekend and hopefully we should have results by Monday 🙂👍

Did like a 2 hour session lol. No idea why but my energy has returned massively. Only things I changed was;

Get only 8 hours of sleep. Being sick the first time made me sleep for like 10-12 hours.. I was sleeping at 7-8pm and waking up at 8am, thus messing my circadian rhythm up I assume)

I stopped taking 10mg cialis 3 days prior (didn’t really need it)

Lowering volume and intensity by a ton so I don't exhaust myself like last time. I'm beginning to think it's probably just the DNP causing accumulating fatigue; that's probably obvious to some of you, but what you're not understanding is that I am immortal, and so this is quite a shock to see my armor cracking.

Weights are 5 kilos less on some lifts and also 3-5 reps short of failure. Usually I always train to failure to cover all bases.

i can’t i cant i cant I CANT!!! DNP is certainly making me frickin hypoxic, its hard to breathe, im sweating in 10c temperatures.. WITH the air conditioner full blast!!! I know im sounding like a broken record, but this love hate relationship has to end!!! I’m going to completely halt DNP.. again.. then maybe just try 200mg until it runs out (which will be soon). Then ill just be another loser who uses clen and t3.. ill also try some cool experimental drugs probably like 5amino and slupp332.. i like the idea of putting random shit in my body.. imagine being on test, tren, cardarine, clen, t3, 200mg dnp, slupp332, 5amino.. that would be kinda cool

Cruising at 200mg of dnp; much more tolerable than 600 lol.

Should mention that for 2-3 weeks now I’ve had a twitchy left eye and my vision sort of ‘weak’ or ‘slow’ when adjusting to light.

So far I’ve been hitting my protein goal of 180-200g a day since recovering from the flu. Here’s a couple days worth of what my diet looks like.

Stopped using straps on pull day, they’re irritating and I’ve developed my forearm strength quite a bit since I’ve been spamming them everyday, so now they’re capable of supporting themself.

Diet is same old, today was a bit lower on protein and a bit higher on carbs I suppose. I don’t eat the same thing everyday so it does fluctuate, but I usually eat the same protein sources to ensure adequate protein intake.

Cardio wrapped up 😎

Cut has been going fantastic tbh, really enjoying seeing the results of cardarine and tren and especially DNP. I think 200mg of DNP + 300mg of tren has been fine thus far, I’m still able to feel cold when outside, but I do need a strong fan when going to sleep. Night sweats are really prevalent—but it is what it is. I do miss being outside at night and being completely resistant to the cold though! 400mg would be pushing it, but it’s possible to hold out for about a week personally. Other than that, the silent killer here is dehydration, don’t forget it lol.

The ‘800’ calorie quick add was a chinese rice and chicken meal given to me from one of those industrial cafes. Its probably an overestimate but that’s okay! Because I took 600mg of DNP today to take advantage of how fucking cold it was! I don’t regret it. Maybe I will when I go to sleep. Hard to resist bumping up my metabolism by an extra 1000+ calories by taking an extra pill lol.

Weirdly did some hip adduction work because I have never trained hip abduction/adduction, and I wanted to work on my form before next leg day. Going to start focusing on a lot of these different muscles I never really trained before. You’ll start seeing more rear delt, glute, hip, core, forearms and whatever muscle skull crushers train. (Already begun spamming some of these for a while now, but previously I had never trained these prior steroids)

Found a really enjoyable combo: heavy metal + low reps high weight.

Getting a bit more enjoyment from pull day then previously before. Grip strength has improved a lot since spamming forearm work, and its motivating to not rely on straps. I think my main issue when it comes to ‘enjoying’ pull day is that it requires more compound movements and is more fatiguing than other days. Atleast it is for me, maybe I should do less and look up what others do.

Bad news! Ran out of DNP! Took only 1 today and that’s all of it. I’m probably going to get more + try retatrutide since I’m being offered a nice deal for the review. But until then, I guess I’ll have to wear a hoodie and long pants unfortunately. It’s freezing without it.

I’m trying Clen too, not even for the cut but I’m hoping it will help my endurance. Only 40mcg, 120mcg makes me tremor.

