My deca test e cycle

10 week cycle
Weeks 1-4 deca 200 test e 400
Week 4 get bloods done and if needed and everything ok I'll up deca to 250 and test e to 500 also add in HCG till pct

Male 44 6ft 82kg

Diet is consistent with a calorie surplus of between 300-600 calories every day split between 6 meals

Training history
Only ever done gym at a home when I was younger basic bench and upright cable station
Majority of training I have done has been in the last 10 years in and out of jail which mainly consists of calisthenics

Current training 6 day ppl split in a commercial gym first time have been consistent since September this year

My training is mixed calisthenics and free weights in the morning and cardio in the afternoon

Thanks for the insight brother I've done some research and I'm extremely interested in this blast and cruise method I'll look into it a bit more but I think I'm on board like you said I'm 44 now I've had 5 beautiful children why not.

Good we know your age height and weight but we still don’t have enough about your training history food sleep injuries or actual goals to advise a cycle or tweaks. Until you post a proper log with details and context, anything suggested here is just guessing and won’t be tailored to you. Start a log asap so the EVO family can actually guide you instead of just throwing random cycle ideas out there. 15min of your time easy.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Start up a log and put all this info in it including all the details requested using the how-to guide posted above by @LevButlerov. Then we can get you squared away with a precise cycle with dosing including diet/training/supplements etc tailor made for you.

One thing that jumped out at me is the HCG, I wouldn't add that in. Hold off on the HCG until we get your log up. reason I say that is HCG is like estrogen in a vial and you have no AI you're considering having on hand or running a TestE dose that high. There are better alternatives like HCGenerate which worked for me big time.

Looking forward to following you along. And don't forget, stay free from prison! :p Not much gear in there except orals and no weights in there!
 
Had bloods done 4 weeks ago test level came in at 452 Ng/dl is this what you are referring too
You'll wanna get this way over 1000 ng/dl on cycle. You're in range but on the low end.

You'll wanna get this way over 1000 ng/dl on cycle. You're in range but on the low end.
This was my natural test level before cycle

Your receptors are fresh. You will respond very nicely to a low dose of testosterone. You want to use the lowest mg that yields results. when gains pause up by 25mg a week.

Maybe start with 200mg testosterone cypionate a week and do blood work at 6 weeks and see how much your test went up.. no ai ,but have on hand and adjust after bloodwork
