Thought I’d finally make an account and post some stuff. I’ve been properly bodybuilding now for 2 years, started my first cycle back in August 2023!

Height 183cm
Current weight: ~97kg/~215lbs
Starting weight, 2023: 94kg
Training: 5 days a week, upper lower split, 3x lower 2x upper
Cycle
1st cycle which ran from August-Dec 2023 was
- 250 Test E,
This was supplied by various people, 1st vial was word of mouth bathtub cooked shit! After that I got onto Ozpharm for a while, till they went under and scammed $400 off of me after bust
Finally I found Eagle1, and have pretty much been with him ever since (domestically that is, you’ll see later I used some international stuff)
Reached 110kg on this, but got VERY fat, would not recommend. Diet adherence was terrible, training intensity sucked and I just stacked on fat and inflammation
Food was maxed at 3600 cal, ~280P ~300C ~130F
2nd Cycle, Dec 2023 -April 2024
-200 Test E, Eagle1
-200 Mast E, Eagle1
-80mcg Clen - Sparta supps, then later some liquid Vet clen (yummy)
-5mcg Yohimbhine - island supps
Lost 20kgs! Down to a much better composition but still small 91kg.
This is where things turned around, my training got so much better and I actually dieted. Food got as low as
1430 cal, can’t remember exact macros but I think along the lines of ~250 P ~97C ~50F? You can do the maths haha

One of my longer pushes, got up to 104kg,
Food maxed out at 4200cal, most I’ve ever been allowed to eat (cunt I love to eat let me tell you)
I think ~260P ~650C ~60F
Made some good progress and composition was SIGNIFICANTLY better than my first push. Still just a baby tho

Test 200, Eagle1, Dragon something from china and some Hercules Test E.
HGH 3IU daily

Turned to the darker side and started GH. Best investment I’ve ever made, absolutely love this stuff.
Dropped off a fair bit of inflammation and body fat in a nice short minicut, food only got as low as 2100cal this time. Good few weeks were at 3000, so a super easy cut. Fasted AM cardio, 20mins daily
5th cycle, Dec 2024 -May 2025
400 Test E, Eagle1, Hercules, and more dragon
400 Mast E, Eagle1, more Chinese stuff. Good shit
5iu HGH daily
4-8IU of insulin daily depending on blood glucose.
My best push phase to date, I think ended up being about 30 weeks of growth, food maxed out at 3800cal,

I switched to morning training here as well, before work. This had a tremendous effect and has been a staple now. I feel it allows me to put my everything into my session then the rest of the day can go fuck itself if it wants to, my training is done and that’s all I care about haha.
Also had all my heavy meals around training and tapered off as the day went on, great for blood sugar and recovery.
Got to a much tidier 103kg.
Got a girlfriend in this push, so by the end I was probably eating a little too much chocolates and sweet treats, but still a good 90% adherence and never ate less that’s for sure.
Did another minicut, just a cruise TRT dose with same GH, got down to a tidy 97kg, which is pretty much where I am now
Currently im on
Test E 300, dragon, but with some CorePharma on the way
Mast E 150, dragon, but again Core Pharma on the way

I’m currently reverse dieting out of my minicut, weight has pretty much stayed at 97-97.5kg which is great.
Food and gear will climb as needed, but I’m aiming to stay much leaner as I will begin a Prep for my first comp at some point in November for April 2026 stage date.
