Let me try to give some insight while keeping it compact.
My health isn't very good, i suffer from:
  • Migraines (as much as daily or even multi daily at times)
  • Sleep disorder
  • Depression
  • Anxiety attacks
  • Some genetic polymorphisms like reduced methylation and histamine intolerance
  • Brain fog
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
So i am not the average person here.
But why am i here then? Well my life has goon down hill like 5 years ago.
I had health issues before that, but then it got to the point i have to lay in bed most of my time.
Lost my life, my girlfriend and my company etc.
The last years at risk at losing my income and house due to my income insurance not being honest and trying to stop the payments.
So i have an attorney and a most likely a lawsuit i have to start, because they are in the wrong.

So before all this i had done some experimenting with my test levels and i really notice a difference when i have high T vs "normal" T.
I feel a lot better then. also my natural levels fluctuate from normal to above the reference range.

rQKRXd1_d.webp

The range is from 6 to 25 nmol/L (red is outside the reference range)

I converted it to the USA values:
  • 17 nmol/L × 28.84 = 490.28 ng/dL
  • 26 nmol/L × 28.84 = 749.84 ng/dL
  • 18 nmol/L × 28.84 = 519.12 ng/dL
  • 24 nmol/L × 28.84 = 692.16 ng/dL
I can clearly feel the difference between low and high for what my body produces naturally.
Then i watched a lot of videos like vigorous steve and some others and they talked about the mental improvements of trt+
So i remembered my blood work from the past and tried raising my T to see what it will do for me.
(the only thing i achieved in the last 5 years is a lot of knowledge gained)

I started with measuring and logging my balls weight and the introducing HCG.
I found around 1200 to be a replacement dose for the "normal" t level i have.
I ended up at 1750 IU weekly with daily dosing and that made me feel better: better mood, less in my head and no downsides.
Also i keep my muscle mass better this way. in the last 5 years i have been at 58KG at my lowest due to no appetite and laying in bed most of the time.
I also helps with the anxiety and gives me more stress tolerance.
So this change already helps me a great deal, so i want to investigate this further.

So i plan to be on actual TRT at some point. But here in my country this is not really a thing.
Also my levels are normal at the low point where i feel worse, so i don't have hypogonadism.
So i do this myself and i want to build up to TRT+
Like 250/300 Test or maybe 200T + 100 Primo.
I will get new migraine medication as well and i hope to get out of this hole I'm in.
i really want to start building my life up again

I'm also under full health care from all angles including psychologist.
But i have a list i want to try myself because this isn't supported by our health care system.
I want to try 1-2 Units of HGH to improve my healing and sleep.

There is no source for the following on here, so I'm going to use this source again (i have used this before):
I'm looking into extras (not too expensive ones) since i have to order anyway:
At the moment I'm busy sourcing and researching the extras.

And I'm waiting for puritysourcelabs to have HGH back in stock.

Stats:
  • Male
  • 40 years
  • 1.75M
  • 72KG
  • +- 15% BF
Diet on point. (i crave junk food due to my depression, but i stay disciplined)
Training not possible at the moment and has been like this for 8 months i guess.

TLDR:
Not here for bodybuilding (that is a bonus)
I'm here to support my body to heal in ways the healthcare system can't.
Having a community like this is also very nice 👊

I'm working out my plan and i will update this log as i go.

Cerebrolysin + Noopept + Dihexa

These work on a similar pathways:
  • nerve growth factor (NGF)
  • brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)
With some unique properties for each.
Cerebrolysin is unique (and most expensive) because it contains NGF and BNDF, while the other 2 stimulate the body to produce more.
It is recommended to run these in cycles

So I'm going to do a 1 week cycle for each to see how i respond, that makes most sense to me.
If i get sides, than 1 week is tolerable.
And then I'm not overdoing it, since the protocol for each is to do it for 4 weeks as a cycle.
Also to get good data i will do 1 week on 1 week off, so per week:
  1. Cerebrolysin
  2. Break
  3. Noopept
  4. break
  5. Dihexa
  6. break
Possible sides:
bad sleep, dizziness, headache, sweating, increased blood pressure and nausea