I’ve also ran out of Cardarine which is a shame, because I think its improving my cholesterol quite well. I was looking over my prior blood tests and you will see that my hdl went up to 0.9 from 0.7 even when abusing higher dosages of Tren.

Hi, wednesday is indeed clen day because everyday is clen and tren day! (80mcg clen today, why not)

First things first, remember when I said I could easily do 12 plates and could probably do 14 plates? Not anymore sadly, that strength has officially vanished. I’ve been noticing as time goes on during this cut that my leg press and overall leg strength has been dissipating. I guess just like losing fat, you lose muscle/strength where you’ve gained it the most recently. I think its a good indicator at where most of the muscle had accrued during that 2 month bulk. For example, most strength has definitely been lost in legs, than chest, than back, than tris. Shoulders surprisingly are keeping up.

But stay hopeful, I’m probably very barely losing muscle. After all, let’s be honest; I’m on DNP; OCCASIONALLY eating more than 100gs of carbs; -1500 cal deficit, sometimes -2000. I don’t think I have a gram of real glycogen in me.

I think I need to stop doing leg curls before standing calf raises, they make my knees shake too much and thus I have to use a really low weight.

Bettering my form on the hip thrust machine leg day by leg day. Moved my lower back up the seat more and feet shoulder width. One day I will defeat the Hip Thrust. Cringe girl machine.

Andddd I’m really enjoying the abduction/adduction machines. On the Hip Abduction machine, I sort of need to lower the weight and try and dominate with my left leg. There seems to be a serious muscle imbalance between the two legs in this regard, so I’m just going to try and alternate between legs when using this machine until they’re decently caught up with one another.

I think the two most annoying side effects have to be 1. Acid reflux and then 2. Night sweats. Seriously might discontinue Clen when DNP is back in, or at the very least, lower back to 40mcg and see how that goes. I just hate that heart burn sensation so much lol.

It’s a shame that I might need to discontinue the Clen; it keeps me a bit more ‘alive’ during workouts and day to day activities. You’d think I’d be struggling to sleep because of the infamous trensomnia, but no, everyday I wake up looking forward to go back to sleep. The lack of calories and the constant drive these compounds give to force you into working harder than what you’re made for… Really, really make it tempting to pull over and fall asleep in a parking lot 😴.

Just a few things I noticed during this push day. I was feeling a bit stronger than usual at all lifts in general, I’ll credit Clen for that I guess.

Definitely going back to behind the back forearm curls, wayyyyyyy better: ungodly pump.

Andd some random hip machine action, just trying to condition them a bit :).

Great workout, I think I’m gonna stick to lower reps. My justification is that Tren ruins cardio and increases strength a lot, so lower reps sounds and FEELS ideal for me.

Gonna start doing reverse curls instead of hammer curls for the time being; my forearms are responding very well to the change.

I’ve been researching more about tiredness and fatigue and I found out that it could also be related to high estrogen. So I’ve started 1mg of Arimidex a week. It does indeed suck that I started testosterone with tren, because it has made it super difficult to track estrogen and I can’t be bothered with LCMS testing. I did one but it was inaccurate.

Anyways, I took that AI yesterday and I have already seen an improvement in energy and libido (which I don’t like because it’s super distracting xD). I also probably lost 0.3kg overnight because of the water weight. I’m just gonna wing AI dosages until I find a sweet spot :/

I also have masteron P that I might use as an AI if I need to be precise.

Another great workout, loving the anadrol pre workout and the AI might of really fixed me up. I guess I accidentally castrated myself these last 3-4 months lmao. Kept me focused, so I’m not too upset, but the energy levels are great. I can’t say for certain though if it is PURELY the AI doing the magic; my diet has been really on point macro wise and I’ve probably shot my iron levels up a ton with my current supplement/diet scheme.

So keen to get through this cut and move on to a REAL bulk and see what I’m really made of, if I can handle tren and DNP for this long, truly.. The only thing that will stop me for the next bulk is 1. Finances and 2. If my hair falls out and 3. 1 hour sleep insomnia (only side effects I care about tbh). I would rather have a heart attack than either of those 2 things.

Once again, forgot to do standing calf raises BEFORE lying leg curls, legs shake way too much so I have to back off on the weight.

Hip thrust machine in my eyes has been officially defeated, cringe girl machine. No more back pain, perfect form 👌.
