Abs and cardio day, is 1 Hour cardio of choice, normally just incline treadmill and throw on a pod cast.

Training days i do a 10 Min walk 4 Speed, Incline level 5. Pre sesh to get my mind focused on what im about to achieve.

Water intake is 5L daily.

awesome pumps more of a feeler sesh to get used to some new exercises and/or swap out to alternative exercises, Some movements didnt load up too heavy as new and want to perfect form hence higher reps to failure. Now have a gauge of how strong i am on these movements i can push these between the 8-12 (failure) range next week.

Day 2 -

Really great session, love the exercise selection from the coach. Hits all areas of your back and rear delts.

left gym with a filthy pamp.

Still alternating 1-2 exercises and getting form right before adding load to get me between the 8-12 (failure) rep range. Injury prevention early on is key.

by end of this week ill have everything locked in and we can start some steady progression.


Meal pics coming today, 87.1kg fasted this morning. Same again as yesterday only 1 banana was consumed pre training along with the AM health supplementation.

1.5L water consumed during training.

What meals look like for the day attached, with macros and cals.


5L water consumed daily, just buy the 90c 1.5L bottles from the store.

coke zero or pepsi max is also had, feel thr extra carbonation makes me feel a little fuller.

Been on these cals for about 2/3 months with the occasional life event cheat. (Yesterday mrs came home from philippines after a month away)

Korean bbq = guaranteed root. Cant say no to one of those.

reason i say 2/3 months, first month back into training i cheated alot on this until my mate really drilled into me that if i wanna be next level i need to dial in.

another update to the supps;

just ordered some P5P so will add that to the daily stack at 100mg per day to help control potential raised prolactin over the course of the tren. (10 weeks)

Also if your desire for the pepsi max/coke zero is mainly because you enjoy the carbonation you should give sparkling water a try :)

Doesn't have to replace them completely - removing all of the little pleasures will make dieting get old real quick and just harder to stick to in general - but the sparkling water should help reduce any cravings you have for the coke zero/pepsi max. Will also give you the same hydration benefits of non-carbonated water and help get your daily h2o intake in. Just a little way to spice things up a bit.

With the steak, i do use a light olive oil spray which isnt added in the total which i probably should.
just seasoned with Himalayan pink salt.

Kimchi is a good one! Anything pickled or can add some acidity (ie: lemon juice) will go a long way.

Another favourite is Frank's hot sauce or Sriracha. They'll give even the blandest of foods some flavour ;)

i recommend just pure organic ginger instead of the tabs. a lot of times the tabs contain a lot of added crap no good

Im really locked in to work hard because i know theres others out there working harder, and im not settled knowing that.

well i did walk to and from the chemist which was about a 15 min walk so hopefully didnt effect this too much.

will now add daily bp resting in posts and on training days have in my gym bag to record post sesh bp

as i post and keep posting youll see i will get more better at these important things to nail since i want to do this to the best of my ability and for longevity.

i have learnt from past mistakes many years ago and whats more important to me is daddy being around for my child and wife.

Had 2 days off for R&R. (tension headaches from tren ace) Have already ruled out bp. Have also started adding electrolytes in and around training help with hydration.

Since bloods, P5P has been added daily at 100mg (1 tablet) AM.

Macros and cals still the same have been finding my weight fluctuating up and down between 86.3-87.1kg the last 3 or so months. If i can stay between this range and progression doesnt come to a halt ill keep it this way over the course of the blast. I feel the recomping is going quite well.

dont know whats in this Platinum Tren ace but im feeling like a damn superhero in and out of the gym.

Just realised its actually 3 months and 7 days since my first order in 10 years with UGLOZ. Really need to get my timelines right.

Current Transformation equates to around 3 Months not 4.

Thanks bro yeah ive been taking generic otc liver support from the pharmacy, water intake is at 4L at the moment daily including the 1.5 i have on training days.

Headaches have gone away since i added in electrolytes i sip on through out the day during meals. will look at taurine perhaps i can find a bcaa with them in.

Cardio atm is 1 hour twice a week with abs but not including 10 mins i do each session before i start training total 40-50 mins a week

Going off that im getting around 3 hours of cardio pw, but dont mind adding more if coach reckons so.

Havent started with the telmi yet as discussed with coach just waiting on later stages in the cycle to see any sudden spikes in bp, woke up this morning resting bp was 114/68 so dont feel like i need it atm unless you reckon other wise?

Thanks bro yeah ive been taking generic otc liver support from the pharmacy, water intake is at 4L at the moment daily including the 1.5 i have on training days.

Headaches have gone away since i added in electrolytes i sip on through out the day during meals. will look at taurine perhaps i can find a bcaa with them in.

Cardio atm is 1 hour twice a week with abs but not including 10 mins i do each session before i start training total 40-50 mins a week

Going off that im getting around 3 hours of cardio pw, but dont mind adding more if coach reckons so.

Havent started with the telmi yet as discussed with coach just waiting on later stages in the cycle to see any sudden spikes in bp, woke up this morning resting bp was 114/68 so dont feel like i need it atm unless you reckon other wise?

3 hours of cardio is good talk to yoru coach see if you can up that to really peel out @justapotato