Cerebrolysin (in use as medication)
cerebrolysin-dosage-recommendation.webp

I'm going to 10ml per day for 5 days, so i need this:
10ml per ampul, 5 ampuls per pack (2150 mg)

Noopept (in use as medication)
Recommendation:
20 mg a day (2 pills), one after breakfast and one after lunch.
Course of treatment (intake) is 1,5-3 months. The course can be repeated after 1 month break.
One pack contains 50 pills of 10 mg each, so this would last 25 days.
Enough for my 1 week cycle.

Dihexa (peptide/research)
Dosing is 5 to 20 mg, I'm going to do 10mg.
This one i ordered in the past, so i have 60 x 5 mg in stock.

@rowi sorry about going through a tough time. people don't know about me much but i was homeless at one time myself. you are going to hit a low sometimes in life and its all about realizing that life is too damn short to be miserable. you gotta be happy.

you will come back like the warrior you are. gonna be awesome to support you through this.

@rowi now fully we welcome you to the EVO family :D

Everyone goes through hard times, this is not just you, but every case is unique. Because every persona is unique.

Can you please share pictures of you face blurred? so we can see your base.

I think you really need to concentrate on a base TRT before adding more and more peptides to the mix.

Feeling better will NOT come from peptides, it will come from dialing in your diet and training. That will be key.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

supplements
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

pictures
please share pictures of you face blurred (every 1-2 weeks)
pics of your meals as you go
pics of your training as you go
pics of your supps

@rowi bro it gonna be okay
when i get depressed i just grab some hooch and go visit some lot lizards at truck stop make me happy

There is no low in that test level chart. There's medium and high
i know, but like i said: i can really feel medium, it does not feel good for me.
So I'm naturally high.

I think you really need to concentrate on a base TRT before adding more and more peptides to the mix.
I disagree, i can't train at the moment.
The stuff i ordered is brain healing medication, so i want to try this.
Healing my body is my mission here.
EDIT:
well in a sense we agree, because I'm already dialing in my TRT (see below)

Diet:
I do not count macros, i adjust my diet based on bodyfat and problems i have.
At times i have high histamine (covered in rashes) for example and then i need to adjust my diet.
High protein doesn't always work for me since this raises histamine.
I'm very in tune with my body and i have to listen to it, i can't just force a diet and macros.

Photo's:
I will add those

TRT:
I have slowly ramped up from 0 to 50 to now 100mg Test E per week.
At the same time lowered HCG from 1750 IU to 1200 UI per week.
I apply all dosages with daily SubQ administrations with a 30G needle.
This dosage feels like high T, but then constant. (natural levels fluctuate)
I notice more stress tolerance: Less anxiety, less in my head thinking about my problems.
So this is going exactly as planned, zero downsides so far.
Stress is also a big factor for my migraines, so don't underestimate this benefit.

Plan:
I will raise the dose to 150mg per week, check how i feel on that.
This will be next week then, this week i will stay on 100mg since i raised this week from 50mg. (i test each 50mg increment for 2 weeks)
Then see how that feels, if ok then i will stay on that dose for 4 weeks.
Then do blood work and see where I'm at with T and E.
I think that dose would be OK for TRT.
Then i would also like to try TRT+ at some point, but next thing on the list would be the brain medication and HGH.

I disagree, i can't train at the moment.
Please explain in detail, I maybe dont understand you. You are saying you can't do push ups? or planks? or walking? @rowi

Stats:

TLDR:
Not here for bodybuilding (that is a bonus)
I'm here to support my body to heal in ways the healthcare system can't.

@rowi Wow, that is a interesting story, man. I think a lot of people go through this, the differences. They keep it to themselves. It's considered taboo for men to discuss mental issues so you are brave!

@rowi For sure, man, we will support you. The problem is in the industry. It's all about profit. So there's no profit in helping people the way we can help you on here.
100% that is the truth of the matter.

