Gday everyone,

Thought I’d finally make an account and post some stuff. I’ve been properly bodybuilding now for 2 years, started my first cycle back in August 2023!

23 Years old,
Height 183cm
Current weight: ~97kg/~215lbs
Starting weight, 2023: 94kg
Training: 5 days a week, upper lower split, 3x lower 2x upper

Cycle
1st cycle which ran from August-Dec 2023 was

- 250 Test E,
This was supplied by various people, 1st vial was word of mouth bathtub cooked shit! After that I got onto Ozpharm for a while, till they went under and scammed $400 off of me after bust
Finally I found Eagle1, and have pretty much been with him ever since (domestically that is, you’ll see later I used some international stuff)
Reached 110kg on this, but got VERY fat, would not recommend. Diet adherence was terrible, training intensity sucked and I just stacked on fat and inflammation
Food was maxed at 3600 cal, ~280P ~300C ~130F


2nd Cycle, Dec 2023 -April 2024
-200 Test E, Eagle1
-200 Mast E, Eagle1
-80mcg Clen - Sparta supps, then later some liquid Vet clen (yummy)
-5mcg Yohimbhine - island supps
Lost 20kgs! Down to a much better composition but still small 91kg.
This is where things turned around, my training got so much better and I actually dieted. Food got as low as
1430 cal, can’t remember exact macros but I think along the lines of ~250 P ~97C ~50F? You can do the maths haha

3rd cycle, May-Aug 2024
Test 300, Eagle1
Mast 400, Eagle1
One of my longer pushes, got up to 104kg,
Food maxed out at 4200cal, most I’ve ever been allowed to eat (cunt I love to eat let me tell you)
I think ~260P ~650C ~60F
Made some good progress and composition was SIGNIFICANTLY better than my first push. Still just a baby tho

4th cycle minicut, Sep-Nov 2024
Test 200, Eagle1, Dragon something from china and some Hercules Test E.
HGH 3IU daily
96kg
Turned to the darker side and started GH. Best investment I’ve ever made, absolutely love this stuff.
Dropped off a fair bit of inflammation and body fat in a nice short minicut, food only got as low as 2100cal this time. Good few weeks were at 3000, so a super easy cut. Fasted AM cardio, 20mins daily

5th cycle, Dec 2024 -May 2025
400 Test E, Eagle1, Hercules, and more dragon
400 Mast E, Eagle1, more Chinese stuff. Good shit
5iu HGH daily
4-8IU of insulin daily depending on blood glucose.
My best push phase to date, I think ended up being about 30 weeks of growth, food maxed out at 3800cal,

550C
56F
I switched to morning training here as well, before work. This had a tremendous effect and has been a staple now. I feel it allows me to put my everything into my session then the rest of the day can go fuck itself if it wants to, my training is done and that’s all I care about haha.
Also had all my heavy meals around training and tapered off as the day went on, great for blood sugar and recovery.
Got to a much tidier 103kg.
Got a girlfriend in this push, so by the end I was probably eating a little too much chocolates and sweet treats, but still a good 90% adherence and never ate less that’s for sure.

Did another minicut, just a cruise TRT dose with same GH, got down to a tidy 97kg, which is pretty much where I am now

Test E 300, dragon, but with some CorePharma on the way
Mast E 150, dragon, but again Core Pharma on the way

I’m currently reverse dieting out of my minicut, weight has pretty much stayed at 97-97.5kg which is great.
Food and gear will climb as needed, but I’m aiming to stay much leaner as I will begin a Prep for my first comp at some point in November for April 2026 stage date.

Diet, training and cardio

- Diet
Honestly this is super low food, I’m fucking starving all the time, but I am reverse dieting and will follow the plan. It works. I know it does so I’ll do it.
I actually eat my cream of rice pre training and meal 4 post as I don’t really want chicken and rice first this at 4:30am

I put the dates in the COR and the pineapple in Meal 4 just cause I like that taste
And as I’m not running slin yet, I use honey on my COR instead of 20g carb powder intra workout. But this will switch back to intra if insulin is thrown back in.

-Training
a bit of a key to interpreting this spreadsheet,
E.g. “Hack Squat, 7 for 7 reps is 7x 20kg plates per side for 7 reps”
Or
“Tricep OH 9.5 for 10 is 9.5 holes down on the stack for 10”
Some machines at my gym have weights on stacks, others are numbered 1-10 and have 3x smaller weights to add to the stack
All presses and back movements are plates per side
Same with any quads, hamstrings are all pin loaded
Bit of a fuck around to read but makes sense to me and coach.

- Cardio, currently consists on none, just a daily step count of 10,000, I like to walk after meals if possible and definitely always walk before bed to make sure I’m digested and blood sugars are low before I pin GH

Supplements
AM

Currently taking 4x 1000iu vitamin D3 with K2

PM
9mcg Melatonin
400-800mg of L Theanine depending on mood
6-7 Vit C tablets
2000mg NAC
5000mg fish oil
1 Metformin
400mg Berberine
1000mg Magnesium Glycenate

And 500mg Berberine with 2 meals at work

I sprinkle in 10mcg Cialis every now and then depending on if I’m expecting to get one or if I just want a mad pump on an upper body day

And if I ever find I have to combine 2 meals into one on a weekend or something, I’ll pop a digestive enzyme

Here’s a recent pump pic, I genuinely look so much better not fasted (I know, who doesn’t 😂)

Probably shouldn’t have used the word “cycle”, I’ve essentially done 3 push phases and 3 cutting phases, the first being the most aggressive and the later two being TRT cruise.
Maybe that’s a cycle, but I’m either ON or cruising these days
And I would respectfully disagree, I think PCT and HCG work wonders, plenty of evidence to that, lots of information out there for free and paid around this topic,
But, the goal is Pro one day, or as large as possible, and one doesn’t get there in my personal opinion without starting relatively young (let’s be honest I don’t have Olympia stage genetics) 🙂

hcg suppresses your pituitary glands by mimicking LH. so using it in pct makes no sense IF you want to conserve your HPTA . its like using testosterone in pct. but like you said you don't care you want to compete. @Meeksy