Please explain in detail, I maybe dont understand you. You are saying you can't do push ups? or planks? or walking?
sure ask me, a lot of things i have a difficult to understand and often misunderstood

With the exception of walking (that i do daily with my dog) the answer is yes.

One reason this is difficult is my migraines.
Especially the type of exercise you are using as an example, because they give pressure on the head.
This gives me headache and/or migraines.
This is not always the case and i can feel if it is possible or not.

The reason it is currently impossible: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
This is like having a bad battery that won't charge well.
And if you use to much you have to charge for a long period: days to weeks and months even.
At my worst i was a sleep for most of the day and night, only awake for like 6 hours intermittent.
Just recently i had a period like that for i would guess a month or 2.
This was triggered by me having to push trough my exhaustion and work on a legal case.
My insurance is not trying to stop paying me and is using all tactics available including outright lying.
So that is very stressful since i rely on that to live and eat.

Back to training:
Basically i feel like a 90 year old with no energy.
And i have to use my energy sparingly when i do have it.
It is very easy to use too much for 1 day without really feeling that.
But then the next days/weeks i have a completely drained battery.
Also pushing trough this like a man's first reaction is only makes things way worse: believe me i have tried multiple times.
Like i said before at my worst i was 55kg because of migraines (nausea vomiting) and 0 appetite (depression) and in bed most of the day (muscle loss)
Right now i have good appetite due to antidepressant.
I keep my diet healthy and adjust al lot for my allergies (they are dynamic)
I don't have any bad food (junk) in the house like suggested above.
I have always been skinny and lean at 62 kg or something and have had health a big portion of my life, just not as bad as it is now.

Right now I'm 72KG this weight gain happened mostly last year.
The antidepressant gave me back my appetite and even increase it above baseline.
I started using HCG like i mentioned + this happened because of my panic attacks.

Let me first explain panic attacks:
The brain has a lot of layers, some modern some ancient.
The flight or fight part is very old and doesn't work well in modern society.
But for me that part is completely dysregulated.
I will go in that mode because there is a threat i lose my income.
This will happen often and i for prolonged periods of time, like multiple up to 6 hours. (even when using medication to stop this)
All rational thinking stops and is impossible at that point, this is full adrenaline and pure panic.
Your body acts as if you are in mortal combat.
So this is difficult to explain further, but i try my best to get back control but this impossible.
This is also a very catabolic state, so this is also why i was loosing muscle mass.
Later i learned i could get out of a light panic attack by squeezing all my muscles as hard as possible for some time.
And also holding my breath until I'm about the pass out, past the point of vision impairment like 1 minute or something.
And then releasing and that then resets my brain somehow and this could get me out of it.
So that's also a workout and during this time i was eating sleeping or having panic attacks.
So i got up to 75KG but also a gained some fat. (no abs visible anymore)
Right now i have no panic attacks and i have a little more energy so i can leave the house.
But this is still limited to like a couple of hours a day for some days of the week and i have to sleep during the day.

So by keeping my diet in check and raising T using HCG i was able to get in an anabolic state.
But HCG mono was not cheap compared to using T, so that's why i want to use T now.
And of course for the mental effects, those are the main benefit for me.

It's considered taboo for men to discuss mental issues so you are brave!

Yeah i was difficult for me too.
I'm not weak minded at all, but somehow you feel like that because of all the health problem you have.
Over the last years i had to tell a lot of people (health care) so it gets easier.
I want to give my full story here so you guys are able to think with me.

Let me end by saying this:
I'm new here and have very different goals then most guys i assume.
I started by asking some questions and i really feel welcome here.
Also the response i get in the log is very supportive and much appreciated.
My personal live has become extremely empty with most people not understanding what my illnesses imply, not even my family.
So the support is greatly appreciated! Thank you guys!
But I'm also here to for you to actually think with me, no empty words if you know what i mean.
So don't hesitate if you need to ask something personal like this in order to understand my problems.

Extra:
HGH was back in stock: this has been ordered including new stock for T.

No one reacted to this, does that mean everyone thinks is a good plan?
Can i get some feedback?

Sounds to me like you need to get mentally tougher. You say it's painful in your head for easy to do things. You have ZERO pain tolerance imo.

i can tell you didn't read the full story and / or don't understand migraines (this happens a lot)
I'm not going to argue with you, if i never had them i think i didn't understand either

i assume because i use the quote option you guys don't get a notification
so therefore i tag you guys so you see my update above

@LevButlerov @ceo @ROIDDERS @Ulter @2Thick @Noah Wixx

is that the correct way to to this?

Also i just realized i have dihexa on hand I'm still sourcing the others.
So makes sense to start with that, i will update this log when i do.

Yes @rowi the quote option, we don't get notifications. I just clicked this now I got a bell. I'm going PM cardio checking moderator QUE now.

@rowi, I have to tell you something, you might feel horrible, but you will need to push through this.

How about we try for you to do 10 push ups on your knees? and 20min of walking per day? with 1 min plank? can you start there? We should start slow.

@LevButlerov

"15 min of walking per day" this i already do, so ✅
this is down from 60 mins a day, since i that is too much at the moment.
I'm not in bad shape at all

aaa.webp

how can i change my picture on the left? (avatar)

but please understand how Chronic fatigue syndrome work, i absolutely cannot push trough or i will fall back in health.
I'm not lazy or anything like that i was a sports fighter for 10 years, i used to work 80-90 hours in my company

also i want to start logging how the brain medication is affecting me, this also includes my energy level.
so i wont start changing any other variables, i want to keep the data clean

You need to push this, this syndrome you can push through. Food is #1 and #2 getting back mentally and start to walk more. If you do 15min lets start 30min, and a few planks per day.

I'm going to guess you have low testosterone.

@rowi bro will highly recommend you to start yoga and meditation.....it will help bigtime.......impact might be a bit slow but worth it........

i have no experience with yoga, but i used to meditate and did get benefits from that
good tip 👊
start with 5min of yoga bro @rowi
every day do it stretch and move
@LevButlerov @25homes @ballin2504 @Tiger Salman Khan
thanks guys for your replies

after seeing all of your pictures i really want to start training myself
i really hope i can get my health back on track so i can do so
you start walking 15min more lets say 30min per day bro and start doing yoga and some push ups
FORCE yourself to do it thru the pain

Still waiting for most of the stuff to arrive.

Dihexa

This is the 1 i already had in stock, i ran that for 2 weeks.
I experienced 0 side effects, but this one is from a questionable source. (swiss)
The other stuff is in customs at the at the moment.

Testosterone

I did 25mg increments up to 100mg then i felt the difference and did a blood test: 23 (663)

I noticed the reference ranges changed, they are higher now.
Upper was 25 (720) and is now 29 (836). Lower healthy level was 7.5 (216) and is now 15 (423)
So I'm still below my 2018 highest natural level, so I'm going up to 125

Activity

I have increased my steps (walking) and have been able to do 2 workouts.

HGH

I'm going to start running 1 IU / day

Yeah, you never want to run anything from a questionable Source. There's no telling what's in there. It can be very dangerous.

HGH

I'm going to start running 1 IU / day
@rowi bros this really cool. i like how you lay out the chart. good way to see what is going on

Updates:

Still waiting for most of the stuff to arrive.

Dihexa

This is the 1 i already had in stock, i ran that for 2 weeks.
I experienced 0 side effects, but this one is from a questionable source. (swiss)
The other stuff is in customs at the at the moment.

Testosterone

I did 25mg increments up to 100mg then i felt the difference and did a blood test: 23 (663)

1iu a day is A+. you won't go wrong with this setup. plus you are doing really good charting this for a nice reference

@rowi

@rowi good update and welcome back to the EVO family :D I hope you can update more.

Can you share how your food has been?

I'd never start a cycle with barely anything on hand.

@rowi
Yeah, you never want to run anything from a questionable Source. There's no telling what's in there. It can be very dangerous.

The subject for this log is (brain) health not a cycle or bodybuilding:

TRT, HGH, dihexa, cerebrolysin, noopept, picamilon, afobazol, phenibut, retin-a

I'm very limited in what i can do due to chronic migraines.

TRT + HGH i'm dialing in.

HGH i will keep at 1 IU.

I will report bloods after running 125mg test for a while.

This hasn't arrived yet (this is all related to brain health):

cerebrolysin, noopept, picamilon, afobazol, phenibut

I will be able to report more and more frequent when i have this on hand

I also bought a smart watch, so i have 24h data on hearth rate, sleep, steps etc.

Charting

Thanks for the compliments, i have created this excel myself.
If there is interest i will help and share my excel + some explanation on how to use it.
It can chart values including the upper and lower reference range.

This is a E2 Chart with upper and lower reference range:

Clipboard_06-07-2025_01.webp

This i way easier to read then some numbers on a piece of paper.

This was a Diindolylmethane (DIM) experiment.

Posture

I have been working on my posture. Because of my fatigue, I tend to slouch.
I have literally spend a lot of time in front of the mirror, multiple times a day.
Then i look how i stand and find how i need to move to correct my posture.
I keep standing like that for a while flexing or squeezing the muscle to correct my posture a little.
This way i can build up an intuitive sense of how that feels and try to maintain this during the day.

I also made a very important discovery this way: My neck is misaligned.
My neck hurts 24/7 i get dry needling treatment every 3 weeks to keep that from getting worse. (pain is now 2/10)
I also know a lot of my headaches/migraines are worse when my neck is bad.

My neck looks like this: (front view)

O
\

Only very subtle.
I never Noticed this before, But now I can see it every time I look in the mirror.

I have spend a very long time trying to correct this.
I found that standing on one leg fixed it.
So then I concluded that one leg must be longer.
I verified this by standing on on something 1-2 cm thick with 1 leg and then my posture corrects.

So I'm making an appointment with my my podiatrist. (they didn't notice this either)
I already have orthotic insoles, so I'm going to ask to make 1 thicker.

This Potentially has a big impact on my life, because of the link Between pain in my neck and headaches/migraines.

Testicular volume

I was on 1750 IU of HCG, that increased my testicular volume above base line. (5000 / 2ml / 20 0.1ml shots)
I'm now on 1167 IU and testicular volume is about 90% of base line.
This is 5000 IU / 3ml / 30 0.1ml shots.
While being slightly below baseline this dosing is convenient, because i get 3 1ml syringes / 30 days out of the 5000 IU.
I like the fact that my balls are still active.
If there is a supply issue or something i could always come of TRT easier this way.

Increased body temperature

I have noticed my body temperature increased, as in i feel hotter and sweat more.
This could very well be the strange weather: very humid
Or i could be a little sick.

But for the case this is a side effect of something I'm logging the changes i made:
  • I started HGH
  • I switched from homebrew test to Euro Pharma TEST
  • I upped TEST from 100mg to 125mg
I won't make a change for about a week (until my reconstituted HGH runs out)

If the body temperature persist then i want to know what is causing it.
I will then revert these 3 changes and reapply them 1 by 1.

sure ask me, a lot of things i have a difficult to understand and often misunderstood

No one reacted to this, does that mean everyone thinks is a good plan?
Can i get some feedback?
@rowi you are taking huge steps to improve your condition, and you are clearly determined to find a path to success.

1)I have had some experience first and second hand with insurance companies. Please make sure that you can’t be tracked through your email to this log. And use a vpn and if you can use a device that isn’t attached to your identity at all, like a burner phone. They will stop at nothing and using private detectives is a common tactic for them to burn you. I’ve seen it happen. Hopefully you can get back on top of life and not have to rely on them at all.

2) you will like cerebrolysin. And I believe it can help you. I’ve used it a handful of times and I keep some in my arsenal at all times. Many years ago, I fell 30ish feet and whacked my head bad. Very bad concussion that affected my mood and cognition greatly for at least five years. A good cycle of cerebrolysin will last you a few months after your last shot.

For myself, and a friend of mine, we didn’t like noopept. It can make you cranky. But it does have some positive effect on cognition

3) you will also like hgh. You will sleep well, and feel good. Watch your blood glucose and blood pressure! Of either get too high you need to reevaluate your plan.

4) you are doing a lot of things at once, and you have a subtle and complex condition. There’s a ton of really smart people here with every type of back ground, but what you’re trying to achieve is specific to you, and affecting you broadly. We can encourage you and provide a lot of insight, but we aren’t your doctor or anything like that so it’s hard for us to directly approve or disapprove of your plans. But if you run a really good log we’re can definitely help you with outside perspectives and you may find that your ultimate solution is much simpler than you thought.

I’m going to follow your log! Very curious to see what you come up with

bros this a big deal. But, let's be honest, a lot of people have similar problems. Best thing you can do is exercise get the blood flowing and do a lot of stretching.

I already have orthotic insoles, so I'm going to ask to make 1 thicker.

This Potentially has a big impact on my life, because of the link Between pain in my neck and headaches/migraines.

@rowi you won't go wrong with this! very nice job . you are pushing things nicely proud of you

@rowi have you had your vitamin D levels checked? Many people are low. Even mine are barely in range and I work outside all year AND use a vitamin D lamp in the winter AND supplement in a multi vitamin. I used to have a source for injectable vitamin d, and it made me feel fantastic when I had previously been very fatigued. I think this could be your missing link

I agree with this. Even when I was very injured I just couldn’t be ok without some kind of physical exertion. Gotta break through somehow

i have no experience with yoga, but i used to meditate and did get benefits from that
good tip 👊
It will help you. It can be pretty challenging! Remember to breathe, and try to relax muscles you aren’t using for your pose. Like it’s really common to hunch your shoulders up when you should be letting your shoulders relax down. Consistent yoga feels amazing. Makes your body feel more like when you were a kid

Good work

Neck pain sucks

Increased body temperature

I have noticed my body temperature increased, as in i feel hotter and sweat more.
This could very well be the strange weather: very humid
Or i could be a little sick.

But for the case this is a side effect of something I'm logging the changes i made:
  • I started HGH
  • I switched from homebrew test to Euro Pharma TEST
  • I upped TEST from 100mg to 125mg
I won't make a change for about a week (until my reconstituted HGH runs out)

If the body temperature persist then i want to know what is causing it.
I will then revert these 3 changes and reapply them 1 by 1.

i had fever for 4? days after posting this: so i was just getting sick

Very curious to see what you come up with

thank you for sharing. + solid advice

what was your source for cerebrolysin, noopept?

yeah since my health fluctuates a lot, the only real way to get good data is to repeat an experiment
for the brain stuff: i will only run 1 at a time of course + a break in between

blood glucose and blood pressure
to be honest i didn't plan on this as i thought 1 IU was fine
but i ordered glucose monitor and i already have BP monitor, so i will keep that tracked

yes it will impact your life bigtime. proper posture is very important. And the more muscle you put on the worse it will get

@rowi

bros this a big deal. But, let's be honest, a lot of people have similar problems. Best thing you can do is exercise get the blood flowing and do a lot of stretching.

@rowi

bro i once fell off tanker 30ft. they said i wouldn't train for a year. i was back in the gym in 3 days .. trooo story

@rowi hope they can get ya fixed up with what you need

Neck pain sucks

i have an appointment next week for the raised sole

It would seem easier to work on the fatigue. Remind me what you think causes it

complex since i have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and i have a sleeping disorder

i also have a lot of migraines
context:
normally when you have 1 migraine then you will be tired for 1-4 days
i have a non standard form of migraines i get them daily or multi daily at my worst
additionally i have vast periods where i never actually get out of the migraine phase and I'm symptomatic 24/7

so that's why I'm focusing on brain healing

yes good suggestion, but this has been recently checked

1iu did change my blood pressure, but I question the quality of that product, which I bought a few years ago. It was real, my igf went way up on a blood test. But it was affecting me for sure.

I was getting my nootropics from nootropic depot, who no longer supplies cerebrolysin and wasn’t the best price

I agree with this. Even when I was very injured I just couldn’t be ok without some kind of physical exertion. Gotta break through somehow

this is the advise i get a lot
this or the assumption that i am weak minded

and i do understand this and i'm not saying anything bad about that

but in my case:
the only way forward is to listen to my body, not push and rest a lot
i was 58KG and way sicker than i am now, and now I'm 75KG
so i'm clearly showing this approach works

so this is more to anyone reading this in the same situation as me:
it can be very hard to ignore the pressure to push, both from within as the outside world
but at least in my case for now (and i hope this changes) this is the way forward

where do you practice yoga?

Man I just do it at home. I just follow YouTube videos. It’s very awkward at first, but you start to really get settled into it and you get intuitive about your posture and you start feeling the benefit. Start with sun salutations. Every day if you can, just do as much as you can

right, even before trying i find it awkward: more of a girly thing you know
but i want to move forward, so I'm giving it a try
i need to look up "sun salutations", first thing that comes to mind is but hole sunning :ROFLMAO:

you can simply pull up a video online and do it at home.

right and i will try it, but i was looking for "hot" yoga as you said

funny that you guys are suggesting this, i did not expect that at all

Yeah I thought yoga was a girly thing too, but I don’t think it traditionally was. It can be as challenging as you’re willing to make it, and it really balances out the repetition of lifting weights. It helps with breathing and improves your whole physiology

you can do it in a room at home and plug up a heater to make the room warmer. if you can get the room to 105 degrees and 40% humidity that is ideal for what you want to stretch.

i suggest it because it was the ONLY thing that helped me when i had herniated discs and nerve damage.

i do a lot of yoga but i can assure you bikram yoga is hardly girly. in fact most dudes on here would not be able to survive a class. it was created by a man, not a woman first off. and it is extremely intense. you will sweat out POUNDS of weight and it will give you the most intense core training and cardio workout you would ever believe. there is a lot of ignorance out there on yoga because people don't understand what it is which is fine, that is why i am here to educate people. there are many types of yoga, from old people yoga to extremely advanced yoga. the advanced yoga will kick anyones ass no matter how tough they think they are. its not joke and extremely intense to the point where people are throwing up during and after class and turn dark red from the intensity. the first time i did it i had heat exhaustion for 3 days after. its a very challenging thing. a lot of pro athletes of all sports do it to prolong their careers

i'm surprised there is no yoga near you. there are yoga studios all over the places these days so i don't get wehre you could live that doesn't have one. maybe take a road trip to a city that has one somet time and try it out and then learn from that so you can do it on your own

thanks for clarifying

there is no hot yoga near me is what i meant to say (i live in a town, not a city)

i will give this a try at some point, currently i have more on my plate then i have time: so need to work trough this for a bit

as a general update for my log (i didn't quote, no response/help is needed at this point)

all of the brain supplements are stuck in customs for long time now
so not much i can do then wait (the supplier says this is very common for my country)

my previous bloodwork was at 100mg T, in since raised to 125mg

1752235976380.webp

that's 2014 in usa levels
so this value makes 0 sense, I'm going to repeat this test

last time my E2 was not measured for some reason, i have new E2 data

1752236304608.webp

that is below the reference range by a hair, usa value 11.1
my low value can be explained by me running 5mg tadalafil a day: this acts as an AI
i also do daily micro administrations for my T, this also lowers E2

i actually don't mind the fact that it is low, this allows me to run my TRT a bit higher
i would like to get my E2 up so it is in de middle of the reference range
and my T will be at the top of the reference range

but first I'm going to repeat my blood test while keeping everything else the same

thanks for clarifying

every day i do it man. it is a must. think about animals in nature and human babies. they stretch instinctively. we gotta do it. your dog and cat stretch many times a day. if you have a spine you gotta stretch!

You are absolutely right, and this makes perfect sense.

I was over complicating it, let me with daily stretching a couple of times .
I already know good ones from Physiotherapy.

yep and add to it the compression we do weight training. your discs get pressed when we weight train. the more muscular you get the tighter things get, the more they press against nerves. pinched nerves and disc issues are a big issue unless you improve flexibility and mobility. you see pro athletes, the most flexible guys get injured LESS that is a fact. 300 pound nose tackles can do splits cause they been stretching their whole lives. they spend so much time stretching for a reason daily

Stretching greatly reduces stress in your body and mind. I have done a lot of physical therapy from my numerous injuries, and I did a lot of stretching while I was training various martial arts. I still very much recommend yoga over all of these. Imagine regular stretching is like isolation exercises. And yoga is like compound lifts. Which has the greater effect? Guys that just do dumbbell curls to get big arms get very minimal gains, but some, not zero. But when a new lifter gets really good at doing squats their whole body grows and gets stronger. Yoga feels like that. There’s really no need to wait man. Pick up a cheap mat and follow some sun salutations on YouTube when you wake up. Pretty soon you’ll start feeling yourself working into the poses better and your whole physiology will start improving. Don’t wait. Do it TODAY

have you been increating fasting?

I switched blood labs, because i got unreliable/inconsistent results.
Current protocol:
125 test
1200 HCG
1 HGH

test.webp

I think the 3-6-2025 was also not a valid measurement, that was 100mg
24-07-2025 is 125mg, so the jump seems a bit off
but i also switched brand test and HCG, so that could also explain the jump
i did notice this HCG being more potent now that i think about it
my balls are about 15-20% bigger i would estimate, bigger than they where natural

e2.webp

So this is a bit high, but I'm going to keep it here for a while.
My log is about health and feeling better, but I'm still waiting for (customs):
cerebrolysin, noopept, picamilon, afobazol, phenibut
This test level actually makes me feel good and way more easy to deal with the problems I'm facing.

Question:
Do you guys think i should lower my e2?
I could add in some DIM, i have good results with that in the past
(that's why 26-6 and 6-11 are lower)

Last 3 glucose measurements:
66 85 53 (20h fast)
So far HGH has 0 effect on my levels.

I have been able to do some workouts and some stretching, will keep on doing this.

Slowly but surely, I'm climbing out of the lows in my life.

I used to take hcg as well. Usually 250mcg 3x a week. My e2 was always out of range even with 135mg test/wk. I struggled with acne on my body. Didn’t really have nipple issues, maybe some anxiety but I have some anyways. My skin and mind is better after dropping it. I took it for years, with the original idea that I wouldn’t do trt long term…. Well. For or five years later, no plan to come off test so hcg is unnecessary liability and expense.

I am not sure what your e2 is compared to the units I’m used to seeing. I have used DIM in the past, I think that stuff is probably really good if you’re natty and has less than ideal e2. It definitely didn’t put me in range. But aromasin at 6.25mg 3x a week got me nicely in range.

I used to take hcg as well. Usually 250mcg 3x a week. My e2 was always out of range even with 135mg test/wk. I struggled with acne on my body. I'm trying TRT right now, so i like to keep my balls active and run HCG
i use a 5000 vial and make 30 shots from that, so that is 5000 / 30 * 7 =1166 a week
i was thinking about making 40 shots: 5000 / 40 * 7 = 875 a week
i could even do 5000 / 50 * 7 = 700 a week

i converted all the values to USA values, as i assumed that is easier for you to read
here are my unconverted numbers:

i have no issues at all: skin is also great
my e2 is also not that far of my 31-5-2018 natural level

This was the HCG i was using before

now i'm using:
https://puritysourcelabs.ru/hcg-hgh/627-hcg-eurigil-5000-iuamp-euro-pharmacies.html

this is my first experience with euro-pharmacies
i like the products (test hgh hcg) and the HCG is 15-20% more potent then what i used before, so that is great
From what I gather, it’s good to keep your testicles active if you’re going to go back to natural, but there’s still one huge problem that hcg doesn’t address and actually contributes to: your brain, your hpta, is still totally shut down.

What i know from experience from others: balls can be difficult to restart and or permanent atrophy
